My driver who is contracted with Copart and has his identification on file was given a hard time today. They gave him a hard to release the vehicle and when they authorized the release they made him wait a long period of time for them not to release it. Very unprofessional people.
They stole money out of my total loss car. When I retrieved my personal belongings, money (only about $10 in change) was gone.
The amount isn't the point, the fact that theives work there is.
My 1st time there and Rebecca was awesome and patient with me...helped me from start to finish. I would hire her in 2 seconds to work at my Dealership.
This place is a nightmare. How insurance agencies continue to give them business I’ll never understand. They don’t answer phone calls, belongings suddenly become “missing”, and the whole check in system is a joke. Nothing about this business screams quality. Definitely going to be looking into small claims like many others against this shady company.
The required signing up on the app to get an pickup appointment was a little complicated but eventually it all worked out.

As a 9 car transporter I can say this Copart is much better then others in the area! Incomparable to Riverview. The Loaders here are fast! Oficce know what to do. Especially I love that they can load you from the side.
I ordered transport through copart. They gave my title to the driver and the driver lost it. Copart and the manager washed his hands and I had to take a 200 loss to order a new title plus 2 months it will take to get a new title.
The process of retrieving an RV vehicle could not have been more difficult or time-wasting with this yard. It cost me an extra $400 or more in fees and costs; the yard was unorganized and a heavy tow wrecker was $325 per hour waiting on CoPart employees to show up for the pre-arranged appointment that I was forced to set up with a heavy tow. The CoPart shipping app would not register me for an account - It never functioned. The yard itself would not answer my calls, but did eventually return call-back requests. They produced obstacles for me to retrieve my vehicle, charging me extra for storage day after day, and penalized me for their own negligence, inaction, and uncooperative posture.
I am reviewing Florida small claims procedure and will likely be filing a small claims action to recover expenses relating to unnecessary storage fees and delays involved in the transaction. I can no longer do business with Copart after this transaction.

Came here to check-out a Camper. Minus the wait time in the office, the guys in the yard are beyond helpful. Despite other reviews - I found the customer service here to be above and beyond. One of the worst Copart locations I've been to; I am saying this as a buyer who has been to several.
This location has a massive management/cultural problem. The staff is lazy and rude. They rarely let members on the grounds to look at vehicles. They usually claim there is nobody to help (when 3-5 workers are hanging out at the gate smoking cigarettes), but when they do let you look, they follow you around, rush you, and limit you to 1-2 cars.
How is anyone going to bid a fair price on these cars if nobody can see them?
Meanwhile, at the Palm Beach location, members can freely walk the lots, and workers will eagerly help with what you need (jump box, etc.). It's no wonder vehicles at the Palm Beach location go for so much more!
Let's start with COPART in general has some of the worst customer service of any large company on earth. Some locations are better than others, some are ever bordering on OK. But, this location has the ability to put you on perma-hold till YOU DIE! You have about a 5% chance of having a 'as expected' experience with this place. But COPART has no effective competition so this is what you tolerate.
Too busy to mail titles or take calls. Bought car 2 weeks ago and still no title. They will gladly take your money but good luck getting your papers. Hang up on Me whenever I call. Drove 2 hours to there location just to get in a que line to try and get paperwork and it's 110 minute wait with 4 people here. Worst people work at this location.
My adjuster put the car at this place, but the person told us go all the way to Immokalee and they won’t give my possessions back, which I’ve been through a hurricane and an accident afterwards the next day. I can’t even get my keys back. I can’t get the rest of my stuff back. The only thing they gave me back as a license plate and I was it I can’t even get my keys to my house.
Worst customer service in all of copart, false advertisement, deception, wanna allow you to view vehicles in person want you to use pictures to buy online.
My insurance company referred me to Copart when my vehicle experienced damage. The first person I talked to from this company would not tell me what kind of business they were. When I tried to call back to talk to someone else, I spoke to someone in Indiana, then someone in Georgia who told me that I would not be able to talk to this business directly. At 10:30 at night, these people pulled up in my driveway without calling (as requested) and told me they were there to take the Jeep. When I told them that I had canceled and was going to go with another business, they were so upset that they blew their horn all the way down the road.
