Philips was very rude to me on the phone. Terrible store. Will drive to Wauchula or port charlotte instead.

Didn't have the part I needed. They could order part ,but at a price 3 times higher than ebay. Received the part 3 days after ordering on eBay.

My husband Bought a battery The guy that put it on Stripped it 3 times,Not Once 3 times a new battery. We are still having problems with it. DMFWT!!!

Customer service was amazing ! They are very helpful. They had to order the part I needed for my riding mower,but it arrived the same day. They did have the battery I needed,and it was cheaper than 2 other nearby stores.

Great parts place lots of young peeps in there that use some better training. Over all an ok place.

My windshield wiper snapped off in the middle of a storm when a rock flew up and hit the window. My partner and I swung in here and they had our part and helped us put it on. We were in and out 15 min! Awesome customer service!!! We were able to get home which was over an hour away because of these people!

Every time I buy a part from here if I don’t bring the part in for them to look at they order and sell me the wrong part 99% of the time I don’t think I’ve ever got the correct part the first time I went in the store. Even worse because you tell them all the information for the vehicle and they still ordered the wrong part

I needed my rear brake light changed out and I didn't know how to do it. The employee there was quick to show me how to do it and get it done fast for no extra cost.

Great customer service, hands down! I need assistance finding a rust inhibitor that was waterproof and even though they didn‘t have the specific brand I wanted, they still guided me in finding one online. I also left my debit card at the store on accident and they called my bank and told them they would put it in a secure spot for me. I would highly recommend this store for customer service and trustworthiness!

Great costumer service. They have gone an extra step when giving help. You can bring your old motor oil for them to dispose properly.
