I got T-Boned in Texas while getting medical treatments for my bride, and we definitely didn't need this to happen. I was able to tow my 5th wheel back to Florida. Went to Gross & Son's P&B on the recommendation of a friend. Everyone kept telling me that it's going to be totaled out that there was too much damage, not what I wanted to hear. These guys did an amazing job! I'm Extremely pleased, I had them fix some small dings that weren't from the accident and blend the paint on all areas left undone by the insurance, so it looked better than before! This was a big job, but they worked hard and got it done just in time for us to hook up the 5th wheel and head back to Texas. Life rarely goes as planned, and Murphy certainly can toss a wrench into them for sure! But it's Great to know Guys like these that can take care of the Murphy Situations when they do happen! Highly Recommend These Guys! Hope I don't need them anytime soon!

This shop is 10+. They took care of us, made sure the insurance company did right by my claim and got the part I needed. My car looked great and good as new. Customer service was top teir all the way around. Would definitely recommend them.
Great work on my car however my car was in the shop for 30 days 30 without a call or anything to know the status of my car or anything.When picked it up i was Charge 50 for a tire outside of my deductible saying a thread problem then showed me a pictures of my tire with a slit in it when i drive It there the tire was drivable! Which if that’s what you found fine call and say hey Mrs Spencer this is going on and we’re going to have to replace this also. I problem at all. Then you top off after paying no one walked me out to do a “walk around “ or a look at it to make sure my car was okay and fixed correctly. I feel like i was Just not handle correctly when even though through all of this i never Cursed has an attitude or made them feel unappreciated for their time and business. Thanks for the service but i just won’t be back. Satisfied with the work but very unsatisfied with the service.
Gross and Sons Body & Paint did an excellent job for both me and my girlfriend. They repaired her 4Runner after it was damaged by tree branches during shipping, and the results were flawless — you would never know it had been smashed up.
On top of that, they also helped me out with my Toyota Tundra. The side panel where all my seat adjustment levers are had broken, and they got it fixed up perfectly. Everything works like new again.
The staff was professional, honest, and easy to work with. The turnaround time was quicker than I expected, and the quality of their work really shows. I’d definitely recommend Gross and Sons to anyone who needs bodywork or paint done — they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the results.
Outstanding service and repairs to my brand-new car that was hit by iron and rubber shrapnel from an exploding truck tire and wheel on the way home from the dealership. The Gross and Son team prepared a thorough estimate and then repaired damage and repainted the front bumper to look exactly like new. This place is amazing. They took such good care of my truck and even handled any issues with the Insurance company. When state farm tried to put an used sensor on my truck they said "absolutely not". Their work is amazing but their integrity is even better. I will only go here from now on.
Picked up my car today and was extremely pleased with how it looked. Both the body and the paint work looked fantastic. A special shout out to Adam, who was my advisor at Gross & Sons. Adam was very professional, took the time to answer my questions and I never felt he was rushing me. I would highly recommend Gross & Sons.
Front desk lady and manager were really nice and attentive. The guy in charge of repairing and doing the "quality control" before turning my vehicle was horrendous. I went to pick my vehicle and right away my 8 year old son noticed how there was dried up dripping paint, a light was loose and my front bumper skin wasn't fully attached. I chose this body shop due to it being a recommended body shop by my car manufacturer and made the point to drive 1hr and 30 minutes away from my home to this location in hopes to get my car repaired properly. They wasted my days of work in 2 occasions, kept my car for what seemed a long time and I was forced to have to bring my car back for them to fix it. The final "fix" wasn't even that good as I realized that they had sad part of the transition between my bumper and fender and left it all dull etc. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. The only things I got was a "sorry" and hours/days wasted. Again, the front desk lady and manager that I talked to at one point were always extremely nice and attentive but doesnt override the crappy job of the guy assigned to my vehicle.
Gross and Son’s did an excellent job on my repairs. Communication and customer service is the best in town. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs paint and body work done in a timely manner!
I was recently in an accident that caused significant damage to critical components underneath my vehicle. The team at Gross & Son (especially Roseanne) took excellent care of the repairs, working seamlessly with my insurance and keeping me updated every step of the way. Securing a rental car was especially difficult due to the busy airshow weekend, but Roseanne went above and beyond to make it happen. She also ensured my vehicle was repaired and delivered over the weekend, which I truly appreciated. Outstanding service and communication throughout — highly recommend!

Gross & Son has earned all my business for the foreseeable future. They maintained good contact and were always prepared to answer my questions throughout the process of repairing my Model 3. Highly recommend anyone with a Tesla (or any other vehicle for that matter) to not hesitate to take your vehicle in to G&S.
The only hiccup in the whole process was Tesla's supply chain being behind as usual. And regardless, the wait time reflected in the quality and value of the workmanship at G&S. They even went above and beyond to wash and detail my car as well as have it fully charged when it was ready for pickup.

