I called to have a flat tire fixed in the interstate. A guy and a girl drove up with no tools broke one of my lug nuts trying to get them undone to change tire never got my tire off they just plugged my tire. It cost me $200 to have my tire plugged and to tear my rim and lug nuts up. Also the plug did not hold so it cost another $25 to get my tire fixed correctly. This company did not refund any of the $200 you have to pay up front just to wait on them to pull up which took about an hour. Don't waste your money or time.
I received brake service. Very professional , very attentive to my problem great price ., not the 300 dollars at a shop I went too would charge. So happy to have such great service especially considering I was from out of town

A very unpleasant experience. He showed up, Told me my radiator had a leak. My radiator and In fact DID NOT have a leak, my car just needed coolant… Also advised me to get rid of my perfectly good car… I drive a 2017 Nissan maxima that has never given me problems.
Edit: after reviewing MY experience with this company. The owner text me and said “sorry for your inability to communicate…I don’t do service calls for free…you could have canceled” I never complained about paying $60 for him to come look at my car. I can in the review. Why would I cancel when I needed him to come look at my car…
I have called and left messages and texts multiple times over two weeks and I have not gotten a single reply. If you don’t want to or are too busy to work why don’t you just say that so we can find someone who does instead of waiting for a reply you’re clearly not interested in giving. And to respond to your incredibly quick response to this negative review your voicemail is a generic message that just says you’re unavailable to get to the phone, but I did leave messages 2 of them by voice two of them by IMessage that it shows delivered and received but with no responses going back to the 19th of December, I’m not upset you’re busy and I fact I’m glad you’re busy that’s great for you and your family unfortunately in your great hustle and business boom you neglected to even so much as respond to my numerous requests to see if you’re available and all I needed was the response you so readily provided here that I had to prompt with a negative review. So I’ll change it to 3 stars since I’m unaware of how well you do work but you are for sure not good at communication to would be customers, maybe with all the work you can hire a call service or a secretary to field calls for you and take down all the pertinent information and provide customer service while you’re unable due to time constraints. A man can only do so much. That’s why those positions are here in the first place. Food for thought I guess. But
If you’re two weeks out and I called two weeks ago and had to returned my calls could possibly be driving my kids to get fireworks today instead of wasting my time doing google reviews. Happy new years!
Highly recommend! Changed my brake shoes for me and gave me a great price. He also got me in quickly and was very nice. I’ve been to other mechanic shops in Pensacola and did not have great experiences; will definitely bring my car to Greg from now on!
Got a flat while working in Pensacola and don't have my spare. These guys came to me within 30 mins, gave me a fair price on the tire, and had me back on the road within an hour! Could not recommend more!
Greg was terrific! He came to my home on a Sunday to look at a car that had been parked for about a year! He jumped it and checked it out. Very reasonable! I drove to his shop a couple days later and he got my AC working and checked the fluids etc. He installed my wiper blades and did a few more things. He really knows Toyotas and Hondas especially. I highly recommend him for his services!

I honestly didn't know what to expect but going on just what I'd read when it came to how he responded to the 1 star reviews, I knew this guy was gonna be cool. He quoted me a fair price to replace brake pads on all 4 tires of my 09 Mitsubishi Galant and was done quicker than I expected. He showed me each set of worn pads and explained that the majority of the grinding I was feeling was from the bit of rust on my rotors. The new pads will clear that up shortly. Overall, I feel it was a job well done and a fair price paid. Thanks for your time, Greg, I'll be seeing you again.

Was told I needed rotors by pep boys and he looked and said they were fine, just needed brake pads. I’m so glad I found him he’s hand down the best mechanic I’ve ever come across. Greg was awesome, I drove all the way from CA to Fl and in Texas my A/C kept going out. I called around in Texas to see if someone could check it out but everybody told me a couple of days, so I decided to wait until I got to Pensacola and Greg was amazing said he would check it out for free and the dealership told me if would be $160 just to look at it. I took it into Greg's and Immediately told me it was low on freon and charged me a great price so needless to say if I ever have problems with my car I will have him on speed dial! LIFESAVER Super nice guy to even checked back a day later to make sure everything is great!
Not only did he call back right away bit when I missed the call, he called me twice! Need my mom to be jumped off due to battery issues. Within 2 hours he was there and got her up and running.

Greg is a gem! I was traveling from Atlanta to Pensacola to look at a Lexus an individual was selling there. I needed a trustworthy shop that could educate me on the state of the car and Greg left no stone unturned. He’s the only reliable shop open on Sunday as well, which is when I needed to bring it in. And this was a couple of days after hurricane Sally when the whole city lost power, so he called me prior to my appointment to let me know right when his power was restored (and if it wasn’t, he said he’d come to me for the inspection). On top of the great service, most generous pricing I’ve come across at any shop. I wish he were located in Atlanta, I’d go to him for everything.

On a Sunday after a road trip over 1000 miles my brakes were grinding. Prior to road trip I had tires replaced at a brand name dealer. They gave my wife an estimate of 2 grand to fix the breaks. Went to my Mobile and with parts labor and oil change under $200. Low overhead and no brand affiliation keeps his cost low. Talking to him during the process of repair he is down to earth and doesn't upsell or con into what doesn't need to be done. Even shared where his other clients will order parts on line and save even more money. He is mobile but worth going to his location. Look for his black mailbox with large numbers on it or you will pass his location. Driveway between wooden fence and house. Pro military and a living legend father living there. Recommend with no hesitation.
Greg came to our hotel and arranged for us to get a rental while he changed the fuel pump on our vehicle. He also found that the fuel pump failed due to the circuit block frying and damaging the pump in the process. He repaired the vehicle and brought it back to us. He also called to see if we made it home (Louisiana) safely. A super guy and not overpriced at all. If you're in Pensacola and need a mechanic, Greg is your man. He won't disappoint!

Great service, great guy. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took time out of his schedule to help us after we had been stranded for over 12 hours. He fixed what all the other mobile mechanics wouldn't or couldn't. He even called to check on us a few hours later to make sure our truck was still running well. He was very reasonable price wise. I will definitely save his card in case Im ever stranded in the Pensacola area again.
