I called Mike's Auto Body after my car was hit by a 17 year old girl while parked in a High School parking lot. I went in on 9-12 and was not aware they had 2 shops one on County Line and one on Cortez Blvd. I went up to the counter and the woman could not find my appointment I made online. I do believe it was with the shop on Cortez Blvd. She said no worries we will take care of you here. Joe is the one who did my estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the entire auto insurance situation. He sent me a quote by email and I felt very comfortable setting up the repair for my vehicle. The insurance paid for a rental and Enterprise was set up inside of Mike's Auto Body which made this process a whole lot easier. I got my car back and the repair came out perfect. This entire process was fast and easy. I will be checking out Mikes Auto repair for maintenance due on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Mike's Auto Body.
I had taken my car to get it fixed after I gotten rear ended and they done a excellent job on the repairs and they done a fantastic job on matching the paint color, I definitely would recommend them , they done a great job keeping me updated on the progress of my car and I am very satisfied customer
I have heard so many good things about this place. Nobody likes to bring that car to get their body work done because somebody hit them. From the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my car, Joe was awesome. So are the girls in the office. I had heard so many good things about them, I never really had an opportunity to have to bring a car to be fixed. But I would not bring my car or trust anybody else. One of the questions asked if I was happy with the price I paid it was through the person's insurance that backed into my car. As you can see they did an awesome job
Mike’s Auto Body did an amazing job! They were very professional and organized, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Getting a rental car was super easy too since the rental company was right next door to the shop. I really appreciated how they kept me updated every step of the way so I always knew what was going on with my car. Great service — highly recommend!
Mike from the tow service was awesome! I needed a tow service after breaking down on the expressway and Mike got to us really quick and earlier than the expected time. He was incredibly polite and professional and took great care of us!

I hit a deer with my Truck on Powell Road. Be careful around there. Mike's Autobody did a great job with the repairs and cost. They were in contact with every step and even got Toyota to price match aftermarket parts, so it is OEM. They have a shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up which was convenient for me, just not on Saturday. Plus they have a rental car service onsite if you require it. A surprise for me when I picked up my Truck was they detailed it, inside and out. I won't go anywhere else if I need a repair or paint job in the future. Thanks!

We brought our 2011 Jeep Rubicon in for damage that was done while my husband was off-road. They were extremely professional and super nice. They did an amazing job including matching the paint. We are planning on towing it, so we wanted it to look nice. It sure does now!

I took my car here as a result of getting T-bone. They do fabulous work and they were on point when it came to how long it would take. They also have a car rental company on premises. The only thing I did not care for is the window tint. I purchased UV tint two years ago and Mike’s auto puts basic tint without UV. It makes a huge difference when the sun is beaming down in your window and your skin is burning. My only recommendation is ask the customer if they want that tint otherwise you will have to take it off and go buy UV tint for that one window.
I have had Mike's Auto Body Repair do the repairs on my cars twice and have always been satisfied with the outcome. This time was no exception. The repair took longer than expected but sometimes that happens. I appreciated how seamless they worked with my insurance company.
Was told my almost 80 year old father-in-laws car needed a new transmission. I was skeptical so I took the car and thumbed through it. Found the actuator wasn't working. Replaced both and now it shifts and drives perfect. Parts were under $100 and 2 hours of my time. Scammers here, beware. And to your reply, yes I have the right place thank you. Also, it's been months, not that it should matter. Plus to try and pass this off as a review that isn't correct or not valid shows your lack of integrity. I would probably start with a "how can we make it right" in the future and not make a bunch of assumptions to minimize a damaging review. Good luck.
My daughter had front end damage from someone backing into her. This was my first experience having to get auto body work done and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mike's Auto Body and Repair in Spring Hill, Fl in January 2025.
From beginning to end the process was seamless and smooth. Even picked up my rental right there on the premises, which was very convenient. I was updated frequently throughout the repair process (which is so important), and the staff was friendly and helpful. Best of all, my vehicle looks as good as new. I am so thankful for the great service!
I drove 40 miles roundtrip out of the way to use Mikes for my dent repairs. I backed into my mailbox and jackknifed a small trailer and got a quote from a competitor for over $1000 more. Work is perfect. I took auto body repair as an elective class at the University level 50 years ago, so I have a slight understanding of body repairs. The icing on the cake (so to speak) was final bill came in about 1K under the estimate that was already significantly less than "CC"-one of Mikes big competitors. The operator was kind, courteous and polite knew what he was doing. Got my wife’s truck there safely damage free great local company would use them again.
The whole staff was great but Mark is a really sweet man who went above and beyond for us and taking care of our car. We had near 20 thousands dollars worth of damage done to our vehicle and it looks as good as It did the day we bought it brand new! I will always use them should I need to in the future!

Jerry, keep me up on repairs and why it tock longer to fix my truck .it was hard to find my bummer. But they found one .
All that worked there that dilled with me, I think you all so much .for being very kind and always smiling.
They washed and waxed my truck that is what it look like they did .because I didn't wash my truck before I dropped it off .I got it .it was shining. And they even put my Sharan Osborne doll back on my grill .

I recently was in an accident. Mike’s took good care of me with having enterprise rental in their building and making sure I was happy with their body work. My jeep looks and drives brand new again.
Looks like they are missing a few stars, imagine yourself coming out of the supermarket and seeing your vehicle hit in multiple places. And that was the beginning of an unbelievable experience professionalism is putting it mildly. Start to finish a seamless and painless journey. One day after making my claim I was at Mike's for claim evaluation, after that they took custody of the truck and told me it would take about a week and that they will email me with updates. Then I was taken 100 feet away to enterprise car rental where they had a vehicle waiting for me. From start to finish only took less than 30 minutes. And the work that was performed on my vehicle nothing less than phenomenal excellent workmanship. With quality staff providing a great atmosphere.
