I stopped at the Ram dealership for a gas cap, they had it for 45 dollars. Went to O'Reilly and they had 16 dollars. Need I say more

I need it a part.. they said yep.. we have it. part didn't match. When I returned than i saw in the computer .said this parts will not fit to the vehicle. other than than the guys were great.

They seem to have adequate Parts in accessories however, I went in there for 15 W 40 synthetic Mobil 1 oil and they did not carry it

Very unprofessional. The front of the store didn't want to help me so they sent me to the back.The back had all this attitude, because the people in the front sent me to the back. I was like great, this guy ain't going to help me. He didn't want to look up the parts to see if they had warranty. Go to another auto store

Ok O'Reilly's u made me edit my review...this store is horrible. I've have a wholesale account here back when it was Bennett... This location has gone so far the wrong direction it's unacceptable. This location has transfered every good person and employee out to other locationsThe new employees are untrained, uneducated in any form of the automotive industry. It's frustrating to wait on hold for 15mins, or wait in the store in line for 20mins plus. I'm at that point to take my business account to AutoZone up the street.

Can you ever get these people to not put you on hold when you call, ? ? most irritating Sugar Honey Ice Tea I ever seen! Like the phone calls of customers are very important to a Brick and mortar store. It never fails. Then your on hold forever, I’m sure lots of customers call Auto Zone or Advance instead and give them their business! Is there not enough employees. Unreal!

I went to return a piece that I didn't use, and the store manager has a very rude way of serving both customers and employees, he has an unbearable character. His name is David. I will not return to this store.

Called over the phone the assistant manager is what I got from him had horrible attitude didn’t want answer any questions. This guy should be fired with attitude he has. Was trying to get my rotors resurfaced at first he told me we don’t do it then when I told home I’ve done before at this location he tells me oh the machine is broken from there I knew he’s lazy and does not want to put in the work. The call was April 25th 8:42 AM

Very well stocked shelves very clean store and the attendant was very helpful and very knowledgeable I like it much better than Advanced Auto and AutoZone! Very generous parking outside right across the street from Northwest Regional Hospital I'd recommend it highly the staff is very polite and genuine very good experience! Elliot A.

My battery was dying and I called O’Reilly on St Rd 7 in Margate. They said they had the battery I needed in stock, but might not be able to install it. The Assistant Manager Dave is awesome. Even though the installation was a little tougher than most, he replaced the battery with a smile and true grace. I sincerely appreciate Dave and his staff!

After a 5 hour and 3 different O’Reilly’s stores, I landed in one that the manager truly cares. Rey apologized for the awful experience I’ve had and also made it right! Thank you Rey and Freddy for your help.

What a phenomenal experience at this location!!!!! Amazing customer service!! David was extremely helpful, it was raining and getting dark however, this extremely helpful employee changed my battery in a matter of a few minutes. Meanwhile, the jeep dealership down the street wants a whole day. Thank you guys ?

I went to get windshield wipers for my car as they promote free windshield wiper installation on-site with any purchase, after waiting for 20 minutes as person in cashier attended somebody he knew behind the counter he advised me he could not install the wipers because he was the only one in the store and he didn’t have time to do it , alone in the store? We told me to come back in 30 minutes to see if he can do it then, it takes 5 minutes to install the wipers, he did not have time? I went to Midas next door and they did in 5 minutes and 5 minutes to pay the wipers I was out of there in 10 minutes, I know.where I will go from now on.

Called for a part spoke to Ricky it was in stock. I drive to the store and when I get to the counter I say I called about so and so part I spoke to Ricky, not realizing that now I’m speaking to Ricky he reaches and grabs the part I called about. Great customer service and super friendly. I will be shopping here again. Thank you Ricky

I would keave a big fat ZERO if i could. Around 27 hours after an online order was placed, i still had not received a pick up confirmation. So, as we were leaving home to run errands, i placed a call to the store. A woman picked up, asked if i could hold for a sec and i said sure. 3 minutes and 10 seconds later, a man picked up and asked how he could help. Told him i had ordered on line and asked if it was ready. Put on hold again. At nearly 6 minutes into the call, we had arrived at store, so my husband went in. I stayed on phone for a couple more minutes just to see if anybody would come back. No one did. My order was still not ready, again 27 hours AFTER ordering, and we had to wait while it was pulled. The web site had given an estimated 3 hour wait before it was ready BTW. No one even had the courtesy to apologize that it was not ready. NEVER again. This is not how you treat customers.

I called “O’Reilly Auto Parts” due to the fact that I needed a auto battery to see if they had any on hand. Luckily they had everything in store. When I arrived they were ready to install it right in my automobile. The employees were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars ? for this personal touch. I had been buying parts for my cars in this store for 4 years and my experience was excellent until today 10 minutes ago, the worst and most unpleasant experience in my entire life in a store, I arrived at 7:20 pm and there were 2 employees already without wanting to work, I asked for the wipes for my truck and with a bad expression and without answering my greeting, a young girl attends to me because the other boy was eating right there at the desk, when I go to look for the wipe because she didn't even look for it as they always do in that store tells me that it's over, I ask him why he doesn't install them for me as the ad says and first he tells me that it's raining and I tell him no that it's not raining and then he tells me no that it's dark and that the installation is optional, which is if she wants to, I ask her to give me my money back and she tells me if I can’t do the installation for my self and I say no, then with incredible shamelessness she tells me that it's okay to give me the money back, I tell her early tomorrow I'm going to talk to the manager and he tells me that it's okay that he doesn't care. Unbelievable after 4 years of being my favorite parts store to have such an unpleasant experience.

I love this place because it very close to my jouse. Close enough to walk in 7 minutes. All employees are very helpful and extremely nice. I think the managers name is Chris? Don't mark my words but I'm sure it is. He's a great guy if you have any issues with anything.

I will give this place 1 star so hopefully the management will get this place fixed. Great customer service but the management has been neglecting to fix the computers. Their system is so messed up that they do not have any credit card scanners working nor have they been working for at least 2 weeks that I know of! The first time I was here they had to switch me to 2 different computers because the CC readers were not working. This time the guy tried all 5 computers and they could no longer accept credit cards. They said that they have been asking for this to be fixed. DONT GO HERE!!! GO TO AUTOZONE just down the street!

Poor attention and customer service. I arrived stood in line there was a 1 black male sitting at the counter and asked you need any help. I was like no I came in because I nothing else to do. Ease May I help you sir? That's what he should have asked. Then he did not make an effort to try to help with my question nor he added anything to my concern. Buy the way there was no one else i. The store, No winder!!!

Its quiet out of my way to go there i pass by two major competitors. However to get top quality professional friendly service is worth it. Prices are good usually beats all competition. And i know i am getting the best part for my automobiles. The staff is always friendly and courteous everytime i go there. Seemed to have all parts you need in stock. Call check out for your next car part.

So happy to make this post. I love O'Reilly's and the commercial. I came in today as a single. Mom not knowing what to do with an oil change and Dennis was amazing. He didn't just take my information, but he went outside and crawled underneath my car to make sure that I got the proper. Products that I needed for a great oil change on a new car love this guy. . He was also kind and amazing.
