Excellent car care service experts in mini Cooper took very good care of us professional neighborhood business that’s been around for decades

So I had took my car to 3 technicians and they misled me and never fully diagnosed my car. By the time I found out about Auto Experts, numerous things was wrong with my car and I had spent lots of money trying to fix it. I became skeptical about now having Auto Experts work on my car being I was a woman and was concerned about being over charged and was wondering if my car would be actually fixed this time. El had so much confidence and got to the root of my issues and made me feel comfortable about doing business with him. 2 weeks later no engine light, no jerking, and my car is riding smoothly. I also felt like the price was very good being they did a big job on my car. El had great customer service and I felt like I been knowing him all my life. El is a very crafty and subtle con man. I came to him for a full diagnostic. Keep in mind that I just got my coolant flushed by a Volkswagen Dealership so my coolant is filled and brand new. After the diagnostic my car only made it 20 minutes down the street and broke down. He thought that he could disconnect my coolant hose and drain my coolant completely without me finding out. This nasty trick he pulled caused me to tow my car and almost damaged my engine. He was so guilty that he immediately gave me a refund after bringing it to his attention. My knowledge and love for cars saved me in this situation or I would have believed every lie he told me. Avoid this place. They obviously are in desperate need of clients and money to stoop this low. He has many certifications but has ZERO integrity or moral compass.

El and his mechanics are amazing! When another shop COMPLETELY got the diagnostic incorrect El took time to go over year and month my car was manufactured with my VIN; others simply asked make and model. He kept me up to date with all the details and costs. I found an honest mechanic in South Florida and I’m happy he’s my mechanic!

El is a rare commodity. The integrity, honesty and genuineness that oozes from him is staggering. There should be more people in the world like him. My friend Deborah cannot say enough good things about him. She found out about him from the AAA driver that towed her disabled car. What she thought was a bad transmission, turned out to be a corroded loose cable. If you want reliable work done on your car at a fair price, please contact him. I guarantee you he will be the last mechanic you will ever go to !!!!!

These guys at Auto Maintenance Experts really did an excellent job repairing my exhaust system on my car. I Have a 2000 Toyota 4 runner which I've had for 22 years now. EL and his Mechanics were very friendly and easy to talk to. EL made me and my son feel at home while we were waiting for the repairs on my car. These guys really know what they're doing when it comes to auto repair. In the past I've been to other auto shops that didn't do a good job on my car and were also dishonest. EL is genuinely honest and is very determined to do a good job in repairing your car. To this day, Auto Maintenance Experts is the best auto repair shop I've been to. They were great! i'm a first time customer with them and i saw they had good reviews so i brought them my Ford Escape that had some fuel supply issues. They were very responsive, friendly and professional and got it all wrapped up within a couple days. The cost was very appropriate and very well documented so i had no concerns. they are pretty busy over there but didn't overlook anything. they also preformed a quick check on some other components i asked about and found several things that need to be addressed, but were professional enough to tell me it doesn't need to happen now, just keep an eye on it. i will definitely take it back there when its ready for another replacement. all i have to say is Thanks Fellas!

My experience was one that I can truly say I am proud of... Not only was the initial visit for an estimate welcoming and professional... My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and truly felt as if we were at home with everyone in the establishment. The explanation of cost and the work that was needed to replace the catalytic converter on our 2008 Toyota Highlander was exceptional and clear. Upon completion of the work we are wholeheartedly satisfied. WE WONT BE TAKING ANY OF OUR VEHICLES OR OUR CHILDREN'S VEHICLES ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Thank you El and Gus!!!! I am truly happy and amazed of how wonderful car services, I received for my Mercedes Benz, in Auto Maintenance Experts with El and his staff. I took my car before to Mercedes Benz in Pompano Beach, after my car automatically stopped due to a mechanical brake down they charged me so much for a mechanical breakdown then the next day my car had another issue which they failed to even advised me the day prior in Mercedes Benz in Pompano Beach. I personally spoke to there manager in Mercedes Benz in Pompano Beach all she did was apologized. I decided to no longer take my Mercedes to Mercedes Benz in Pompano Beach one of the reason is due misinformation, two cost price for repair is extremely high and third there sales associates/advisors are not friendly. A friend of mine recommended Auto Maintenance Experts, for my Mercedes Benz and they were so right! When I went to Auto Maintenance Experts. I met El the owner he has been super nice and very helpful explaining in details what my car maintenance needed to fix my car problem solved for my car to ride smooth!! 😃 I have recommended all my family and friends to El from Auto Maintenance Experts and I have to say thank God. I have met him and his staff are very friendly. I would recommend his services to anyone. They are very professional and honest. Highly recommend!!! Best mechanic in South Florida . Besides being the nicest guy, we trust El with expertise on all of our cars. Top quality work and parts, meticulous, thorough and high level of ethics. Fair pricing and 100% better than taking to a dealership. Treats you like family. I am impressed with Mike, the owner with his professionalism and honesty which is hard to find in the car repair business. His price is so much cheaper than the dealership and other shops. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to do business with him again.

