Worst company ever! I have been trying to retrieve my car since 4AM, they have been giving me the run around with the timing…like I have to make appointment to pick up my own car …like say what ???? And then they keep changing the time to pick up my car along with charging storage fees . This is ridiculous!!! Customer service is awful, they are rude , they hang up the phone where all I am trying to do is get my car out of the tow shop !!!!! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau… SCAMMERS!!!!
Towed my car and basically joy ride around with it for 2 hours in accounted for . They never reported the tow to police .. lied about my vehicle being at a Miramar police DoT check point , I called police later that day verified it was a lie. Horrible shady low class people here . The worse of the worse. It’s cost nothing to run an honest business money grab and they will lie Anthony and Phil shady low moral characters with no integrity.

On April 31st, my boyfriend’s car was towed from a guest parking spot in a condominium, even though the vehicle was properly registered with a PIN, license plate, and parking time. We have the registration confirmation as proof. They towed the car anyway, despite knowing it was properly registered, which is completely unjustified.
My boyfriend had to pay $400 to get the car back because he had an urgent trip and didn’t have time to argue or file a complaint at that moment, but that doesn’t change the fact that this was an entirely unfair action.
It was extremely disrespectful and abusive, especially considering it was a luxury vehicle,I don’t trust this company at all. They act without verifying information and end up penalizing people who follow the rules. I absolutely do not recommend them.
We came to the office to claim my car because their website said that they are open 24 hours, so we came 8 in the morning and they are closed. We called them and they said to be come back at 2pm, when we came to the office they are still closed and also many people waited to claim their car and they arrived almost 3pm. They still charged us $212 because they said that we claimed our car 3pm and already 6-24 hours. They didn't count the time that we arrived to their office at exactly 8 in the morning because they said that they are closed. Terrible experienced!!
This was one of the most frustrating and shady experiences I’ve ever had with a towing company. My vehicle was towed from my own private driveway, which was already completely unjustified. When I went to retrieve it at 10:30 AM, there was no one there no one answered my calls and the sign posted stated they are open Monday through Friday 8-6. I called the police department and they confirmed that my vehicle was there and the website does state that they are open. Due to the fact that I was there waiting for hours the police came out and assisted with the police report and advised that they had received multiple complaints about this place but it’s a civil matter.
I was told I couldn’t use my card because the vehicle is registered under my mother, even though we live together and have the same address on our license . I was forced to go get cash only, delaying things even further.
Even worse, I was charged storage fees as if I had arrived late—even though I had been waiting since morning, with law enforcement present to confirm it. The employee who eventually showed up claimed the lot was “by appointment only,” but I had called multiple times and no one ever answered. There was no posted information about appointments, either.
To make matters worse, my car wasn’t even parked on their lot—it was stored at a different tow yard next door. I had called that other yard earlier, and they claimed they had nothing to do with Executive Towing, yet that’s exactly where my vehicle ended up. I can’t help but feel that the company intentionally avoids showing up or gives the runaround to increase storage fees, even when your car isn’t even stored on their own property.
I’ve filed formal complaints and strongly encourage others who’ve dealt with this kind of treatment to do the same. These are not the actions of a reputable or honest company.
If I could rate a zero I will! This is a bullshit company. They said 24 hours open but they will let you wait more than 6 hours because they want more money. I am fine paying but letting us wait is a total inconvenience. You should’ve not posted 24hours. Scammers!
These people are rude and nasty. They don’t even try to assist you in the process. Worst towing company I have ever dealt with. I wish business and places didn’t hired them for business.
They destroy my car an easy for them to told me they no have any responsibility the lady who answer the phone have no education the gentleman that help and speak Spanish have more education I will take my case to the associated of my friend house because they don't suppose to two the car unless is more that 14 day parking on the guess park
Super unprofessional and sneaky. Had a viable reason for towing, but made retrieval as difficult as possible. Refused to give us options or explain the process and tried to price gouge for fees. This company seems to be on track towards a legal dispute and my situation is a possible example. Will be doing my research on the matter.
EDIT: Had a gentleman confirm through 3 different phone calls that we would be able to retreive our vehicle at 7:30pm. Called at 7 to ensure this was still true. Nobody showed up and at 7:40pm, I called back and was told that they never intended to show up at 7:30pm. This was a blatant lie. We wasted money and time on transportation, which the company said they would not be accommodating of. This reeks of legal wrongdoing. There is a hole in the window of the front desk and it is very obvious as to the reason for the broken window. This company has no care in the world to its customers and would rather bully and extort as much money as possible. You are not safe doing business with this company
My car got towed out of my complex and although I was pretty upset I understand they were doing what my HOA asked them to do. Luckily, Chezzy (hope I am spelling her name correctly) helped me out and made the whole process smoother, she was very nice and professional.
My truck was towed this morning. An hour later I went to pick it up and they told me to make an appointment at 3 PM to pick it up with the excuse that nobody was there. They also showed up late.
So they are open to tow cars but not to release them.