I recently took my Chevy Equinox to a Gross and Son’s repair shop and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, patiently answering all my questions. The repair work was flawless-my vehicle looked like it had never been in an accident. They even detailed my car afterward, which was a wonderful touch. The entire process with the insurance was seamless, making everything stress-free. On top of that, they kindly replaced the battery in my key fob that wasn’t working when I brought the car in. I highly recommend this shop-you won’t be disappointed!
Quick edit: Shortly after getting my car back, my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. I’ve reached out to the shop to request an inspection of the A/C system, especially near the areas that were worked on, and am hopeful they’ll address this issue promptly and professionally. The only challenge now is getting my car back to the shop, as the drive from Navarre is a bit of a distance.
I appreciate the shop’s help so far and plan to post an update after my next visit next week.
I initially asked a Pensacola FB pg for the best paint and body shop to do body work. Overwhelming, people said hands down said Gross and Son. Eddie, the owner, answered the phone spent time patiently guiding me through the process and gave me a very fair price. He even returned my call after hours to make sure my questions were answered. We needed our bumper replaced and knew the match would not be perfect…. but it was, much to our shock! It’s an 11 y/o vehicle and their talented workers made the multi step paint flawlessly blend with the rest of the vehicle! We are BEYOND thrilled with the quality of work Gross and Son did on our vehicle. My vehicle was also completely detailed inside and out upon pick up. It’s clear why they are the most locally recommended and also the authorized body shop for many brands including Honda/Acura (Pensacola Honda has always recommended them) and Maserati as well. You will not regret choosing Gross and Son!

I had a great experience with Gross and Son’s! They offered weekly updates on my car and worked frequently with my insurance company to sort out the costs. I recommend Ival, Adam, and Kelly for any repairs you need! They helped repair a dent on my car which was repaired within two weeks!

Shoutout Roseanne and Christie Lewis for being super involved throughout my process and always being incredibly helpful, as well as everyone else in their team, because everyone was really amazing during an extremely difficult time for me. In December 2024, I hit a deer RIGHT before the holidays. Almost ten grand in damages and Gross and Son had me back on the road in about two weeks with my car coming back looking BETTER than before, with a free interior detail as well. I could not be happier with my experience. Now in March 2025, you woulda never guessed my vehicle was tore up at all. Thank y'all!!!
I was in an accident the day before Thanksgiving and FHP called a tow for me which just so happened to be Gross & Son. I had a tire taken out and damage to my front bumper. Aside from that, my truck was in great condition. Fast forward to the following Monday, I was finally able to get a rental and collect my belongings from my vehicle. Went in, got my keys from reception and went to my truck. Not once did anyone call me to mention that my truck bed cover had been damaged during tow. Not only did they neglect to mention it, they neglected to cover it as well, with all my belongings sitting inside exposed to the elements. I made reception aware, to which they went and tarped it and had me leave a note for management. The manager called me to tell me that the man who did the tow said everything went smoothly. How smoothly could it have went with a third of my cover missing? I let him know I have video of my bed cover in perfect condition prior to tow and he seemed to have a change of tune. After that conversation, I gave him a couple weeks to contact me with a plan of action, which he didn't. I called and left messages till I finally got a call back and a proposal to go 50-50. This vehicle was in their care during the time the damage occurred and they do not want to accept responsibility, but even more infuriating is that I was never informed of the damage initially and my truck bed, full of my belongings, was left open to the elements in a lot that the manager claims to not have that great of cameras in, in a high crime area. Not only have they not accepted responsibility, they are trying to shift the blame and say I didn't secure my bed cover and that's the only way it could have happened. I feel it is only right that Gross & Son pay for the damages they have caused while my truck was in their care and negelcted to inform me of. If they didn't feel responsible, they wouldn't have offered to cover a thing.
WOW… what a great experience.. professional, friendly and the finished result….. Amazing!!!! From the service of my rental from Enterprise throughout the whole process at Gross and Sons. I want to personally thank Eddie, Christie, Mike, Steve and Roseann. These people become family and yes they care about your vehicle and make sure you are satisfied. Steve in the collision department did a super job fighting with the insurance company to make sure all was taken care of. They did a remarkable job on my 2024 Land Rover Defender. I picked it up and opened the door… they had totally detailed it inside and out. It was as new as the day it was purchased. I personally would never go anywhere else. I now tell my family and friends to do the same. Do yourself a favor and request Gross and Sons Paint and Body when you have a need. If you only need a detail service..they have that service to all as well.
If I could give this place 10 STARS, I would! Back in July, I got into a car collision while I was out of town, which f’ed up my fender. So I took her here, and within a month she looked like I just picked her up from the dealership!
The day after I picked her up, I got into ANOTHER collision (some people should not have driver’s licenses) which scraped some of the paint off the back bumper. It didn’t really look that bad, but since I am understandably neurotic about my car, I took her back here to get an estimate. What Gross & Son was able to do was buff it out and paint over the damages at no extra cost.
So if you ever run into some bad luck with some idiot drivers, bring your vehicle here. The staff here truly care about your car and will want to make sure it’s good as new! Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
Gross & Sons is the only place we will have our auto body work done. Hands down the best in the business, top notch techs and office staff who always are professional and courteous. They treat you like family.
Getting into my accident was/still has been one of the worst inconveniences. However, Adam made getting my car repaired as breezy as possible. He would always give me prompt updates, go above and beyond to explain things, and was just all around very kind and communicative. Even when the at fault party's insurance gave them trouble, Adam kept me in the loop and did everything he could. When it finally came time to pick up my car, they washed the outside and thoroughly vacuumed the inside. It was so nice to come back to a clean car and perfectly repaired car. Adam is the best!
A little bit back I was in need of a body shop for my Tesla due to 2 different collisions (deer and a mailbox). I found Gross & Son on the Tesla website for certified repairs. I just have to say they did a fantastic job!
Mike, Steve and Christie were my points of contact. They made the process easy and took care of me and my car. My Tesla looks like she just rolled out of the showroom. They went above and beyond between fully charging it (very thankful since we live a good distance away) and a full deep detail inside and out.
