If you’re intimidated by going into a parts store or don’t really know about cars. Don’t be afraid this specific O’Reilly’s is definitely the place to go. One can say it’s not in the best location but the people are extremely knowledgeable and genuine. Ask for Jose or Billy. They will definitely take care of you!

Called today to get an exchange on an item that had a life time warranty.. these guys was no help at all .. gave me the run around about finding my receipt . I gave them shop name and everything I could do to find the receipt. They put me on hold for almost an hour and never returned I was trying to get the guy name . They wouldn’t let me speak with the lady I brought the part with Ik she could have helped me she know my family personally .. but I went to the orally on sunrise blvd . N the manger handled the situation so neatly n quick within 5 min everthing was handled.. this 441 location has bad customer service and poor management.! Thankyou to the lovely lady in the sunrise store .. lunch was on me today 😄

I've gone to O'Reilly multiple times in the past for batteries and other things and was always impressed with their customer service and their attentiveness to help replace my battery and wiper blades. Today, I learned that what once was is gone. I went in for a battery because mine was mostly dead after 3 years only to meet a gentleman by the name of, KARIM, who only gave me 2 most expensive options when I knew there were 4 total. (JUST TO NOTE THAT I HAD TO STAND THERE WAITING IN A NON EXISTANT LINE BECAUSE KARIM WAS TOO BUSY ON HIS PHONE) I bought the one I had researched and walked out with him expecting him to replace the battery and only offered to put it in the passenger seat. I asked, do you not install them anymore to which he replied not in the rain and not on my model of truck (2022 chevy colorado). The rain i could understand even though the website says they will install in the rain ( I would have come back later) and they have installed my battery on my 2017 chevy colorado before with no problems. I tried to start my truck but since the battery was dead and wouldn't start Leaving me stranded in the parking lot with a new battery on the passenger seat and dead one still attached. After 5 attempts I was able to get it started and leave. I called aaa and had to pay an extra 75 bucks to replace the battery. The aaa tech said that there was no reason that they couldn't replace the battery and it was complete laziness. Anyone in need I recommend that you go across the street to Advanced auto where they actually do the job they say for free for free and not cost you an extra 75 dollars a batterynthat was supposed to be replaced for free.

Let me tell you how amazing this store is starting by the team that works here super helpful, friendly, smiles all around. I just came in to get a brake light and some window cleaner and left there feeling like today is a great day enjoyed the visit very much. Will definitely come here for all my car needs. Thank you team great job!

I sent my daughter into this Plantation location yesterday because she’s a teenaged college student 4 hours away from home and her brake light went out. I looked online and saw that O'Reilly offers FREE light bulb installation with the purchase of the bulb. We called and made sure it was in stock. When she arrived she spoke to Peter and he refused to install it. When she got upset, he said they would do it but left her standing there for 20 minutes, then told her to go get her boyfriend and have him do it. He completely took advantage of her young age and their customer service is horrid. I will definitely be posting on the college’s parent communication to never ever send your child to O’Reilly. Nor would I ever frequent one again.

Got to the store 8:53pm on Friday 04/04/2025 to exchange a worthless truck battery I purchased 1 hour prior for $169 and was told the store was CLOSED. The hours of operation says it closes at 9pm. I stood by the door as the youngmen counted their registers. I asked what time do you close, I asked through the door what time they closed one of the gentleman responded 8:55. If you close 8:55 dont put 9pm and then close at 8:53. I should have just went to Advance Auto.

This store sold me a out of date battery, I was in a hurry and did not notice it until I was home. Used the battery past the date of free replacement by 2mo however, they battery was never under warranty as it should have been discarded and never sold. Asst; Mgr Kenny, & Jose knew they sold an out of date battery as it is in their system. So I ask who they need to ask to replace it their district mngr, their mom who? That made Kenny mad and he tried to hit me and Jose had to jump in between, then Kenny calls the POLICE. Yes, you heard me right. While outside explaining the the police what they did my wife comes out from the store to say their district manager will replace the battery but the police demanded that I leave so they have not called me, nothing and I even emailed them so here is the story & it will be posted as will the video my wife took if they do not make this right ...KENNY...JOSE...???

