I usually always go to this location but Im switching store locations due to the fact that everytime I go there, theres only one woman on the register with a hat on. Is she the only employee there? She’s there rushing to help customers on three different registers, with a line packed outside. This is ridiculous, there needs to be more people working the registers because that lady is always at the front by herself everytime I walk in with a line packed throughout the isles. I used to come to this location and so much people used to work here! What happened?!!! Not to mention the free-lancing mechanics that take up the parking lot, ignoring the “no mechanic work” sign bumping into your conversation when your at the register trying to make a quick buck off of you, & taking advantage of the moment. Why do they believe I should pay for wiper blade installations from them when advance is supposed to install it for free! Last but not least, they have security outside who doesn’t enforce the rules upon the mechanics, he just stands up outside on his phone as they continue to do mechanical work outside! Im not talking about pouring wash fluid into someones car, something fast and quick, Im talking about full on oil changes and brakes and rotor installations & so much more … Fix it immediately!

People who work here. I asked them a simple question, and he said, Go to Pep Boys, they will help you then stopped me to repeat the question. Then he got the items look very angry. Do me a favor to installer it.. and ask for I need two more parts can't find It. He says to have to go to AutoZone. What an angry face walk away

This place was horrible I went in there just to get a simple battery test and ended up standing and waiting for 20 minutes because they only had one person working and every person that walked into the store it seems like he had to serve them before he served me I just walked out

Today I went to buy a replacement light for my headlight. I brought my 2 yr old with me and my husband. A woman walked in while we were standing in line. She asked where the line was and proceeded to stand in the line next to us. It was empty. My husband and I walked up to the counter and she was still waiting in the line to go next. What happened next is what prompted me to write this. The man the last was checking out left and the woman walked up to the register. I overheard the lady say to the woman that she wasn’t next. I looked at my husband and he said just leave it alone. But I couldn’t. The lady who is the customer was next indeed and the woman behind the register knew it. The man who was checking us out knew it as well. He was light skin and had a Low cut or bald head. He rolled his eyes when he heard how she was treating and talking to the customer. My husband and I felt hopeless. We did not want to interfere. But what the woman did next was just wrong. She told the lady to get out of her line she’s not selling her anything. Then she took the other customers that came in a while after her. That made the customer upset because honestly she was there waiting and it was her turn next. The lady behind the register then said to the lady if she has a problem with her taking other people before her she can get out. The customer asked if this is how she treats all of her customers. The lady behind the register said that’s it I’m calling the police. And she really called the police on the customer. She actually told the police that the customer threatened her and was acting like she was in distress on the phone. She called the police on speakerphone so everyone in the store could hear what was being said. I recognized the woman from somewhere but I couldn’t put my mind on where I saw her before. But I felt horrible that this lady would do that to the customer. My husband and I will never go back in this store because we’re afraid a worker could just pick up the phone and make a false report on us. I did tell the police the customer did nothing wrong outside of asking why the woman was taking other customers before her. I heard the police tell her there was another customer outside who said who said no threats were made. I don’t know if anyone checks these reviews but if people read these, do not go in that store. The worker should be charged for making a false report and I hope the customer does not feel like we did not see what was happening. We just did not know what to say at the time because we could not believe what the worker was telling the police. My husband told us to call to report it to customer service but the number said customer service was closed. So we’re leaving a review instead. There was one more person in the store with us when it happened and he said he was going to call and report it too. I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone in the store reported this. If those police would have taken that customer because of the lie the lady told, I would have gone down to the station to report your worker.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PISSED IN MY LIFE! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE EVER HAD POLICE CALLED ON ME IN MY LIFE! I WORK FOR MASS MEDIA AND THIS REVIEW WILL BE EVERYWHERE!!! ITS SUNDAY SO I CANT CALL CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN! I WOULD LIKE THE CAMERAS PULLED FOR THIS INTERACTION AND IM NOT GOING TO STOP CONTACTING ADVANCE AUTO PARTS UNTIL IT IS DONE!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO ME IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE IF YOURE EMPLOYING LIARS WHO ARE CALLING POLICE ON INNOCENT CUSTOMERS TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY. I walked into the store, I asked the people at the end of the line where the line started. They said behind the young lady with a baby. She was the very last person in line. I stood for 10 minutes until the customer that was being helped was completed. She said “next customer” and I walked up. She immediately and very rudely said “I said next customer. You’re not next.” SHE CALLED TWO MORE CUSTOMERS AND TOOK THEM INSTEAD OF ME ALTHOUGH I WAS WAITING THERE A WHILE BEFORE THEM! I got upset and said why are you pushing me aside! She told me she’s not helping me and go to another line! I had to go wait in another line and while I was waiting she was telling the other customers that she doesn’t know why I’m upset. I said “im upset because I’ve been waiting here and you took two people who came after me, before me!” The mechanic behind me advised her I was in line and I was in fact next. She said she didn’t care! I’m writing this in tears and shaking! This has never ever happened to me before! I am so embaressed to be removed from the store by police because she falsely lied and said she was fearful for her life!!!!! I WANT THE CAMERAS PULLED IMMEDIATELY!!! I WANT A CALL BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!! THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED AS SHE BLATANTLY LIED ON ME!!!! Not one employee said anything to her because she must be the manager! BUT I DONT CARE WHO SHE IS!!! YOU DONT LIE ON PEOPLE!!! WHAT IF THE COPS DIDNT ASK THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE STORE WHAT HAPPENED!!!! IM CONTACTING A LAWYER ASAP BECAUSE THE SAME LIE SHE JUST TOLD ABOUT HER LIFE BEING THREATENED WHEN NO ONE DID ANYTHING TO MAKE HER FEEL THREATENED WILL BE THE LIE THAT COST HER HER JOB!!!! I WANT AN INVESTIGATION DONE IMMEDIATELY!!!! SHE WOULD NOT PROVIDE HER NAME WHEN I ASKED TO REPORT IT TO CORPORATE!!! IVE ALWAYS COMW INSIDE THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS, AND IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE!! IM HURT THE ORHER EMPLOYEES WERE TOO SCARED TO SAY SOMETHING! BUT THEY NEED TO BE QUESTIONED TO FIND OUT WHAT THREAT WAS MADE TOWARDS THIS WOMAN!!! Worst customer service ever….. I didn’t get the guys name but he has no urgency or customer service … Has a beard with some grey hairs on it with a corvette hat …. Being a manager at my job… He would’ve gotten written up

