Great and friendly service Everytime made sure my mom was good to go when her battery needed replaced and she got stranded we got her vehicle to them and I had to go back to work so they put new one in and told me that I could go ahead back to work they would take care of her and they did a great job my mom was 😁 happy! Thank You Guys for the awesome service! ❣️

Was down there a few days ago, and the battery died in my truck. Partial to Interstate Brand, I called around and Carquest was the only one in K.H. which carried it. I was able to jump my truck, drive there, and the attendant did a thorough check to make sure it was my battery which was dying (and not the alternator), and indeed it was the battery. He sold me another Interstate battery for what I consider a very reasonable price and even installed it for free. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Honestly, I don't see how they could have served me any better. Next time I am in K.H. and I have any auto needs, THIS Carquest is my first call. Period.

Didnt have what i needed. Couldnt get the part til next week. Autozone had it on the shelf.

Everyone at Car Quest is knowledgeable and professional. Even more than that - they are really great people. They don't even laugh at you when you have no idea what part you need so you show them a photo!

The fact that they close at 2pm on a Saturday is ridiculous! Also they have it to where I can’t cancel my damn order and now I have to wait two days to even get my money back when I need to work Monday morning at 6! Thanks a lot when all I needed was a simple sensor

Tried to get them to price match a fuel pump because theirs was $74 compared to $46 at AutoZone. They said they couldn't match the price and when I asked if they could do anything at all they simply replied no sorry. I won't be coming back again unless it's another emergency
