I had a flat and called Tom's tow service came out to get me. The drivers name was Johnathan and he was awesome. I had been sitting for 3 hours and he even let me swing by the store so I could use the bathroom. I highly recommend them. Very good people!
I needed my car towed to Jax from Green Cove so I called several different tow businesses. Tom was booked up the day I called but could pick my car up the following morning. I chose Tom's towing service because not only did Tom answer the phone but he was very nice and the price was the best too. Tom arrived within the hour timeframe he said and was very knowledgeable and careful with my car as he loaded it on the truck. When and if I need another tow, I will definitely call Tom's Towing Service to help me out!! Tom's a very nice man and he's a professional when it comes to towing your vehicle!! After calling two other companies for a tow and them not answering the phone, this was my third call. He answered the phone right away. He said he could get to my location within 45 mins but actually was to me within 20 mins! Tom was very nice, provided excellent service, and recommended a local diesel mechanic that he spoke very highly about for me to get my truck fixed. I highly recommend Tom's Towing Service and will be using him again in the future. Thank You Tom for your excellent service and taking great care of my truck.

This man is absolutely amazing! My alternator went out in the middle of driving and I was stuck on the side of the road, and Tom came in a timely manner kept a good conversation and even took the time to jump my car long enough to turn it around so that my Machanic can work on it. Driver that was driving down Blanding Blvd needs to slow down and not ride everyone's bumper. I had 2 kids in my car and a car length in between me and the car in front of me. This happened Friday the 22nd or Saturday the 23rd. This person should be fired especially after almost hitting me when he came over to pass

Had to remotely arrange for a car to be towed in Jacksonville Fl for my son and this place came through big time. Out of 4 places called they were the most reasonable. Fast friendly and the driver was a Navy veteran. I highly recommend them and will use them again if ever needing a tow service again.

Was recommended by a repair facility I was going to use. Tom answers the phone himself and is very polite and professional. Showed up at my home when he said he would. Had my vehicle loaded up in no time. Price is very reasonable. I’ll definitely use him again if the need comes up.
Scheduled a tow 24 hours in advance to pick my truck up and take it to a shop. Driver was 40 minutes late for a scheduled appointment. No apology or acknowledgement he was late. Got my truck from A to B...... eventually.
I had a car issue and after 45 mins of not starting I called them to tow my car to the nearest firestone. Not 15 mins after calling, my car starts up and running again I had to cancel. I felt awful as I knew they were nearby, so I called them to let them know and offered a tip, which they politely declined. They were very professional about the situation, and for that I'm leaving a 5 star review and a promise that when I do need a tow truck, they are the ones I will call and recommend to my friends.

Chris was extremely helpful and kind when towing my car today. It was a really rough day and he not only gave me a ride home after towing my car but also offered to buy me a can of soda! The price was also very fair! I definitely recommend their towing services!

Extremely aggressive drivers on the road. Have had drivers cut me off and speed aggressively after tailgating at an extremely close proximity to my own vehicle with my infant daughter on board. Would never trust this type of driver with my car in any situation.
I needed my Mini-Van pulled up to Kia of Orange Park in the middle of the day. I called Tom based on the already 5 star review and received service of that quality. He estimated it would be about an hour and Chris came out within that time frame and had everything hooked up and ready to go in a matter of minutes. Would recommend and my go to choice going forward.
