This place stole parts off my vehicle before delivering it to the auto repair facility. Parts worth in in excess of 10K. AVOID THIS COMPANY. And oddly this is the company the Flagler Police use.
Super hi prices for towing. Broke parts on car towing took four days to fix. Left grease and dirt inside car and on body. Bad attitude no people skills.
My husband was in an accident 17 months ago sadly i lost him two three weeks after the accident i called saxon several times to get personal thing out

These people out of business for ever so they can't do this to anyone else the owner even admitted to me he took items out the car for safe keeping and put them in his office for safe keeping and they went missing after that these people do very bad business in flager county they need to be put out of business they have been doing this for years to unsuspecting customers and nothing has been done at all to stop them what we all need to do is get togather and file a class action lawsuit against them to stop them from doing this to anyone else. sign Sherrel Martin
Went there to see why my car was overheating and the guy tried to tell me I had a blown head gasket and it would cost approximately $1,000 but he’d only charge me $800.
I did not have a blown head gasket, I went to Barrows right down the road and had a part in my car replaced for only $100 and my car runs like it’s brand new.

This company damaged our car. Charged 525 to get it out after 4 days in lot. Stoled money from wallet left in car. HOW COME FLORIDA ALLOWS THIS TOWING TO CONTINUE ON CASH ONLY!!!!!!!! THEY R RIPPING THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF TAXES!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Guy on the phone was a complete jackass and hung up on me before I could ask anything I called back and he acknowledged that he hung up on me and became confrentational. Highly suggest going anywhere else, these people don’t care about you.
All of my windows were stuck down panicked and went to Saxons they fixed it within 10 minutes my parents of been going to this automotive service for years and they love it now I love it too thank you Saxons
My fiance was in an accident on I95 and they towed the car there. Saxon told us on the phone we could come get personal belongings out of the car. After driving over an hour by herself, the inbred hillbillies (2 men) running the place refused to let her get her stuff and were confrontational. My fiance was so scared and intimidated she had to call the local Police. They arrived and forced the inbreds to give her belongings back and filed a report against the business.
The paramedic I spoke to on the phone at the accident scene said there was surprisingly little damage to the vehicle. When we called Saxon on the phone regarding retrieving the personal belongings, they lied and said it is going to be totalled. They are trying to defraud the insurance business for personal gains regarding the "totalled" vehicle.
I have reached out to Florida Highway Patrol and local police to make sure they never let this criminal inbred business tow another car for them.
The moral of the story is avlid this place at all costs. They are crooked and incompetent. Did I mention inbred?
If there was a 0 I would give it due to the fact that they were fine to charge me $484.00 on getting my car out of their lot. there was no damage done as I know of to my truck but they sure were quick to tow it on a Sunday morning but you cannot get your car out on a Sunday. they are quick to come and get your car and charge you an arm and a leg to keep it there when you have no access to it due to them being closed on a Sunday. Would never recommend them to anyone! We live over an hour away and car was left for only 6 hours on the side of the road. AND THIS IS HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE!!!! FULL ON BS with this company. and on the flip side, THEY DO NOT TAKE CREDIT!!! CASH ONLY!!!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND THEY WERE RUDE!!!!
These crooks...... I paid my towing charge and overnight stay of $375.00, over 9 yrs ago. Every time I need to register a new vehicle, I have to fight tooth and nail to have the lien removed(third time now). Every time I get the lien removed, POOF, it comes right back, but somehow these criminals don't even have my paperwork(proof) that says my SUV was even towed, but the burden of proof lies on me. I was told "I dont feel like digging anymore." Like I was just going to magically give up and pay it again. lol Lawyer time. 1 star because you can't leave 0.
Towed my wife's car 4 miles after accident, I could not pick up after tow because it was Sunday. I picked it up the next morning: $380.00. Said state law requires all payments in cash. Car was not destroyed, in fact I drove it onto a trailer to take home. RUN, RUN, STAY AWAY.
