Dennis Garage is the best in the area. My car broke down on the highway and i had a ton of issues with AAA. Robert got there and was so calm and professional. He put my nerves at ease, and was kind and helpful when I needed it the most.
Needed to use them for towing 3 times in 2 days. Excellent service. Came either exactly when or sooner than we were told they would arrive. Courteous drivers, fast response, and transparent pricing: a real relief considering we had car trouble in a teeny tiny town. We had Robert twice and Kenny once.

Got truck towed and they do not accept any type of payments except for cash, not even a bank transfer. (Not trying to report their earning I take it) This place is a scam with how they charge you. Closest bank is an hour away so good luck getting to that bank. No uber. And only one taxi service. Even he said this place is a scam and always does this. R/T taxi service is about $120 to get to bank. I honestly think they work with the local police to have this little scam between them. We noticed that they did not tow the truck either. They drove our truck back to their yard. We got towed at 2am and picked up at 10am. They towed (drove) 5 miles and charged us $1700 for the tow. Major rip off
When no one answered their phone at 6am even though 24 hr company, I stumbled upon this company at a convenience store and they were able to unlock my car doors, In 1 minute! They didn’t even hesitate. They saved the day and I can’t thank them enough. Companies like this are hard to find! Thank you so much!!

Saved my life literally. So, so thankful for this man coming to tow my car. There is a pot/sink hole that will pop your tire instantaneously in the slow lane going down 75 south right before the Love’s truck stop exit in Jennings, FL! This is the middle of nowhere. Spent half a morning trying to get a wrecker. Would absolutely call them for an honest tow time after time. Such a nice tow truck driver. I bought a truck up in Indiana and got 60 miles from home and locked my keys in my truck, called AAA and honestly expected to wait about 6 hours. Dennis’ Garage got to me in 15 minutes. I’ve owned 61 vehicles and never once had that good of an experience with AAA.
We blew a tire on the I75 on our way back to Canada. AAA sent them and they were a God send. AAA wanted to split my family up but the driver said absolutely no. So thankful.

After a family member set in the Georgia welcome center broken down from 4pm till after 9pm because their auto insurance company couldn’t get any of their contracted Towing providers to service them! we got a call for help to get towed back home near Zephyrhills, Fl. We needed help badly. Our truck broke down on the highway. Stuck on the side of the road of I75 N. near Jasper Florida With two boys ages 14/15. Called Dennis' Garage and they sent us an guardian angel 😇 His name is Kenny and we cannot thank this man enough for his kind-hearted nature. Without his generosity we would still be stuck. He was very prompt,got to is in less than half hour, very gracious , kind and respectful. Just a friendly fella. I RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

Had a blowout on I75 near exit 460. Got phone number from a business on the exit. Called and they were there in fifteen minutes to change to the spare. Turned out, they couldn't change it, as I didn't have locking lug nut. They then sent out another truck that ended up towing me to a garage six miles down the road. Tow truck arrived in fifteen minutes. Great service, great pricing, and no extra charge for the first truck who couldn't change the spare, just the charge for the towing. Definitely recommend them!
Almost two weeks ago my husband, 6 month old daughter and I were on our way to Siesta Key for vacation when our tire blew in a torrential downpour. We called AAA and were told someone was coming to tow us. 3 hours of being stranded on I-75 in Live Oak, FL and MANY calls to AAA later Big Kenny came to our rescue. Turns out AAA had my phone number incorrect and Big Kenny had been trying to call me for over an hour to find us. After not being able to get ahold of us, and out of the goodness of his heart, Big Kenny decided to drive his tow truck around the area we were in to see if he could find us and he did! I can't tell you how grateful we are to him and how helpful he was. He knew exactly which 24-hour tire place to call to get us back on the road as quickly and safely as possibly. Truly a wonderful man and one that we will never forget as he helped us when no one else would. Thank you Big Kenny!!!
Me and my friends are from the northern US, so we were not in our element down here in Florida. We had our brake line leaking and had to pull over in a gas station lot.
It was Saturday and no shops were open, so we called AAA and they were gonna charge us an absurd price to tow it. With options running low and no where to go, we called Dennis' Garage to at least have our car towed to somewhere it can be fixed on Monday.
Then Kenny showed up to help us. Kenny is super nice, helpful, and personable. He towed our car and let us ride along so we weren't stranded at a gas station, and we were at least in a town. He was super nice and told us a little bit about that area. Kenny pretty much made our day and we couldn't thank him enough.

