Bring cash, and lots of it. They will not release your vehicle until they see the money; no cards accepted, no cheques accepted, and they do not accept insurance calls either. It just made it difficult for a snowbird to get money. Found a Public's with an ATM that allowed us to retrieve $400 at a time, {3 times}.

I had an emergency out All the way in Arcadia I had locked my keys in my car and had waited nearly 6 hours for insurance to send someone to help I called PJ and they were out within the hour he was the nicest friendliest guy I would recommend anyone who needed roadside assistance services to call these people they are on point and very reasonably priced
PJ is more than helpful. This is more than just a towing business. They treat you like family they went above and beyond for whatever you need in the North Fort Myers area. 10/10. Hoosier turned my very crappy situation into a more relaxed one with just his initial phone call after our Turo rental broke down on our vacation. From IL traveling with 5 children. His empathy, demeanor, and comical commentary destressed this mom quick. Very timely and communication was on point!! Thank you for all you do!

This review reflects my experience. Upon arrival, I asked if a discount was available and was told it was being denied specifically due to a prior negative review. I was also told the business does not care about negative reviews.
The core issue remains poor communication and unprofessional conduct. Personal insults, dismissive statements, and intimidation do not change those facts. I will not engage further.
Avoid this place at all costs. If you have an accident, don't let them tow you and request a different company. Not sure if it is just the front desk lady who is unhinged or the whole company, but our experience was insane. My daughter was rear ended and the officer had her car towed while she went to check out. In the process of trying to recover the car, the receptionist/front desk person accused anyone of talking to her of yelling at her and calling her names. Her story would keep changing about who was being mean to her, but again no one cussed at her or raised their voice. The only thing that was being talked about was getting the car. At one point she threatened to not release the car as she was again delusional about people yelling at her.
I will be filing complaints with any agencies that have jurisdiction over tow companies. At this point, I am not interested in any feedback from or to the company as if this is the face of your company, then there is not much you would care about as any legitimate image.
1/7 update: So, the lies continue. You had a crying girl who was getting screamed at by the representative who was unhinged. No one was yelling at them. Not sure why every time you would talk to someone else you would change your story and say the other person was the issue. Then when my wife called you immediately started to yell at her even though she only asked a question to get this resolved and then told someone else she cussed you out. Demanding an apology or would not release the car. Looking at the other reviews of your behavior seems to support my review instead for your changing narrative. Even when my daughter finally got the keys your employee tried to keep her from leaving. Whatever meds you are on needs to be adjusted as you have no grasp on reality. You are the perfect example of a predatory business.
One of your drivers was on the a game preventing a worse crash on 41 by flipping his light on and warning everyone before any emergency vehicles showed up great work to the bearded guy.
The best company hands down! My vehicle got impounded and the lady behind the desk was an angel! Works very hard! She was amazing when I came to pick up my vehicle! If you see this girl! Love you! All of you are great!
PJ (Driver) was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable concerning vehicles. He arrived early to tow my Jaguar and delivered it safely to the repair shop. I definitely recommend him and his firm for service.

The service was absolutely unbelievable.
I broke down at 6:25 AM. I called A1 towing at 6:45 AM and within an hour he was already there picking up my truck and driving into my mechanic. I couldn’t ask for a better and faster service. It was absolutely amazing. This is the phone number. I will keep in my back pocket forever. This company operates with the utmost integrity and respect! Oh, and communication was provided through text message every step of the way. Who does that nowadays? Definitely the best service I’ve ever had.
The worst towing company in all of Florida, they try to hold your car as long as they can to charge you more money, they treat you badly, A piece of advice if you ever have problems at falconera try to never call this company, they have a contract with the police, My car was only with them for 12 hours and they charged me $261 and they didn't want to give it to me to make more time ⏱️
Awesome place!!! Got a flat on way home & had my 5yr old granddaughter. Called A1 & she told me about 30 to 45 mins (which wasn't a problem). She also gave me the option to have tire changed rather then towed, was perfect... PJ came within 20 mins or faster. He was very respectful & polite. He changed the tire & got us on our way.. Definitely would use again & tell family & friends!!!! Again Thank you so much!!

We unfortunately had our old Corvette break down on the way to Easter dinner tonight. After another local tow service left me hanging (no pun intended) I called A1 and PJ took care of us. I wasn’t able to be at the pick up or drop location, but he handled everything perfectly and professionally. He texted updates and photos from the time he reached the car, to the time it was in our driveway. Prompt, professional service. I’m someone who appreciates great service and this was a top notch experience.
What is delightful office manager. She knew I had been shaken up by an accident and was so kind to me. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Thank you so much sweetheart so many so many blessings for you and your family you are a delightful woman don't ever change.
Extremely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. The driver Jake completely blocked our driveway we could not exit our own driveway as he needed to tow a customer across the street. Used extremely bad language calling myself and my wife names. I had to contact the Sheriff's Department as the main office to A1 Towing would not help. Do not use this horrible company.
I was in a horrible car crash. I did not have a choice on who would tow my totaled car from the scene. I am so glad A1 Towing came to take my car. I called after being seen at the hospital and they were there to answer questions and were very accommodating. I had to come to their lot to take my personal items out of the car and Jessica offered tools for removing the license plate and came to my car to bring me paperwork to sign being I had a broken leg. Such a great team of people. They go over and above to help in a crisis! I would not think twice calling them to help me again.
