It’s a junk yard for sure! Keep your expectations really low, and don’t expect anyone to go out of their way for you. I thought that’s what I was doing, and they still managed to get under my skin.

They have my exact truck and won't even look for the parts I want off it, which are over their yard mins. The pictures look good online for what I would like. What a waste of time to drive down to their office.

Easiest process getting the parts I needed. Called the number, spoke to a sale rep within a couple minutes. Paid for the order while on the phone, since it needed to be shipped to this parts yard from another site. The next day I picked up my order and it only took 5 min all said and done. Shoutout to car-parts.com for the in depth listings and photos.

Just left there. Their online site CLEARLY shows that they are open until 6:00pm.! I'm writing this now at5:22pm.! If they are too unprofessional to monitor and update their site, then they have lost at least one customer for life. There are too many yards here in Pensacola to patronize.!

I bought an engine and they don't want to take responsibility for the 6-month warranty. The engine didn't work for a single day and now they're looking for excuses for me not to change it. What do you advise me to do?

I called about a bumper cover with a part number the sales man said he found the bumper but didn’t know if they had it. He recommended I look on Rock Auto. I called back and spoke to another sales man. He quickly found the part. He said I could not see the part before buying it. I had to pay for it first then could pick it up the following day. Is this the new way of selling parts at the convince of the business? Not me I’m old school. They truly have stolen the service from consumer service. I hate it and won’t support this BS!!!!!

I ordered a prop shaft from Fenix parts for shipment to Texas. I politely asked Capp to pack this item securely for the shipment. Boy did they not disappoint, this was the best protected part that I’ve ever received. Not only that, but Capp helped me out with the shipment cost. Could not say anything bad about these guys - respectful, responsive and true to their word. Will be a returning customer!

I would rate 0 stars if I could. They don't Honor their price quote. I called inquiring about a engine and they quoted me a price and when I bought the car and went back to get the engine and they told me a different price and wouldn't give it to me for the price they quoted me even though they see it in the system. Bad business

My boyfriend purchased a transmission from this company about 2 weeks ago. He placed the order 2 Mondays ago and was told it would be here the following Wednesday. It did not arrive until Thursday. When he arrived to pick it up, he witnessed the worker transporting the part to his vehicle, being extremely careless to the point of almost dropping it. My boyfriend began examining it closely and noticed some very obvious damage to the part. When he asked about the damage the carrier had no initial response. After speaking with a few different sales representatives, no one could give him an acceptable explanation as to what may have happened and what he could do. After discussing the risk hed be taking by accepting the transmission as is and putting in his vehicle, he decided to exchange the transmission for a new one as soon as they were able to get one in. He has been given 3 different dates as to when the transmission will arrive, has called each day they told him it would, and cannot seem to get a solid answer as to where his replacement is. Each time he calls I am witness to staff being extremely short and dismissive to him. We are unhappy with this service and will do not refer this company to anyone.

They scam with transmissions. Even following their policy, contacting on time, providing the diagnostic correctly. We are Estaba Motors buying thousands of dollars in parts for 3 years with them, but that doesn't matter when it is a transmission issues they'll change the actitud. They reject the return, they reject to change it, they reject to even give you the core money back.

Found parts needed for a 2011 Toyota Corolla online. Great, personal parts networking services experience. I even was recommended to eat at a great location for a good grilled Pastrami Reuben sandwich.

When FENIX bought out UAR I was skeptical of the outcome, as in the automotive field I'm no stranger to good companies being absorbed by bigger companies and things going down in quality. I can say that here it is not the case. FENIX may not be the best company in the world but they try, and their sales people are very personable. Adam helps me with everything I need and goes above and beyond to make sure me and my company are taken care of. I don't feel like just another account when I call, I feel like my time and business is valued beyond dollar figures on a screen.

I called twice to make sure they had the part I needed it. They confirmed it was there. I live 1 hour away from Pensacola and was in a hurry and when I got there they said apparently the system was showing they had it but it was not anywhere on the shelves. So disappointing. I would recommend to update your system more frequently so you don't waste somebody else's time. Friendly staff, though!

Called, spoke to Roger, gave part name needed, he says got it, I go, worker brings part to counter. Roger made this all happen very smoothly. The person pulling the part did so in a perfect manner, nothing broken on it. I put the part on and I am thoroughly satisfied, 100%. Thank you. Need tires next.

Had a great time here. Me and their guy spent some time looking for what I needed. Even had a golf cart. The place is huge and I was just having a blast looking. We found what I wanted and their guy helped me get it out really fast .

Would have been a 5 star however the first two men working behind the counter must have been for telephonic purposes only thus leaving one young lady doing all the walk-ins. First, looking up the make model & year for parts, second, locating and escorting customers outside to the vehicle and third finalizing deal and collecting money. She was awesome and did a stellar job. However, the line waiting for assistance did grow with only the one employee providing customer care/assistance.

She is awesome to deal with, happy, laughing, caring person and most of all, got the job done and parts I needed when no one else could find them! I would give University 100 stars if they offered it. They were able to find all the parts I needed quickly and efficiently. I have never dealt with a more knowledgeable staff than the staff at UAR!!!! They were even very patient with understanding my accent.
