I went to autozone to get a battery the sold me the battery and said after purchasing it that they can’t install my battery. I had the best customer service experience ever. A young Woman by the name of Christy was the most amazingly helpful and knowledgeable a keen sense to detail I went in for a battery test and she suggested a replacement after testing and finding out the battery was bad. Went with her suggestion she also noticed I needed windshield wipers which I did and forgot about but luckily while she was switching out my bad battery carrying a lovely conversation , carefully and swiftly she noticed the wipers which I the. Replaced next with the suggested rain x brand. Will be going back for future service she was excellent please let her know that I appreciated her she was so swift I forgot to mention to her personally

Me and my daughter arrived at this place a couple minutes before 8 o'clock which is the time they advertise on the glass they they open . 30 mins goes by and there is a sliver Mitsubishi pulls up and parks we assume that this is the opener for the store but 5 -10 mins passes nobody gets out . Eventually he gets out in slow motion to open the door. no communication or acknowledgment to customer that were patiently waiting . So me and a couple other that were waiting left . And won't be coming back to this location

On July 6th at 4:30pm The African American staff is absolutely RUDE! I posted a picture of him.
I was trying to return a EZ Chill Recharge bottle I brought for $36.99
He touch the product and raised his voice at me, Saying we can’t return this it’s been used.
I told him I didn’t know that you can’t return something that’s wasn’t the right product for my car .
I also tried to explain situation still with an attitude. He wasn’t having that . Even my husband was shocked of his response.
I even asked him why are you so upset ? He’s says I’m not upset.
I don’t have a problem losing out on what I purchased . It’s the way he speaks was to customers is alarming.
He needs to get retrained on how to speak to customers .

Was thankful for the employed Dave or David. He was incredibly patient and helpful when it came to install my windshield wipers. Very important to have and to purchase the better quality brand.