AAA failed to dispatch them until I called 45 minutes after the advised arrival time, but turns out they were never dispatched. Kevin called as soon as he was dispatched, super courteous great service. Very happy with them. After reading the reviews I was concerned but then finding out they had not been dispatched in the first place, there was no reason to be upset with the towing service. I asked the questions BEFORE they hooked up, got all the information first, no surprises. Fair and reasonable rates. As with anything, ask before you get service done, don't just expect things. Just because they provide a service does NOT mean they are a servant. A business is supposed to make money, you don't know what it takes to run one or how much it cost, so a complaint without considering everything is not justified. Again I'm very happy with everything. Thanks again
We really didn't know where we were when we broke down off of I-10. we just knew we was on the first exit in live oak Florida. Dennis's garage ink was the first phone number that came up on Google. When they tow truck arrived the gentleman tried to help us figure out what was wrong with our vehicle. When that didn't work he offered us an exceptional rate called ahead to a shop and made sure they could fit us in and took us there. The garage was also exceptional. Everyone was so helpful courteous and understanding to our situation. We would like to give a big thank you and a grave review for how you tried to help us.
Had a blow out on I75 south just before the State line. I called a tow company in Valdosta (18 miles away) they told me 2½hr. and $100. I then called Dennis garage they told me about 45 minutes. 15 minutes later Dee was done with my tire showed me my other tire was from 2013 and my passenger was the same year. He helped me find I shop willing to stay open to get tires and followed me. I did not expect this because when I googled Dennis garage I saw all the bad reviews. When I went to the office to get a typed receipt the customer in front of me was arguing with the clerk about price and calling them and the cops crooks for impounding their truck. I felt so bad for this lady being yelled at. You would have thought Dennis garage stole their vehicle. The only time I know police impound your vehicle or have it towed it's because it was in an accidents or the driver did something wrong.
KENNY is by far the nicest tow truck driver we've ever met! He was prompt, caring, and helpful. My family and I broke down on the side of the highway, so we were not having the best morning. We already had an appointment lined up with a mechanic before he arrived. However, once we made it to the shop (20 minutes later) all of a sudden the mechanic said he couldn't work on our vehicle that day. Just as we are thinking that our day couldn't get any worse Kenny said "I can help." He made a phone call and found us a shop that was best suited for us and our 3 children. He is a proud-local so he was able to navigate the area and provide great recommendations. His driving was phenomenal. He drove the truck with the ease of a compact car-- its obvious that he's been doing this for a long time, and he cares about people and his work. He deserves a raise, because you cannot find the kind of service that he provided in these days! He was just a genuinely good guy. I don't wish anyone to have care troubles, but life happens. If you are in need of help anywhere near the Jasper, Florida area--these are the folks you want on your side. Call them directly or ask for them by name wherever you call AAA. The service and the assistance they provide will brighten an otherwise bleak day.
Had my company vehicle towed there. If you're still in your mind never do business with them. THIEVES, CROOKS AND POS. Trashed my truck, stolen all load equipment and electronics from truck. Charged $1000+ for simple 5mi towing and 2 days of storage. Place looks like a trash can and staff too. After hours noone will ever come for any money even Posted they should. Dont forget to leave your pile on their yard and in reviews.
I recently had a blowout on my 5th wheel and i called this company and a boy named Ethan came out right away and fixed us right up, He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were safe to proceed on

Kenny came to my job in Valdosta Georgia and changed my tire, placed my flat in the back on a blanket so my vehicle would stay clean. He told me he was glad to have someone nice to talk too. He was the nicest and very polite. Before he left he thanked me for the job I do in Law Enforcement. Again Kenny, thanks. Be safe out there. You'll will be highly recommended.
When we broke down on our way to Orlando for vacation, we couldn't have asked for a better driver than Kenny. After Triple A had told us only two people could ride the 70 miles to the repair shop, he said he didn't like to split families up, and let us and our 2 little girls ride. He then took us to the airport from the repair shop on his own dime so we could rent a car. He went above and beyond and we really appreciated it!
We were lucky enough to have them respond to our AAA towing job and they were just amazing. David rescued us off the interstate after midnight, towed us 100 miles and never complained or seemed annoyed for being drug out in the middle of the night. I would highly recommend them to anyone and really appreciate the way he took care of us.