Came here at 5:07 to pick up my car. Nobody was here so I called the number and advised me that the person went to wawas to pick up food. So you went on break during business hours while I have to get my car. The worker didn’t come till 37 minutes later
100% Trash. They are stealing cars all night long. I was parked in my assigned spot in my condo. They towed my car even though I'm legally registered with the association with a permit. $175 later I have to go at 4 am to pick up my car in the rain. Just a money grab.
My car got towed on my first night on my own condo building with disabled parking permit decal on it. They said it was towed because I don’t have guest parking permit. This is a bad towed and me and my wife wait up to midnight to get the car, which they said we can get it 10:30pm. On top of it they only accept CASH due to office are closed that time. We called police but they only can’t do nothing because it’s a civil matter. It’s wild and crazy, rude owner name Franky and they told I had to email them to get a receipt of $203 to get a copy. It’s been 5 days now since I email them, until now no response.The company needs to audits and penalize. KARMA will do it.
To start I was left on hold for a total of 30 minutes between 2 calls at 5:30am. The night lady was very rude, she does not know the facts about having a company vehicle released & didn't want to answer my questions. I was told to take it up with the HOA, and hung up on 3 times. Our truck was pulled put of a driveway and towed when it shouldn't have been that HOA doesn't tow company vechicles. When we went to pay they couldnt provide $17.00 in change they wanted us to give them the extra cash or find change ourselves. The only nice person there is the woman that answers the phone during regular hours. She knew exactly what needed to be done & was very helpful & friendly.

Executive towing is the contracted towing company for my HOA. I called to report illegal parked vehicle. The receptionist asked me who i was. As i begun explaining he hung up the phone on me. Companies looking to contract with a tow vendor, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
This is literally the most crooked company in the entire city. They steal vehicles from people's driveways, even if they are parked legally and not in areas that have tow away zones. They then hold the vehicle hostage and demand ransom to get it back. The amount they charge if you catch it right away is above what they're legally allowed to charge, and then they raise the rate every 6 hours until you come get it. That is also illegal. I called on the phone when it happened and the guy that answered was incredibly nasty, called me a low life and a loser because I told him I didn't have the money for the ransom, started cussing at me and being belligerent, and then hung up on me. I called the police and they didn't want to do anything. They told me to file in civil court because they had got several complaints about this company and one of the officers even had his personal vehicle stolen by them not that long ago. He told me he felt sorry for every person he heard of that was coming in contact with them because he knew they were such a scam company but apparently there's nothing the police can do until somebody files a lawsuit. It would be a huge class action lawsuit if some lawyer took it because every website you go to has tons of bad reviews. Check them out on BBB and Yelp. There's two business listings under Yelp and both have F ratings. Every other website has a 1 star rating (the lowest you can give). Also the building that it's located in is disgusting and dirty. The guy at the front desk there was at least friendly, but the tow truck driver was a complete piece of human trash. I hope that somebody that has the money for the legal battle starts a class action lawsuit against them. Unfortunately I can't afford to, but I would definitely participate in joining the class. This "business" is scamming people out of hundreds and thousands of dollars and it's completely illegal.

My HOA didn’t put my decal information in correctly, so my car was wrongfully towed. I did get a reimbursement from my HOA for their mistake. Yet I wasn’t expecting someone that takes my property to damage and mistreat it and then not want to take responsibility for their damages to my property! It wasn’t noticeable at first, because it’s black and I went out of town right after. When I came back my detailer was asking what happened to that area and no one else touched my car, or could’ve caused this type of damage, but the tow! I’m a 100 % permanent, disabled veteran and can’t afford any extra bills because of their negligence..
Low down crooks and a scam. Disappointed that high end apartments you pay all this money too (Avalon Toscana) would even do business with people like this major red flag. They have no receipts and only take cash. My girl got a brand new car with temporary tags so I had her park directly in-front of the sign that says “visitors parking” purposely had her park at the top of the neighborhood where no apartments are. They still towed her car in 2 hrs and 30 minutes. No remorse and nobody there when you go to pick up the car. Simply because the temps weren’t in the database. Definitely put a tear in the trust of her family and her coming where I live.
I woke up this morning to find that my car was towed, I called them and the guy who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. He told me to get there at 8am to pick up my car, when I got there he was there and the whole thing took less than 5 mins. It was a pleasant experience, so happy my community got rid of the last towing company !!
Towed my vehicle while parked at my own home, not blocking or bothering anyone. Initially unable to get ahold of anyone when I was attempting to get to work, only to find my car gone. When I did get ahold of someone, he was extremely rude saying “you sure gotta lotta questions don’t you”. As a matter of fact I do... let’s start with why you feel the need to attempt to deflect your misery on others? Shady business, only worried about collecting cash... not how their disgusting practices negatively impact others’ lives.
This place destroyed my suspension and won't answer to this issue since November of last year, horrible service and I've tried to reach Phil the manager to get this settled and still won't contact me back or cares much for their clients. Don't get your vehicles towed by their young teenage looking driver, he has no clue what he's doing and this can also happen to you. Do not trust this business to do the right thing, only care about money. To whomever it may concern, this is all factual and to the owner of this stablishment where's the customer service or assistance from staff?? Your business seems to be ran by ghost since the so called manager is never there to speak or reply to emails.
I live at Monarch Station Apartments (breaking my lease and moving out tomorrow). We're constantly dealing with guests of the complex parking in our spots. The community gives it's residents authorization to call you guys to have the vehicle removed from our spot (towed for illegal parking). Every time we've called we've been told between anywhere from 20-25 minutes to up to 40-45 minutes when they are busy. Regardless of the time they tell us we've never had anyone respond! The drivers always return... yeah, some would say "that happens...", the reason I'm upset about it is it's always (meaning EVERY TIME!) been OVER AN HOUR before the driver's returned. Today, on my last day at this community, it has now been 2 hours! The car is still here - in my spot - and no tow truck! Beware of Monarch Station and Executive Towing...
Towed my car from my property even though I had a decal and was properly parked. When I went to pick up car, there is no one on sight and kept us waiting over and hour! Children missed school and my special needs son missed his Doctor’s Appointment which had to be rescheduled months in advance!!! Employees are combative and verbally abusive!!! Don’t use this company at all!!!!!! Just a bunch of hotheads who do anything to make a quick dollar!!!! Would have given 0 stars if I could but that is not an option!