My car was smoking ,I drove 3 mins from where I was to O’Reilly Auto Parts Im a female I have no Idea about cars and Im thinking you guys know about the Parts That are needed for cars ….I was having a trash day so me going to The store thinking someone can help me ,one guy came out older white guy to help me then went inside I went to get him he told another coworker help her do something for once ,He seemed clueless they both were saying coolant color he doesn't know if it s green or blue and wanted me to know I recently got my car im learning it .Both guys weren’t helpgul of knowledgeable now my car broke down across it over heated I didnt even get farrrr im actoss the street at dominos and my car wont start thanks for helping my minor problem to No car.😩🙏🏽💔

We called to see if a battery we bought there was under warranty and Lillie checked and said yes it was. She told us the store close at 9 pm so we had 10 minutes to get there. We told her we were on the way. Got there and the new battery was on the cart and she was ready to check us. We walked in and out. She went above and beyond and showed that she truly cared. The battery was for my 16 year old’s car. He was so appreciative that he went back to personally thank her for all her help. This makes you want to go to that store because of the service we received.

I purchased a headlight bulb from this location and the tech replaced the broken one. He said that all the techs do this, including parts such as wipers and batteries. He was literally a life saver because I was traveling alone and it was raining horrifically and getting dark.

I bought a battery a year ago from O'Reilly in Okeechobee. I was having battery trouble, and AAA recommended I go back to O'Reilly . I told them the issue. The person behind the counter went out to my Jeep, came back into the store, grabbed a battery and a cart, changed my battery for me, and didn't charge me A DIME! He said everything was completely warrantees! It is so wonderful to know that there are still honest people in this world who don't take advantage. Thank you, O'Reilly, for restoring my faith in humanity! I will shop here from now on for all of my auto supplies.

Had a friend pick up a part and it was wrong. Returned the part the next day, now they have every excuse to not return the money. They have even claimed it was refunded twice and then ask for proof that is easily access by their own system.

The staff at this store are incredible. They made a horrible situation into one that had an amazing outcome. Friendly and convenient. Prices are competitive. Kudos to Jose who made my experience awesome!

The customer service at this location is second to none. I needed a new car battery for my car. They didn’t have one I stock but Bill ordered one for me. It arrived the same day. Lillie checked the battery to ensure it was in fact bad and needed to be replaced. Manuel installed the new battery for me and made sure I was set before he went back inside. Great service and affordable prices. Thank you!

Usually only go when the advance auto close to my home is trying to make me pay exaggerated prices but overall nice auto parts store. Saved about 30% on parts that would've cost way too much at advance auto and I'm grateful for that. Staff can be a bit more attentive but it's fine the woman I dealt with today got me what I needed and out the door in literally minutes.

John was an amazing gentleman that helped us find the right part. He even recognized that it was important to get us this part that day. He called the store that had the part and ask them to hold it, we were on our way. Writing down the address and telephone number to that location along with giving us the name of the contact. Thank you John **However the store you sent us to, did not have the same customer skills. How can the same company store have different attitudes?**

Employees are NOT enforcing the Face Mask policy, which is posted on their entry doors to the store. When I inquired to a cashier named Jose about why he serviced two men that weren't wearing mask he told me that he got tied up and didn't realize and that I should have said something. The audacity for him to tell a customer to do what he should be held accountable for is unacceptable!.

The store is clean. The location is nice. But the service could be better. Couldn't pay in cash for an 9 dollar part cause they didn't have change for a 20! Another day they said that they had a part I needed in stock. So I went there to go pick it up and they didn't have it. They told me I was welcome to wait an hour while the guy goes to the hub and gets it. Both times I left and went to AutoZone.

Did not have the part that I needed in store. waited all day for them to get it delivered from another store only to find out that the part was not new, but used and did not work. Had to go through the hassle of exchanging it for another one that I had to wait until the next day to receive at the store. The next day I arrived to pick up the part and get treated as if I am trying to run a scam to get something for free even though the part was already paid for. I had the receipt, and the exchange receipt. The employee then rights no returns on the receipt and tells me I'm not getting the Box, hands me the part and walks away. Very rude ! I chose O'Reilly's because their prices seemed reasonable but it's not worth it if they're going to treat you like a criminal, will not be doing business with them again.

Excellent staff and customer experience. Had no problem in diagnosing the issue with my battery and were happy to replace it (was under warranty) for no charge. Installed the battery and all, wasn't an easy installation. Staff seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful.
