This Auto parts store is great they have great customer service Dale is a sweetheart he went above and beyond to help me with my issue I recommend this place highly!
WORST NAPA EVER!!! Not one price listed anywhere in the store. Multiple customers yet one guy is just sitting behind the counter acting busy never said a word while I waited. Then when I was told the price and said no thanks. He then had something to say. $8 is expensive for brake cleaner and starts mocking me. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!
I come here almost everyday and never had a problem but today was bad . The manager is good but the guy that work's with him 10-2-25 at 9:22am is the most rude employee that I have ever met. And the most Incompetent employee. You ask him a question and he starts throwing things around.. And that's not the first time I encountered that guy.
Maybe the best experience I’ve had in quite along time. I needed a mechanical fuel pump for a 1969 Jeep. I ordered it at 4:00 PM Tuesday with a promise it would be there at 8:00 AM next morning. Are you kidding me? It was there as promised and it was actually the correct fit. This is my go to place when I need automotive parts!
Was transporting some things for my sister and stop by and just ask someone to double-check my load was properly tied. Extremely nice friendly gentleman came out double checked my load and did help us so it was awesome can't thank him enough!
Best NAPA that I’ve been to in a long time. The guys in there helped me out quickly and were great. I actually dropped a $10 bill and didn’t notice. One of them found it and ended up walking out to me in the parking lot to see if it was mine and returned it. Thank you Marco Island NAPA!
Worst NAPA I have ever been to. Completely disorganized and dirty.
I ordered online and ordered showed it was available for pickup. Arrived no one greets you or acknowledges your existence. Poor customer service, that should have been my indicator to just leave but I had an order to pickup so I continued.
They only filled half my order because they “did not want to separate a pack of 12.” That they sell individually anyway! Lazy very lazy, also evident by how dirty the store was.
Finally they did not give me the discount price that was paid online through NAPA. Going to Autozone tomorrow where I just found my item cheaper, available and with discount. Should have checked there first. Well next time I will.
Excellent service. Dale went above and beyond. We needed parts for our boat and Dale was super helpful to get us what we needed. Back on the boat (walking, since we don't have a car in Marco Island), we found out that we still missed one adaptor piece, a $3 item. Dale hand delivered the part within 10 minutes. Best customer service ever!
Ridiculously difficult to find. Maps sends you to a dirt road alley behind the business. Then, make sure you take your vitamins to be able to open the front door. Once you find it (assuming you do) and get in the front door (also assuming you do), you better hope you don't need any customer service help because you won't find any of that here! If you have the time, leave the island and go to the next closest auto parts store 20 minutes away.
José is great in resolving your parts needs indeed. I had a doctor's appointment near Miami and I live on Marco. It was raining and I noticed one Wiper Blade was torn and the other was streaking bad. I had to be across the state for my appointment in this rain and had not noticed the blades as it was dry season and had not rained when driving in a long time.
I quickly drove to the NAPA in Marco and José rain and all got me in and out on the road again in about 5 minutes including putting the new wipers on. Great customer service José!!
Worst customer service on the entire island. Not willing to help an older lady or a young man with an order they were picking up. Don't expect to be welcomed or greeted cause the guys don't care about your expreince and neither does their cooperate office.
Awesome employees, very knowledgeable if they don't have it in stock they'll get it very next day, Dale is the man to ask fir about boats, Jose knows a lot about vehicles
It was just before hurricane Irma hit the island and I needed a gasket for the carb of my generator. Of course there were none to be found. Even though I needed a small engine part and NAPA is an additional parts store, I was desperate. The guy looked for something that might work and could find nothing. Very friendly service in a stressful time. The guy eventually found a sheet of gasket material and I was able to cut a gasket from that. Thanks!
Closed! 5 customers locked out of Napa on Saturday afternoon. I called at 11:30 to ask whether they had my coil in stock. Yes! They did. I drove right over to Napa and all was dark. And locked. Why did the man I spoke with forget to mention that he would be closing for the weekend in 30 minutes? At NOON? 2 minutes I was outside the store and 2 more trucks pulled up full of customers for Napa. Bottom line, the owners of Napa on Marco Island are losing customers who would like to buy auto parts over the weekend
