He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with the issues that my vehicle has been experiencing. Eddie Silva, my service advisor, was very pleasant and courteous and the oil change was done in a timely manner taking my car in at the designated time. The place was clean and friendly, the service was excellent and the price was reasonable, ending up less than originally quoted. Based on my experience today, I will continue to bring my car here for service.

Ever had that gut drop feeling when you feel a jerk or hear the sound of a lawn mower come from your car?
Here you need not worry. They can hook you up with a great tow. Are speedy in diagnosing and even fast at getting you rolling down the road.
Very happy with the very high quality of service from Eddie the service manager and the technicians at German Car Depot. Eddie communicated the status of the vehicle frequently, explaining the issues, recommendations, and timelines.
He and the technicians took the time to test drive the vehicle after repairs were made and ensured that all issues were addressed and tested for performance.
Key issues on this 164,000 mile, 14 year old, Porsche Cayenne Diesel, included battery replacement, a fuel injector replacement, sunroof drains cleared and the DEF heater replaced. Fast turnaround for all this work - about 48 hours!

Cons: LONG WAIT TIMES!! Set appointment at 8:30am(first in) left 11:30 for an oil change. I would understand if I came later and they were backed up but I was literally the first one in with a set appointment. Price not too bad $238 but had gotten same done at more affordable price like $130. It is a BMW so it was expected.
I had a headlight that was burning very dim. I figured it just needed a bulb but my usual mechanic diagnosed an electrical problem, which their shop didn't handle. German Car depot had a lot of good reviews, so I went over. They took a look and said come back first thing in the morning. The next morning they even offered to send me home in an Uber at their own expense. But I decided to hang around and enjoy the very good coffee and a few good conversations with a couple different guys there, and my car was done within just a few hours. No problems since. I am very favorably impressed with the quality of work, customer service, and friendly staff. So glad I found them.
I recently had my Mercedes serviced here, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The quality of their work is truly outstanding — everything was done with great attention to detail and precision. At the same time, their prices are very reasonable compared to other service centers, making it an excellent value.

I had a really positive experience with German Car Depot. The team there was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and kept me updated along the way. My car came back driving great—better than before—and I could really feel the difference in how well it handled after their work. Engine mounts aren’t cheap but it was well worth replacing!

I took my car in on a Friday after receiving an emergent message not to shift gears. I need my car for work and I am in an especially busy time right now. I will like to start off by saying I called a shop that was by my house and ask them for a quote on an oil change. They asked for my vin and then quoted me $1,700 lol. I did more research and found German car depot. Called and a gentlemen by the name of Richie picked up. I explained what I needed and he was amazing right away. Told me to bring the car in and they will see what I need first and go from there. Literally book an appointment the next day. Showed up and was greeted by Richie. After waiting for about 20 minutes Jose started working on my car. I was amazed how well he was treating my car and going through everything making sure everything was on point. He change the oil and went above and beyond. Cleaned the bottom panel of the car, put air in my tires, refilled my washing fluid and all. After all that my car was in perfect heath so all I needed was an oil change. The best part is after leaving about 2 days later they called to make sure the car was running properly and if I had any questions. This is definitely my new shop from now on. Thank you Richie for the great service and thank you Jose for treating my car like it was yours.
