Shout Out to Aaron. For those that don't know Aaron let me tell you about my experience where Aaron saved me. Yesterday, I had a malfunction at the gas pump where my Motorcycle wouldn't turn over and Aaron at the next pump whom was in his personal vehicle not only helped me with a jump but also allowed me to borrow the tools to access my battery. I felt I was in the right place at the right time as I learned this gentleman worked at a nearby automotive shop SoI followed Aaron back to his store and was able to say Hello to a new battery and goodbye to any fear of bike not turning over again. I visited the Fleming Island store this morning to purchase a light bulb for my headlight. I had no idea what I needed. Kaleem helped me and was extremely kind and pleasant. He went above and beyond. Not only did he help to figure out what I needed, he offered to replace the bulb for me. I had planned on going to an auto repair shop after, but Kaleem went the extra step and saved me time and money. I had a great experience because of him.

Super friendly staff. They really do their best to try to be helpful.

If they don't have it, they can get it within usually 1 day. Everyone is very polite and courteous and ready to help.

Knowledgeable staff and great prices! They'll scan your check engine light. Also help with minor part replacement like blinker bulbs.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The staff was uninformed and unprofessional. One team member, in particular, thought it was appropriate to make inappropriate jokes about his college days in front of customers…. comments that made everyone uncomfortable. To make matters worse, he was making these remarks while repeatedly giving us the wrong product, not once, but three times.

John did a good job referring the wipers that I needed. It had me wait an extra day so I can get him a sale and he installed them for me at the church.

Called many companies and O'Reilly was the only competit store around. Garrett in Fleming Island store was top notch!!!

This is my third time at this location in about three weeks… They are always very helpful, even offering to carry things to my car for me. Very knowledgeable and price match. I highly recommend the Fleming island location! In particular, Kalem! He rocks!!!

A couple of the gentlemen were very nice and told me as long as they don’t have to take car parts apart they assist with a replacement. Well when I got there the guy who checked me out didn’t even offer to assist to replace it he immediately said no to them not helping without even trying to look into the replacement which does not require removing car parts. Have spent money here several times and won’t do it again.

These folks are the best. Selling parts is one thing but the service and suggestions and recommendations they are the best. Very helpful even when you don't need parts, just need help.

Whether you are calling or showing up in person, they have the most friendly service! Very patient, very honest, very helpful! I love how they let you know they will price match if you can find it cheaper, but you won't find it cheaper! Great prices! Great people, most importantly, and great store and service!

Shared the problem with my daughter's van and they referred me to a mechanic over over on Route 17. Boy did they nail it for us. Problem solved. When I go to O'Reilly's, I get friendly, knowledgeable, professional service every time I stop for parts or questions. God bless you folks. You are helping people every day. I visited O'Reilly Auto Parts today to purchase one small part. The entire staff was polite, professional and very helpful in finding the part that I needed. However, they went a step above by checking to see if they could put part on car while I was there. In asking about other items needed to purchase, they (collectively - those that weren't waiting on other customers) looked up what was needed and I was able to purchase those as well. I could NOT have asked for better service anywhere! I WILL be returning for parts (and advice) from this incredibly professional and knowledgeable crew.

You know I really do. Try my best to not leave bad reviews anywhere.I go unless they are absolutely deserved. I don't know if this would be considered a bad review to most people. But. I stopped by o'reilly's auto parts in fleming island i'm driving a ford one fifty transit van, a big van that we haul stretchers, scooters and big wheelchairs in. I have a hazard/ Bright blinker light out. I have tried to reach it, and I can't.The light looks like it has clips on top and may come off.But they're very brittle and I don't want to break it. I had asked one of the store people if they may come out and look at it and tell me what I needed to do if I could do it myself or if I needed to take it somewhere. He proceeded to tell me that they don't do lights. I told him I know. I'm only asking for you to come. Look at it and see if it's something I can do myself.He continued to tell me again that they don't do lights, and that I should just probably take it in somewhere. That's ridiculous. My vehicle was parked outside 30 feet from the store. EntranceI have had people come out before and give me suggestions. But it is crazy to me that somebody would rather lose a customer. Van, do customer service and go outside 42 minutes to give the customer an idea about how they can rectify their problem. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble, but majority of your job is customer service. And what would it have hurt you to come out and look at something I didn't ask for any work to be done. I wanted to do it myself. And was hoping he may be able to look at it and just give me an idea instead of pulling things up on the computer that don't look anything like my vehicle.

On my most recent visit (1/1/25), the associates knew exactly what I needed to fix water damage to the interior of my vehicle. Worked flawlessly. Every time I have gone in, the associates are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help.

Kalem was wonderful and kind to this Nana with four grandchildren in the car. We were overheated and he checked the pressure of our Freon and discovered that it was not the Freon but a blockage in the system. I will be taking it into a mechanic but now I have the knowledge that the freon level is fine. This is the second time this store has helped me out. I am very grateful
