Worst customer service in history. You can call me however you want, you are a rude person. You can’t get upset because someone is making sure you’re not scamming them.
My mom had 2 flat tires. She called AAA and they said someone would be on the way out to her within 45 minutes. She waited over an hour and when I called AAA backthey said the company was coming from Plant City and would be another hour or so. I canceled the towing company. I found Weeki Wachee Wrecker online and called they. The guy who took my call said someone would be there within 40 minutes. 10 minutes later that guy came to where my mom was and stayed with her car till the other flat bed truck arrived. That is what I call the best service. My mom is 75 years old and it was extremely hot. The guy told me to take my mom home and he would take care of her car and make sue it was towed to the repair shop. I will only use this company from now on. I appreciate this company.
Kristine was amazing and very helpful. She loaded my vehicle like a pro and got it to where It needed to go. I will definitely keep their number handy for any emergencies.
One of my company vehicles got in a wreck right in front of their towing yard, they took care of the tow so I could get it to my shop instead of an impound yard and did a great job.

Sergio is awesome! All around cool guy and knowledgeable in what he does. Helped switch my car into neutral since the key broke off and was able to safely load my lowered vehicle on and off the truck with no problem. Highly recommended!
