Poor poor customer service. Trying to change battery under warranty. It’s like I am bothering the staff by asking for service. They sent me to a different store. Now that I’m here they are asking why didn’t the first store deal with it. Now I find out the battery is discontinued and nobody knows what to do. Pep Boys can’t possibly be worse than this.
This automotive store is very inviting and has very kind workers. Matthew was very nice and helpful from greeting me at the door to asking if I need help. I was in a pinch with my battery and he got me back on the road within 20 minutes of me walking in. Thank you, I will definitely be coming back soon.
This store is soo stocked! Came from 2 different locations looking for car wash soap and accessories and DEF and this store is soo stocked up! Very clean and knowledgeable workers helped me with all my needs.
I came in for wipers and was greeted right away by Edwin. He asked how he could help, showed me the right options for my vehicle, and even reminded me to grab washer fluid. Installation took less than 2 minutes! If you’re buying wipers, definitely add the protection plan only $3 per wiper for a year of coverage. Thank you Edwin for the excellent service!
I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts because of Edwin. As soon as I walked in, he welcomed me and offered to help. He listened to my problem and made sure I got the right part. Edwin explained things in a clear way and was very patient. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He truly cares about customers, and it shows. I will keep coming back to this store because of his great service.
I ended up at this Advance Auto Parts location by chance last week, when my car had an issue. Nick was working that day, and he is now my new favorite person! Haha He was so extremely helpful! He helped me sort out the issue with my car that day, and after getting some work done by a mechanic he recommended, he then also helped me take care of some other issues brought to light, which also helped me save money, not having to go through a normal mechanic shop that will mark everything up a ton. Totally a lifesaver! As a woman, I don’t just trust anyone when it comes to my car because it’s known a lot of mechanics or men in the business take advantage of women not being knowledgeable. Nick proved quickly that I can trust him, and I won’t forget that! The silver lining to having car issues last week!

What a fantastic experience at Advance Auto Parts in Sunrise! Zane assisted me with purchasing windshield wipers for my Nissan Sentra, and he was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the different options and even provided some very useful tips on how to properly care for my wipers. His excellent customer service made the visit worthwhile.
It seems whatever parts you need, this Advance Auto location does not have in stock!!! From bolts to CV axles, no inventory. What a shame it’s located within a mile from my residence and never have parts in stock that I need for my Honda Accord and CRV.
Went in for a battery charge issue, Mr. AJ got me back on the road in 45 minutes or less. Thanks for a job well done!. Highly recommend, friendly and competent staff.

Easy parking. A quick trip to obtain auto cleaning soap, wax, and microfiber towels. Store has a great choice of products for helping clean and wax your vehicle. Premium products to inexpensive products are avabile. The store gives a discount to military.
I went to this location because of great reviews. Now I am going to add mine on. Zane is awesome! I thought something else was wrong and he steered me in the right direction and was so helpful. I went in shopping at advance, auto parts looking for tool the lady behind the counter was so nice so helpful went out of her way to find the tool. I needed to get the job done. I didn’t get her name, but she deserves an a raise in pay for the patient. She had trying to find what I needed. Thanks again for your help.
I went to auto part for some battery issues with my car and Kim the manager was extremely nice and friendly! She actually saved me some money by telling me to call the dealership to see if my battery is still covered under the warranty and if it wasn't, I can get the it from them. That meant a lot because she could have just taken my money but instead she gave me recommendations. To me that's what you called trust, loyalty and good customer service. With that kind of heart she'll go far and blessings will come her way. Everyone in there was very nice and helpful but I really appreciate getting the recommendations that I totally forgot that came with the car.

Had to purchase a battery for my husband’s SE430 Lexus. I was provided two options on the phone. When i arrived I was greeted and chose my battery to my surprise they install it for free and not with an attitude.. but joyfully.
The manager of the store a wonderful woman, and knowledgeable of everything automotive was super kind and helpful. You can tell she is a good manager and coach to her team as she offered to replace the battery, then her team member stepped up and said “I got it you did the last 3. Just wow! Now this will be my go to store for automotive.
They have everything you need for auto maintenance and repair, good stuff, been buying from parts and all maintenance stuff from Advance counting their stuff as good as the other auto parts.
Only 4 stars because I waited a little longer than usual to be checked out. Good staff, polite and ready to answer questions.
I will never go anywhere else, this is the BEST service you will get in South florida. They know their stuff and are fast and helpful. Kim has us in and out in under 20min. By far the best store and staff

Awesome experience today when we went to replace mom’s wiper blades! It was a little tricky but no problem for our lovely mechanic girl boss. She didn’t even break a nail!
Sequoia was genuinely so helpful and had the best energy. I was stressed because of my car battery and not only did she bring me good vibes , she went above and beyond to make sure the other auto place could hold the battery for me and she also made sure to get me the best value. My interaction at this store was with a kid called Colin. I asked him for a spark plug & he threw it at me, hitting me in the chest. I asked for a manager & he refused. I approached the other lad in the store about this & he called the store manager. I was told he would be taken off the counter, but not fired. I found this rather odd. Colin is in the attached picture.
My wife's little Mitsubishi needed a battery and windshield wipers it was early in the morning like before 9:00 Corey who should be employee of the month had me in and out of there in 20 minutes I purchased a brand new die hard and some windshield wipers Corey did a perfect job! Good products prices and good employees make a business successful!... I will be back
