Friendly and fast service. Staff made it easy to identify the battery needed, explained my options and quickly replaced my old battery with the new one right in the parking lot.
Walked into Autozone to attach the fix finder to both my vehicles, and Bosun was very helpful . He printed out the reports, and got me the parts needed to fix my vehicle. His expertise and thoughtfulness saved me a few hundred dollars for sure . Thanks again Bosun for the great customer service !

nice helpful young guy helped me. grey haired gentleman is beyond rude. i’ve been to multiple AutoZones had my oil checked. They’ve been very helpful. Help me replace the battery too at a few of them. This guy was rude, unhelpful and he was sitting when I walked in. I don’t recommend this auto zone.
The store its amazing!! Its new!! But the services!!!! It's insane how awful are those guys. There's an old man that it look like the store manager. He always give you a bad attitude when ask something!!! They should re-train the that guy in customer services!!! Not helpful at all...!!! Just 2 Hispanic guys are nice.
Bosun was excellent and very professional he installed my battery for me very quickly with a positive attitude and made a honest recommendation as to which battery to purchase I highly recommended this location.

However service today Monday December 15 2025 noontime, was in other words lazy, cero above and beyond service in a simple matter, a battery change, I didn’t bother and just drove 7 minutes to Advance Auto Parts and guy came out right away and ask “battery check?” Guess now I changed to a new location an provider.
(I have updated my review to 3 stars due to the owner’s prompt response and professional approach in resolving the situation.)

Joshua came through when my car battery decided to go faulty on me and die . He checked it out asap , replaced it efficiently with care, and got me back on the road like nothing ever happened. Super reliable and knows exactly what he’s doing. Tysm to the other workers as well , they provided really helpful information .
The attendant at the store was busy as I was am waiting to be assisted with changing the wind shield wipers. Mr Flo G a driver for Auto zone was kind enough to help!! Saved our day!!!
