Absolutely outstanding service at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I was having an ongoing issue with my alternator and battery that took a few visits to get to the bottom of, and Chris was nothing short of exceptional. He didn’t just run a quick test and send me on my way — he double and triple checked everything, using his experience and intuition to make sure nothing was overlooked. You can’t teach that — that’s genuine expertise and care. Thanks to his persistence, we discovered the alternator was in fact the problem, even though it initially tested fine. He saved me a full day of frustration, a costly mechanic bill, and a potential tow. Marius was also incredibly helpful and just as genuine. Both of them went above and beyond, showing real dedication to helping customers, not just moving through the motions. They could have easily stopped after the first test, but instead they took the time to make sure I left with answers and confidence. This kind of integrity and customer service is rare these days. Chris and Marius are the definition of professionalism and kindness — true assets to O’Reilly Auto Parts

Love the service we got there. I went to get a light for my car and Gio and Joseph were great. I use to go to auto zone but from now on O'Reilly might be my first stop. Thanks guys

Giovanni was awesome. Very knowledgeable. He made me a new customer. This is the first time in years that I've actually had somebody that knows what they're doing at an auto parts store.

The best thing there was TONY. The manager. (He's gone) You'll notice that 90% of the positive reviews mention HIM. Most other employees have little to no knowledge of auto repair, the parts or even the current sales. Sad. 3 stars because the location is close to home and they have a large inventory. Just bring the old part, because they won't have a clue

We have a 2006 Volkswagen Touareg it usually takes about 45 mins to remove and install the battery!! Thank you Tony for helping us change it and also he took less then 10 mins!! We really do appreciate you and we sure hope the company recognizes your hard work!! Again thank you sooo much!!!

Went to this store today 11/22/24 to return a bad part, I forgot the guys name at the counter but he is Hispanic. He told me that us Hispanics always try to get over on them and return used parts as the new one that got purchased. This is the biggest discrimination I have ever experienced. I will be going on better business bureau on Monday to file a complaint. Also to management.

I purchased a battery in Aug.2023 from this location. I arrived last night to this location with 9v output on my battery after I went to 2 other locations. The 1st location didn't have the battery in stocks. They sent me to a 2nd location to find this location was closed at 7:30pm. So I called this Sunrise location to check if they had this battery in stock being that I had waisted so much time and it was 8:20pm and they close at 9pm. I spoke to someone who checked and confirmed they had the battery and immediately continued to tell me that they don't replace any parts after 7:30pm. So I asked if they can check my alternator, and he said they can't because it's after 7:30pm. I arrived at the store at about 8:35pm. When I approached the counter I spoke with the store manager Jose. I told him I just called and was there for a warranty battery replacement. He than replied with an attitude that he would need to test the battery and that they were closing soon. He continued to say that I would have to remove the battery myself and bring inside the store so he can test. He also told me he needs the old battery on the counter so he can give me the new battery. I was so stressed out!! I called a family member to come and remove the battery being that I didn't have any tools to remove it myself. I went to let store manager Jose know that someone was on the way to remove it and hes response with an attitude was that he needed to hurry because they were closing soon. I asked Jose if they can come outside to test the battery while my family member get's there and he replied No. A few minutes later the other employee came outside and tested the battery that was at 9v like I previously told them. By 8:50pm the old battery was on the counter and I was given the new battery. The store manager was no where to be seen. I live in Miami and I was about 40miles away from home and the store manager Jose was telling me to come back the next day. How am I suppose to go back the following day with a car that won't start???? I'm not one to write a review but the attitude, the lack of help/support, the lack of importance and the huge I don't care it's your problem not mine that came from this man had my stress level on high. This store manager Jose customer service ethics is at a 0% . I work in service for Caterpillar for 28 years and if ever treated one of my customers the way Jose store manager did CAT would not be happy. I trully hope this review reaches the Regional Manager who can have a conversation with this store manager and maybe send him for customer service training so he can learn how to treat customer's and be a little compassionate about he's customers needs and not add additional stress when they come to O'Reilly. Abraham provided the best service in my 20 years of shopping auto parts. After directing me where to go he checked in to see if I need further assistance which he provided. This man even checked on me while I was in the parking lot to see if I needed a hand. It might seem real basic, and it only took him a few more seconds, but treatment like that is what this industry needs. I know how to work on cars, but many people don’t. If autosales people had the same attitude is Abraham, anyone would feel safe and comfortable trying to get the parts they need to maintain their cars. Thank you, Abraham!

My battery was 4 years old, which in Florida is old old. I passed 4 auto part stores to go here. It was a slow morning and I received quick service. The old battery was tested and failed, replaced and paid for in short order. I recommend this auto parts location . They do many other services as well.

Called to ask if they do battery installation. I gave the make and model of my car. The person on the phone said it depends. When I asked what it depends on he was rude and unprofessional. Stating I just told you it depends. I asked again what it depends on and he stated is that the only question you have for me? It might be a good idea to hire people who at least somewhat enjoy what they do.

OReilly on University is the best! They had a car battery when other places didn’t, at a better price and better warranty. They installed it and I was on my was within 30 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this store and the people that work there, Tony was great, so was Ed!

These were the only folks that had the specific wax I needed in stock. Elsewhere there was a wait to deliver to another franchise's location or otherwise we'd have to order online. I recommend this O'Reilly's.

Huge shoutout to Tony for his help! My car's been having trouble starting. Only subtracted a star because this same shop gave me faulty information a few days ago. But today Tony cleared everything up and was able to install a new battery for me at what I think was an excellent price. Super grateful for his service!

Worst customer service!!! Nobody knows how to talk to you like a normal human being they give you Nothing but attitude. I had a part to pick up that I already paid for Jose told me it wasn't even there yet so I should leave and come back later. So I sat in the driveway. You really shouldn't be working there if you hate your job. The way you talk to people! Pathetic!!! Go back to your own country Maybe you won't be so miserable.

Went there to buy wiper blades. Daniel did not seem too interested in helping me. Showed me where the blades were, told me the size and if I didn't specifically ask him for a recommendation, I probably would've stood there for a while. Only one of my blades was available. He put blade on, ordered the other one and told me to come back at 11:30. Came back at 11:45 and Daniel told me that he's still waiting for delivery. He already gave extra time bc delivery is always late. He states that he has spoken to Manager etc but it doesn't change anything. I also wanted to buy a car cover. When I asked Daniel if he could help me, he just said that the car covers are at the end of the aisle. Seriously!? So, now I have to go back again for my other wiper blade. Poor customer service. No bounce in that step! Don't think he cares one way or another! O'Reilly's need to do something about this. I've read several reviews about poor customer service at this location. I'm going to buy my car cover somewhere else and have to go back for blade bc I already paid for it. Not at all happy! Will not go back to ANY O'Reilly's, you lost me as a customer!

Great store amazing products, today about 10:15am entered the store nobody there, one service person at counter on his phone. Ask question about items price, 1. need training in costumer service relations 2. acts like he didn't care it i was buying or not. 3. Price was posted incorrectly when scanned at register 4. Went there for a battery change for my wife's car. The Assistant Manager Tony came out and did the job. Great service. Very thorough and he was extremely pleasant. Will definitely be back.

The 2 employees that was there today were both very helpful to me. They went above and beyond for me while attending to other customers in the store. The store was nice & clean and fully stocked. I've been to this particular location twice and I highly recommend coming here!
