Frank was amazing. My mother had just sold a camper that she had been staying in durning my grandfathers battle with cancer but did not have a rig to pull it. We informed Frank of the state of its tires, since it hadn’t been used to travel it had sat for a while and we were concerned about moving it. He told us how to prep the tires before he got there to give them the best chance on the road to their new destination. Frank is very knowledgeable about how to hook up and dismount various rigs and is respectful, informative and funny. Very communicative, and very punctual. Overall excellent experience and I recommend him to anyone needing to move a large rig. It’s worth mentioning that he has a RAM 3500 Dually in his fleet that looks like it can tow around 35’000lbs so even large sailboats and toyhaulers would be fine. I needed a huge fifth wheel RV moved, and I am quite sure if I had attempted it in the spot I wanted it moved to, I would have taken out a tree, or the flagpole, or the family dog, etc. Would have been like parallel parking a BUS! I had pre arranged to have a camper hauled from Georgia to mid Florida, hurricane Helene messed up our plans, the next day I contacted them to see if they were ok from the storm, the man face timed me, he was actively cutting big trees out of his yard that had his truck blocked, by 3:00 he was on the road to pick up my camper! Delivered on time, perfect condition, no issues what so ever! There are a lot of transporters, but if you want a professional and dedicated service, 100% use Nature Coast Auto!
