The worst yard I have ever dealt with. I live in Armenia, out of USA snd I had a problem with wire transfers and I had to buy the same car 3 time until problem was solved. Then finally the problem was solved and the money for the car was paid but the Yards managers refuse to credit the relist fees or offer a solution but pay that relist fees. I recommend You not to buy cars from this yard.
Ps. At that time I hat such problems with other yards they helped me snd this is the only Yard who did not help
Purchased a flood car from here and in the pictures they provided, it should the flood level very low but when I picked up the vehicle and took it apart, we found it was almost twice as high as they stated. I'm guessing they are making false claims just to get you to bid higher. Very disappointed with this copart and in general all of copart.
THE WORST COPART YARD I EVER DEAL WITH !! STAFF DON'T HAVE CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE AND IF THEY DO THEY TRANSFER YOU TO THE MAIN MENU SO DISRESPECTFUL !!!! CHARGE ME LATE PAYMENT FEE BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO APPLY PAYMENT SPEND ALMOST ONE DAY TO TRY TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM BUYING CARS SINCE 2009 OVER MILLION IN PURCHASE EVERY YEAR AND NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH SITUATION LIKE THIS THIS YARD NEEDS TO BE LOOK AT AND RETRAIN MOST OF THEIR EMPLOYEE .... HOP IT HELP TO OTHER BUYERS WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM !!!
Picked my car up at 7:00am in the morning gave my title and keys to the driver. He lost the title to my car I'm still waiting for them to find my title or tell me what they're going to do about it. They got very angry with me go figure. I'd give them negative five stars for customer service and anything else oh and by the way their tow truck driver leaked oil all over the road.
Fantastic visit. Stopped to film for my YouTube channel and the staff were excellent! Nice change of pace for a Minnesota guy to check out some different vehicles!
I had the same experience that many others have had on here, I went to retrieve my personal belongings only to find that all of my electronics were stolen by someone there at this location. When I phoned them about my 2020 Nissan Rouge being totalled out and that I was missing several hundreds of dollars of electronics from my vehicle the lady simply told me she couldn't help me that I would have to call my insurance company. I said why would I call them? Someone here stole them and you have a problem. Folks do not have your vehicle towed here for your insurance company to do their inspection on it, if you do remove all your personal items before they get it because they are thieves and will steal all your things worth money.
This is literally the worst place I have ever called about a vehicle. If you don't believe that read these reviews for yourself I didn't know that they were a salvage yard and they still claim they're not even when I asked them on the phone they buy any type of car. But I called them about buying my car which is about a three to $6,000 car give or take they offered me $311 for it completely running and fine. Apparently there are a bunch of thieves here too I would not bring my business here. The guy on the phone was polite though still does not make up for the shadiness that obviously goes on here
Called to let them know I would be coming to retrieve belongings out of my vehicle and to ask what their hours are. I arrived and was told I could not go to my vehicle because I was not wearing closed toed shoes. Why would they not advise that when I called? The employees were unhelpful and rude.
Find excuses to prevent non business non commercial members to not preview. Waste of time. Last excuse was a shrug of shoulders and "they (yard) will not (bother) to answer. Busy.". And I used kiosk to get a place in line..... commercial operators didn't even wear face masks, waltzed to desk, and entered......
Stole cash from my car and denied it! Everything was moved around and thrown everywhere. Seen the reviews after I decided to check when my stuff went missing and this confirmed it even more. Do NOT go!
DO NOT ALLOW YOUR VEHICLE TO GO HERE. I had an accident and when I got my car back over $1,000 in electronics and other items were missing from my car. When I emailed Renita Fulger (the GM) and told her what happened her response was "Unfortunately, we will not take responsibility for any personals that were present in the vehicle prior to the vehicle being picked up by Copart." She then pointed the figure at the tow truck driver that they use but she refused to disclose to me who picked up my car. It seems that they have a nice little theft ring going on at this company. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
Don’t buy cars or transport from here. They are the worst I have ever seen totally rude and disrespectful, very disgusting. No respect for other people time. They had me waiting for an hour and nobody was there I went back to ask what was going on repeatedly and then a hour later they want to get involved after they mess up my whole time while the fork lift driver is just playing on his phone the plaxe is a joke and they all need to be fired they are way to comfortable.
We are Auto transport we love to work at this Copart place for transporters, staff is very professional loading timing are short my company visit this Copart everyday ??????? Great team work
My vehicle was “totaled” by my insurance company, Copart was to contact me , fed ex documents for me to sign. Never received the documents, towed my vehicle to their lot without my signature with my personal belongings still inside, including my GPS tracker and tags. I called their national number, said they would have local personnel contact me...no contact from anyone. Filed a stolen vehicle report with the Sheriffs Dept. BEWARE, these people run a shady business!!!
Police visited this business while I was there. They were looking to see if Titles were given to Junk or Crush these cars. I told the man behind the counter if my car was stolen its Nice to Know our Police are Working Hard for our Community.
We mostly tow big stuff there and the yard is not the best quality and there is limited space to maneuver but we deal with it. They should spend some money putting some gravel down I think that will help. Staff is very friendly and helpful aswell.
I called to let them know I was coming to collect my things from my car, and they still cleaned out my car and threw all of my property away and wouldn't show me where they threw it, and on top of it they tried blaming the towing company.
I don' like of them is that they don't pay atention at the titles if is more than 10 years old they just put exempt, when sometimes the car is 10 or more years old but have low miles and it say actual on the title they stop and look it takes like 5 seconds ti see that and mark actual not exempt wow!
Excellent staff, especially Norvi and RayAnne! Professional, polite, helpful, and friendly! The yard staff are as well. Nice group to do business with!
