I had a great experience at this AutoZone thanks to Bousun. From the moment I walked in, he provided excellent customer service and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He was very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and guide me to the right products.
It’s not often you receive this level of attention and professionalism. Bousun really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend this AutoZone location because of the outstanding service he provided.

I had a bad battery and it was near closing time when I arrived at autozone. I was concerned about being able to get home but Juan assisted me quickly and efficiently. He was extremely professional and helped me understand the different options available. It was a very pleasant experience and I am so grateful for his service and for easing my stress about getting home safely.
Bad experience. People hate their job. Came in to Look for a part and couldn’t find it and went up to the counter and asked the guy He told me the items are in that section instead of taking a minute and actually asking me question or using a computer which online said had 2 available. Kind of brushed me off. Also nobody is attending to the customers even if they are at the counter. If people hate where they work why hire them. Anyways stay away from this place if you are looking for actual help.
Had a great experience at Autozone. Juan was very helpful, gave great customer service and replaced our battery with ease. He gave us the best options and provided the best service. Will go back to him again when needed.
I highly recommend this AutoZone location for the friendly employees that are willing to go over and above to help. Juan P helped when my daughter who is hours away from home at college had a dead car battery. She was able to get a jump and I called AutoZone to locate a battery. He was waiting for her when she arrived and installed the battery quickly. He made a nervous student feel very comfortable. We had a terrible experience at another auto parts store nearby and I highly recommend this AutoZone in Sunrise. Thanks Juan P!
Juan was amazing; excellent customer services. I came in and needed help with finding the right oil for my car he was very patient and took the time to explain the importance of getting the right oil and he was kind enough to check it and put it in for me. The most good deeds in small things can really make a difference in someone’s day thank you Juan for your kindness!!!!!

I came in needing a new car battery for my 2021 Sonata and had no idea what type I needed. Keith G greeted me right away with a positive attitude and guided me through the process, making sure I left with exactly what I needed—nothing more, nothing less.
He even assisted with installing the battery in the heat, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to Keith’s professionalism and kindness, what could have been a stressful errand turned into a smooth and pleasant experience.

Disappointing experience at AutoZone. I stopped by at 8 PM, getting off work, with the intention of buying a battery before the 9 PM closing time. Instead, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to even check my battery or sell me one, despite me having all the tools to install it myself. It would have taken minimal effort to assist me, but they showed no interest. Given the circumstances, I expected better customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
Thank you so much to Juan P. for helping and making my experience great. I went in to get my battery checked out, which read that it was a bad battery. The process was quick and easy, with a few bits of knowledge from Juan as well about how my battery was housed.
Came in to get my cabin air filter and windshield wipers and it was a very quick and easy process. Juan P was very helpful and even installed the wipers for me. He also explained the things that I needed, the size/type and wasn’t condescending about it either. Felt very genuine about wanting to help. Great service, will come back again.

I came for a Windshield fluid and the manager was scolding the pour cashier in front of everyone and was ignoring me I stand there for 5 minutes waiting for someone charge me my product real bad situation. 1 manager should attend this type of issue in the back in private and 2 customers is always the priority, at the end I leave without buying because nobody help me I will take my business to another place.

This location was phenomenal at assisting me in the beginning it was a small mishap with a expected refund I place for a alternator but I spoke with manager Nick at the time who got things up to speed and sent me to one of the best sales man Juan Perez. Not only did he install my new battery but he also recommended an additional part that was greatly needed communication was clear and was very patient with me when it comes to cars
Parking lot pretty empty with numerous employees inside- great After standing there for several minute’s I had to intervene a conversation to ask for help. Inquired for assistance on a motorcycle battery. I was informed by this gentleman older with glasses and a ball cap that he was able to look up motorcycle batteries on their system and pointed to the back wall where batteries were located that I was to go find one. so puzzled as I have been buying motorcycles batteries for over a decade from the zone I gave him my number to pull up and imagine that there was the battery I needed on my account that another gracious and capable parts tech helped me buy using their system and why it’s on my phone number. Of course only for him to say they didn’t have it if that was even trustworthy. I went up the street to O’rely

Finally found a business that provides genuine customer service. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, and I truly appreciate walking into auto zone and (Sharon, Juan) was at the counter , greeted me immediately with a smile, that brings warmth to my soul, has I was having a down day.
