DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were scheduled by my insurance company (Hagerty) more than 2 1/2 weeks ago to tow my vehicle. They called me at 11 o’clock in the morning to let me know that within 60 minutes they would be to my home to tow my vehicle.
At 1245, I called them and they told me that they were another 45 minutes out because of another call that they were on and that they would call me back with an update shortly.
Move forward to 2:00 PM with no call or update, I called them again to see what was going on and
because no one has called. They told me they were still another 45 minutes to an hour away. Needless to say I had to hire another company in order to tow my vehicle.
Update: They showed up to my home at 310pm and were turned away due to my vehicle being towed by another company!
The communication with this company was absolutely horrendous, and I would absolutely not recommend using them in the future!
