I’ve had a great experience. Customer service is top notch. I bought a truck here and got a sweet deal. Unfortunately a squirrel chewed up my wires in the engine. Insurance paid thank god. But it gave me an opportunity to try out the service department. They were excellent! So far you guys have earned a customer for life!

Got my car in for a recall. Service advisor Anthony was very knowledgeable and a great communicator about the the progress on my Ford. Got my car within the estimated time. I was put in a rental during the work. I highly recommend this Ford dealership to all friends and family. A+++

I just bought my first car here, and I truly cannot say enough good things. Everyone made the experience far less stressful than I anticipated. This was my first time bringing my vehicle in for service at any Ford dealership and the entire staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. I met the service manager who was extremely accommodating and got me an appointment to diagnose my vehicle issue immediately. The technicians that were assigned to my vehicle service were also both super helpful and very professional. Autonation Margate is now the preferred dealership for me and my Ford Truck.

This Ford dealer is GREAT! Does not compare to the dealers in Dade county. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and more importantly respectful. And thankfully I had the best sales representative, Michele. She constantly made sure we were comfortable. She is very energetic and even though we all know the car buying process is lengthy, she did her best to stay on top of the deal, and on top of the guys that were cleaning the car.

In December 2025, I took my 2021 Ford Van 250 in because of a noise in the engine. They determined that one of the cylinders was damaged. They explained that they needed to make a video of the inside of the cylinder to see what had happened and then send it to the engineers to determine what needed to be done. They decided to replace the engine with a new one. They did so, and on January 2, 2026, I had my van back. They gave me a two-year warranty on the engine. The service was excellent, both from the customer service representative (Emmanuel) and the technician (Alex), who were very kind and helpful. My truck needed a major transmission repair, and when I picked it up, they took the time to explain the issue in detail and provided a full list of the replaced parts with their numbers. I purchased a brand new 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E, marketed and priced as a luxury vehicle. After only a few months, the paint began to peel and show oxidation, clearly a manufacturing defect. Since then, the process of getting a solution has been extremely slow and frustrating, with no sense of urgency from Ford or the dealership. The only solution suggested so far has been repainting the vehicle, which is unacceptable for a brand new luxury car and would significantly reduce its resale and market value. Repainting does not solve the root problem and places the financial loss on the customer instead of the manufacturer. What makes this situation even more disappointing is the apparent lack of accountability. These vehicles are being sold despite known paint issues, yet customers are not informed at the time of purchase. Purchasing a luxury vehicle should provide peace of mind, transparency, and quality, not months of uncertainty and a cosmetic fix that permanently devalues the car. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a Ford vehicle, especially the Mustang Mach-E, and I strongly advise potential buyers to research these paint defects before committing to a purchase.

This review is based on my most recent visit to the Parts Department at AutoNation. I have been a long time customer of this dealership over time. I have purchased several new cars here over the years and am on the Ford Pass Rewards loyalty program. Because of that program, Ford has my email and occasionally sends me offers and promotions to incent me to buy parts or do service for my cars. I recently received such an offer to get accessories and receive a 20% discount. So I called AutoNation Ford to order a new sunshade for my Edge, that I originally bought new there. My old sunshade was shot. My call was answered right away and the gentleman efficiently took my order. A few days later, my sunshade came in and I drove over to AutoNation to pick it up. When it came to check-out, the person at the parts desk refused to honor the discount from the email offer. I showed him the email on my phone. I pointed out the dates that the discount was available and confirmed it was still active. He asked his manager, and I explained I have purchased a Taurus, Mustang, Escort, and Edge at this same dealership, and again showed the email, but still refused to honor the offer. The quality of the sunshade is excellent but I was very unhappy with paying full price, after I presented the email coupon. I give AutoNation Ford very low marks in customer service. Loyalty means nothing to them and now I've lost faith in the great relationship I once had with this Ford dealer.

Michele was my salesperson and she is INCREDIBLE! She always took my calls and answered my texts throughout the entire process, and she took the time to make sure we knew all the cool features on the vehicle we purchased. Nick from finance was equally amazing, and made the financial side painless and fast. Both Michele and Nick have the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. I’m very happy with how it went and am very VERY happy with the truck :)

Fedora Richard was a fabulous salesperson. Not only was she personable and relatable, but she listened to our concerns and had respect for our time.
