Service was scheduled and fast. They got the tires I was looking for and got them installed in less than and hour. Price was very competitive.

Chris and the guys at Apex have been wonderful. Easy to talk to (they actually listen), providing honest recommendations, and their willingness to go the extra mile means more than I can type in this review. I have used Apex multiple times now. They have yet to disappoint. They keep in contact and are speedy with their service. They have services both of my VW’s and swapped tires on my Corvette. 0 issues, will return.

I was quoted nearly $1,000 in labor at Apex Auto - $2,000 overall - for a repair that another licensed shop completed quickly for a few hundred dollars. When I declined Apex’s services, I was told they price match; however, once I provided the competing quote, this was refused and followed by comments questioning the other shop’s labor guides and whether they even understood my vehicle. The shop that repaired my vehicle stated there was no reasonable justification for Apex’s labor estimate, even on the high end, and it was far beyond what the repair required. My concern is not that prices differed, but that a price-matching policy was mentioned and not honored, and that I was spoken to condescendingly when I declined services. I feel I was being overcharged because they expected me to not understand the work that needed to be done. It’s especially concerning since my boyfriend has previously brought my vehicle here for 4 years without similar issues, and this was the first time I brought it here on my own. I recommend getting a second opinion before trusting their pricing. They still made me pay the diagnostic fee, albeit at a discounted rate, but I felt I shouldn’t have been charged for anything at all after this entire interaction, and upon reading reviews that other people’s repairs were diagnosed for free.

I popped my tire right up the street and drove to their shop and they were able to get me in and out in 15-20 minutes! I was very grateful because I had my young baby with me and the staff was so welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend services!

Apex Auto Fleming Island is the best shop around!! They make it extremely easy and convenient to get any service done to your vehicle. Also, Chris and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy about almost all vehicles. I recommend you to give them try!

I came here for a second opinion on a $4000 repair that another shop quoted me. I was told that my front controllers need to be replaced ASAP as I was “one hard brake away from disaster.” Turns out my controllers show regular wear and tear for a 2016 Highlander with just over 100k miles. The only job I needed done was to have my spark plugs replaced. I’m impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this business. I cannot recommend them enough. Although I do not wish for future expensive repairs I will definitely keep them in mind just in case.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They were honest, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, and this is definitely one of them.

Very satisfied with Apex Tire & Auto in Fleming Island. I had several items from brakes to cab lights not working. Justin kept me updated on repairs daily as the work took a few days. On the day I was to pick it up 1 item wasn’t working and Chris Beal the manager looked over the situation and asked to keep it overnight again. The next day they found the problem and had to order a part, so I have to say this company is well ran and the staff was all courteous and friendly.

Everything seems to be higher in price these days. But the service was great at Apex. Thank you. I wasn’t aware that you had a military discount. I’m military so that would have been nice to know. I’ll know next time though.

I received great service from Apex. Had my car towed there because it wouldn’t start and they diagnosed the problem promptly for very low cost and my car was ready to go within a couple of hours. They are very honest and I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Chris is awesome, the first time i came to this auto shop it was for a second opinion after being priced for a whole rebuild of my front drive shaft. They gave me an out the door quote that was an AMAZING deal. I do want to add Chris was very considerate and sent me a message about 3 weeks later asking how his shops work was holding up and if i had any issues. (It's holding up amazing). I definitely recommend Apex to anyone who wants an honest job well done on their car at a great price.

Great service at a fair price. Knowledgeable technicians. AC was not very cold in our 21 year old car. They inspected it and recharged the Freon with a dye to detect for leaks. So far, 5 days later and AC still nice and cold. All that service for less than $70.00 Thank you Chris and your technicians!

Recently took my car in for brakes and oil change. Chris got me in the very next day and had my car finished in about 2.5 hrs total. Very professional, fair price, great service. We will definitely use Apex again in the future.