I first went into this shop because it was close to my home and I need it to put 2 tires on my Mercedes and they were able to provide me with high quality tires for a very reasonable price. Next they put the car on the machine and noticed that there were several other problems that needed to be addressed to make the car run like new again which included but not limited to the motor mounts the valve cover seals and a few other things but it only cost $1,300 to have more than $1,300 worth of work repaired they were pretty prompt I was surprised that I got my car back the next day my daughter was happy she said the car works like new again and so I'm happy and the manager there and the staff were also very nice people and you don't find that very often and I will recommend them to anyone looking to have a professional car service.

I took my car here To Auto Mechanic Repair and I found out that I needed a new fuel pump. They immediately diagnosed it , got the part, placed it in the car and the car was ready the very next day. I never seen a service done so quick and the pricing was just right. I would recommend everybody I know with domestic and foreign cars to this auto Mechanic. El is a honest, courteous and friendly owner and his employees are all highly skilled/trained mechanics! Quality work for a great price. They specialize on high end cars, but take wonderful care of my 2007 Hyundai Tuscan. El Hassan will always explain what is wrong and prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. Give this shop a try. The owner and his staff are very trustworthy. After getting an estimate from my local dealership, I discussed the estimate with the owner and he refuted the Unnecessary charges from the dealership and ending up saving me hundreds of dollars. It’s so hard to find a competent and trustworthy mechanic shop nowadays so please take my word For it and try him you’ll be pleased. He believes in integrity and he’s not greedy. Also, he will not fix something that’s not broken and that will save you a lot of $$$$ from those crooked dealership and mechanics.

I have had my wife’s Nissan Murano serviced at this establishment with no issues. I’ve always been able to reach the owner, if not he calls me back promptly. They are honest and trustworthy, something you look for in a mechanic. I had a faulty manufacturer’s part fitted a couple Of months ago, they fitted a replacement with no issues and no charge. I will continue to use them for all my automobile Needs. Great job!

I saw El driving down the road and called the phone number on his truck right away and explained the work I needed done on my Audi A6. The next day I dropped off my car to his shop and the issue I thought there was he found out it was something completely different. He ordered all the OEM Audi parts and kept me involved every step of the way. He gave me a discount on the labor and performed the highest quality of work you can ask for from a foreign car mechanic. He is an honest and trustworthy man who has earned all of my future business. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for the lowest prices in town with the highest quality of work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I was recommended from a good friend of mines to EL. My Nissan Murano kept shutting off while driving or at a stand still and I kept noticing a cliche in the transmission when taking off as well. EL and his employees are good people there very honest and know what there doing. Truth be told honestly I thought I would have to get another brand new transmission put in that would of cost me about 1,700 and with labor included would of run me 3,000 and they couldn't tell me why my car was shutting off from a previous mechanic that did a diagnostic test on my car last month. Now my car is running excellent no shutting off nor cliche in the transmission neither thanks to EL&Auto Maintenance Experts Team!

This shop has the best mechanics in the business. They are professional, fast, thorough and extremely trustworthy. My wife was taking her car to them for years before we got married, not this is the only shop i will ever go to. An easy referral for me to offer because I know El, the shop owner and his team will not disappoint. Never have been dissatisfied no matter how big the job. My wife owns a Ford Edge and I a Mercedes Benz, so they work on all cars- Glad to have an honest, and reliable mechanic for as long as we live in Florida.

I have been going to EL for the last 6 years and I trust his crew's knowledge and experience. I used to take my BMW to him until I switched into my VW CC. He does work on other models.
