I called Johnny Biggers on Black Friday to tow our companies box truck back to St. Petersburg and they were one of the only companies willing to help. Linda, Stephanie and Josh (the driver) were very friendly. It was by far some of the best customer service I've ever had. The rates were very reasonable too. Thanks so much!

The owner came out in the middle of the night to get my truck that someone else wrecked off the tarmac. His price was reasonable for that time of night and he was very understanding and nice. He delivered it to my house and went on his way. In a world where you can't always trust people will be honest, he was great!
I really hate to post negative reviews, but here we are.
Came home after a day working outside on the farm, couldn't get into my property. Why? Because the tow truck ( towing a broke down garbage truck) took down the power lines.... And pole, onto my neighbor's car. Live wires everywhere.
5 hours no electricity. Fine. I can deal.( although no internet for the kids, explain this to the teachers) But, starting at 11:30pm, I now have no water, as the power lines continue to go up ( it is currently 12:27am) .
Professionalism? I think not. The neighborhood in new port richey would also agree.
I own an auto shop. I use johnny biggers towing for all my towing needs. They are safe, responsible drivers. They respond to calls as quick as possible. I recommend this service very highly
We used this company after a tire blow out occurred while traveling with our business vehicle. The tow operator, Josue ,was very professional and responsible. We highly recommend this business.
They responded quickly and were reasonably priced. My driver, Xavier, was polite and fun to talk to. I'll definitely call Biggers towing again if I ever break down!
