Horrible horrible horrible!!! Do NOT take your car here!!! No matter what they will total your car. Little fender bender….they will total it out!!! No underlying damage…they will total it out. Then the but the car back from insurance company and sell it or use the parts. It’s a scam!!!! If you take it here and say you want to take it somewhere else to get it estimated…they will charge you for the estimate there! They ARE A SCAM!!!!!
Just went to to Mike's boby shop in country line rd. I have done atless 20k in repairs there. I took a car door to be painted to match a car. He said know they do not do cas

Tim was so great to work with! He really went out of his way to push for everything I was entitled to from the insurance company. The work was done to perfection. The paint job looked perfect and the rims on my vehicle were brand new thanks to Tim’s effort fighting for them with the insurance company. My car looked good as new. After everything I went through as the non at-fault party in a car accident, Mike’s made this very easy and took the stress away. Highly recommended. You cannot find a better place than Mike’s. My SUV was brought to Mike's the end of August 2025. I had great service. They worked with my insurance company and made all the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new, I was very pleased with the repairs. I brought 3 tires as 1 was included with my insurance claim. The price was great for them. All in all I really thought Mike's was great for everything that needed to be done. Thanks for everything
Mike's Auto Body and Repair did a headlight restoration for us. They were fantastic -- very personable and professional. The job cost exactly what the estimate was and was done in the promised time frame. They gave us a ride home and came to pick up back up when the job was completed. Very, very nice and competent people. I would highly recommend them.
The staff was very knowledgeable very helpful and I always knew what was going on as they called all the time to let me know where we were at with my vehicle
After having our new car for only a few weeks and being side-swiped by a truck pulling a trailer, I was not feeling optimistic about the results of my car looking brand new again. Went in to get a quote for body work on my car that was recently in an accident. They were ready to get me in for a quote right away when I first arrived. The girl at the desk asked me what my insurance claim number was but when I told her I didn't have one and was looking for a self-pay quote, then I was told I couldn't get a quote because the bodywork guy was "tied up" on another case he was working on. I told her that I was willing to wait for him to finish up with the other client as I drove a long way. She told me not to wait that he will not be available (in a rude way). So, he was ready and available when I arrived when they thought I had an insurance claim and then suddenly he is not available when they learned I was getting a self-pay quote. Guess us self-pay people are not important. Definitely would not go back!

I don’t remember the guy who went out and towed my jeep today but he was phenomenal! I waited over 6 hours for another company to tow my jeep after a scheduled time. I requested a different company at that point. Within an hour of my insurance putting in a new ticket, they already loaded up my jeep and dropped it off. The guy was very thorough with the whole process. Without a doubt, they took my stressful day and made it so much better. Highly recommend them!
We had a wonderful experience with Mike's Auto Body. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. At our appointment time we were greeted by Joe who handled everything efficiently. I called Mike's Auto Body after my car was hit by a 17 year old girl while parked in a High School parking lot. I went in on 9-12 and was not aware they had 2 shops one on County Line and one on Cortez Blvd. I went up to the counter and the woman could not find my appointment I made online. I do believe it was with the shop on Cortez Blvd. She said no worries we will take care of you here. Joe is the one who did my estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the entire auto insurance situation. He sent me a quote by email and I felt very comfortable setting up the repair for my vehicle. The insurance paid for a rental and Enterprise was set up inside of Mike's Auto Body which made this process a whole lot easier. I got my car back and the repair came out perfect. This entire process was fast and easy. I will be checking out Mikes Auto repair for maintenance due on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Mike's Auto Body.

I have heard so many good things about this place. Nobody likes to bring that car to get their body work done because somebody hit them. From the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my car, Joe was awesome. So are the girls in the office. I had heard so many good things about them, I never really had an opportunity to have to bring a car to be fixed. But I would not bring my car or trust anybody else. One of the questions asked if I was happy with the price I paid it was through the person's insurance that backed into my car. As you can see they did an awesome job

Mike from the tow service was awesome! I needed a tow service after breaking down on the expressway and Mike got to us really quick and earlier than the expected time. He was incredibly polite and professional and took great care of us!

I hit a deer with my Truck on Powell Road. Be careful around there. Mike's Autobody did a great job with the repairs and cost. They were in contact with every step and even got Toyota to price match aftermarket parts, so it is OEM. They have a shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up which was convenient for me, just not on Saturday. Plus they have a rental car service onsite if you require it. A surprise for me when I picked up my Truck was they detailed it, inside and out. I won't go anywhere else if I need a repair or paint job in the future. Thanks!
Took my car to Mike’s Auto Body and Repair after a crash, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, everyone was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. The quality of the repair is top-notch. My car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend them!
I took my car here as a result of getting T-bone. They do fabulous work and they were on point when it came to how long it would take. They also have a car rental company on premises. The only thing I did not care for is the window tint. I purchased UV tint two years ago and Mike’s auto puts basic tint without UV. It makes a huge difference when the sun is beaming down in your window and your skin is burning. My only recommendation is ask the customer if they want that tint otherwise you will have to take it off and go buy UV tint for that one window.
My daughter had front end damage from someone backing into her. This was my first experience having to get auto body work done and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mike's Auto Body and Repair in Spring Hill, Fl in January 2025.
From beginning to end the process was seamless and smooth. Even picked up my rental right there on the premises, which was very convenient. I was updated frequently throughout the repair process (which is so important), and the staff was friendly and helpful. Best of all, my vehicle looks as good as new. I had an accident in my 2020 F-250 Super Duty. My insurance company recommended Mike's Auto Body for my repair. They kept me informed with email and pictures through the whole process and dealt completely with the insurance company. The work looks perfect and was completed ahead of schedule. The whole staff was great but Mark is a really sweet man who went above and beyond for us and taking care of our car. We had near 20 thousands dollars worth of damage done to our vehicle and it looks as good as It did the day we bought it brand new! I will always use them should I need to in the future!

Looks like they are missing a few stars, imagine yourself coming out of the supermarket and seeing your vehicle hit in multiple places. And that was the beginning of an unbelievable experience professionalism is putting it mildly. Start to finish a seamless and painless journey. One day after making my claim I was at Mike's for claim evaluation, after that they took custody of the truck and told me it would take about a week and that they will email me with updates. Then I was taken 100 feet away to enterprise car rental where they had a vehicle waiting for me. From start to finish only took less than 30 minutes. And the work that was performed on my vehicle nothing less than phenomenal excellent workmanship. With quality staff providing a great atmosphere.
