The communication from the seller has been unsatisfactory. After nine days since the purchase and sending four follow-up emails requesting an update, the order was canceled without prior notice. A brief explanation indicating that the delay was due to ongoing efforts to locate the item would have been appreciated.
Tried to call just a lil bit ago. Got hung up on and declined my call many many times as i kept trying to call. As a person who just found them for the first time and wanted to do busniess with them i am very upset. This is not how you treat new customers. I will be looking elsewhere now and will not be considering this place again
My friend Audra bought an older Buick from this dealership on the 9th, she was told and has screenshots of the messages saying the motor and transmission were in great condition and it needed very minor work. Yeah no that wasn't the case. Not even an hour later the motor blew up and it needs a whole new one.
BUYER BEWARE!!! On Monday, 5/9/22, at 2pm, I purchased a 1998 Buick that Mr. Moore claimed needed no work and that the engine and transmission were in good condition. At 4pm, I was stranded on the Buckman with it and had to have it towed. It now will not even crank and needs a new motor. I tried contacting Mr. Moore by phone (left messages), FB messenger, and went by both the lot and the office, to see if he would do anything to make it right. He has not gotten back with me. Now a registration transfer is pending and I will have to pay to put the paperwork back onto the vehicle I was trying to replace. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Went to looked at a white Subaru Outback. Was told online that it was in good condition, when I got there after driving quite a long ways out, I saw otherwise. Car had an exhaust issue and was not in the condition as described. Waste of time. Would not recommend. Who knows what else they’re hiding with their other vehicles
I bought a Mazda pickup 2003.Had the check engine light on. Took it to a shop to see why found out it has a blown head gasket. Watch out for this place. BUYER BEWAR...BEWARE
They sold me a limon now I have to put a lot of money into it like over a thousand dollars to even drive it. The computer went out in the vehicle and I have to replace the computer
I enquired about an item and was totally disappointed with the information I received. Rude costumer service and, in a way, discriminatory per their response quote below. “…which seemed to indicate a lack of reading and comprehending skills”.
I’m torn. I ordered a transmission for a Honda Pilot and an engine for a RAV4 at the same time. I got right on the pilot and everything went great. At the time I had a lot of projects so I put the Rav on the back burner. Fast forward 8 months and I have time to swap the engine, it is incorrect. The engine sent is for a 04-05 Element. I attempted contact by email and phone with no response. Emailed on a $1000 Acura engine and was contacted in 20 minutes. After telling them I was out of the 6 months they said “nothing we can do”. After telling them they sent me the wrong engine they cut off contact. Verify what they send you!
GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!!! Customer service is unmatched..... Knowledgeable place when it comes to Honda’s. Not to mention I bought my transmission for less than the local salvage yards near me that’s with shipping included. After install I had a noob error and really just needed reassurance it was on my end. Brett is such a genuine and honest guy. You can just tell it in his voice over the phone. Long story short.... it was that honesty that helped me locate my error. LISTEN..... If u need a part and this place says they have it. Save yourself the worry and just purchase it from them. I don’t care if you find it slightly cheaper (be hard to). You can bet on it this place!!!!
Go else where for vehicles. Rebuilt title and left over TAVT.. Purchased a vehicle in November, it's June and still trying to get a title. Thanks jerks
Great customer service! I had been looking for rims to fit my car for months and finally was able to get some thanks to Bret! Who was also super awesome and put on something else we got for the car (air intake, I believe) while we were there! Definitely will be doing business here again! And referring others their way!

I never do reviews, but I got to give it to these guys for their honesty and great prices! I bought an engine and transmission from them and they assured me everything was good to go. Of course I was skeptical, but took the chance. They helped me load everything in my little civic. I brought them home and started disassembling everything. I have yet to find something wrong. Will definitely do more business with them!
Great customer service! I purchased a few parts off of a honda del sol and the guys really went out of there way to make sure I got what I was looking for....even answered a few questions about my project and sold me a few parts that could help me...usually places like this guys are always busy doing other things but when it comes to helping the customer they really go out there way! Bret is a honda/acura expert! He is amazing & super knowledgeable on all things import. His spot is kinda of hidden back there next to the OP Bowling Alley but it's definitely worth seeking out...