as soon as they open I'll be there to exchange the 2nd battery I got from them. the 1st one I got was 2yrs ago which had a 3 yr warranty and I took it back 3 times within the same year before they gave me the replacement which is the one I'm returning today for replacement. can't get a decent battery these days. 2 stars due to previous purchases of these batteries.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a $250 battery and with 5 people here, none wanted to install it for me. They all stated they needed a tip to install anything. I don’t mind tipping but this isn’t the way to talk to customers when the sign on the Windows says free testing and installation. FREE TESTING AND INSTALLTION. You guys need to Hire higher quality people.

Was there recently and got excellent customer service from the gentleman at the front register. He assisted me with installing a new battery. Very professional. I didn't get his name but he was a fair skinned man with locs. Please tell him thanks!

Absolutely hate this location. It's run like a chop-shop with guys doing repair work in the parking lot, staff cursing and playing inappropriate music. Go to RockAuto.com or O'Reilly on Commercial blvd if you can.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. The store is clean and organized. Many times parts counter people dont have automotive knowledge they just look up parts. All employees here have great automotive knowledge and are willing to help you find what you need. Shout out to Antonio for going above and beyond to find the parts i needed for my jeep!

To answer your question owner of ADVANCE AUTO PARTS, It wasn’t confirmed to me that the mechanic work by themselves until Monday 01/01/21 when I went back there. All this happen on Thursday 10/28/21 when you worker told me I could get a discount if I gave the mechanic the work and he knew that NO MECHANIC SHOULD BE WORKING OUTSIDE. EVERYONE BE VERY CAREFUL. I WAS MISLEAD AS TO THE MECHANICS THAT WORK OUTSIDE. One of the mechanics lost my car key and playing the blame game said it was left on the car top and I drove off so I lost it. He NEVER gave me back my key. Don’t let them trick you with getting discounts because if they mess your car up you gonna pay more in the long run.

I live about 5 minutes from this place and I have been going to this store for years. Everyone there is pretty cool and will help you to the fullest. But there is this one short dark girl. its like she's always mad about something, like she just wake up and get mad the sun for touching her. Other that that it's a great place

I went early in the morning around 8:15am. There were plenty of people available for assistance. Guy was knowledgeable about where the item was that I needed. Person at the cashier was nice and friendly.

Usually pretty good but the last 2 calls I made for pricing resulting in the item costing more than quoted when I went to get the parts. They quoted the price for another item even though I was specific on what I needed. Frustrated with that happening back to back.
