Buck burkett helped me out with no questions asked, when I thought I had no option he gave me a call and blessed me with getting my truck home with a payment arrangement!.. let me just say he is a one of a kind and I highly recommend his service to anyone!!.. give him a call for all towing needs!

While on vacation with our brand new rental car, the keyfob got locked in the car...no idea how that happens on a brand new car. After a very heated moment, we called County Line Towing and the representative was very polite, responsive, and understanding. We were way out on the Cape and expected a extensive wait time. Wrong. This guy was out there VERY quickly. We were so happy with his enjoyable attitude and pleasant and welcoming demeanor. It helped calm us a LOT. We misplaced the key to our truck. Buck came very quickly and got it unlocked for us. I thought the price he charged was fair and reasonable. I’m sure some other people would have charged more. He was very helpful in calling different places to find the least expensive place to get a replacement key made.

Total life saver!!! We did business off of me giving my word that’d I would be there when he got there. ( who does that now a days) When I tell you DEPENDABLE, I mean it. He was straight up front that it would be $225 and even though it was a difficult tow he got me to the road as promised. I got stuck not once in a my secret honey hole in pt. St Joe but TWICE!! He stuck with me and came back and got me unstuck AGAIN !! It was worth every penny and turned what was supposed to be a priceless scavenger hunt into and expensive gathering well worth the forced down time in nature! Our teenage daughter was in Port St. Joe with some friends while we were in Alabama. She had a flat tire on her car so I contacted roadside assistance and Buck was there within half an hour!! Fast and friendly service and I would recommend him and this company to anyone! He was so nice and courteous on the phone and we knew she was in good hands. This man came and helped me in the middle of the night around 12 am after my shift because ei locked my keys in my car. I told him my parents lived im blounstown and was on there was with the money and told me he would do it for free. This was a honest blessing from this man and I would highly recommend his company to everyone!!

I HAD Geico car ins up until last month. While driving on Highway 98 from Mexico Beach to Panama City I picked up something in the road and had a flat tire. I was able to get to a safe place and called my roadside assistance, after 1.5 hours they said there was no one available to come help. I called county line towing and he was there in 15 minutes. Changed my flat tire to my spare and I was on the - way excellent service I will never use anyone else and I changed my car insurance to someone that will use County line towing for roadside assistance.

Buck came to help me and my friends when my friend thought she locked her keys in her car. When he got there we found out one of the doors was unlocked the whole time. We felt so bad however Buck was very kind and understanding! We appreciate him and all he helped us with so much! Very highly recommend using County Line Towing & Recovery.

Thanks to Buck! He is a good no GREAT guy!!!!! Thanks to him he was able to get my daughter, Keesha, out of pretty much a swamp. She pulled over the road at night around 10:30 pm coming home from work. The truck got even more stuck after she was trying to get out. It went over a couple feet as the tires just spun! Bucky lives a good 30mins from where she was but he was there in NO TIME!!! WE REALLY NEED TO USE AND APPRECIATE OUR LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESSES AROUND HERE! Prime example Keesha may not of gotten her truck out that night if it wasn't from him. We've known this wonderful family our whole lives they would give you their shirt off their back and go above and beyond. They are good Godly & Christian family. We are on vacation and broke down in Mexico Beach, Fl. AAA was suppose to send someone and after 5 hours of waiting, they called to say they wouldn't be there until next day.
