Stole my car twice from a non-towing Zone! Some money was taken from the Glove Box and when I tried to talk to their manager, "Nikki" she had attitude before I could say hello. Explains why they got kicked out and can't tow from the City of Sunrise, and why the whole place has metal sheeting at the teller windows.

Illegally towed my mother's car despite her having valid paperwork twice for the apartment complex she lives in Her neighbors have also complained about their business practices because their cars were illegally towed as well When my mother showed up to retrieve her car, the staff laughed about the incident out of amusement. My car was towed at 1 AM, and I arrived at the towing lot at 3 AM after calling to confirm I could pick it up then for the same price. The employee working refused to help me once I arrived, was rude, and discriminated against us because of our accents (my mother is Brazilian). Just 30 minutes earlier, I was told the car could be released, but suddenly they refused to release it and gave us no information. We were left waiting from 3–5 AM with no resolution and were forced to come back the next morning, which caused the fees to increase. It felt like we were being taken advantage of, possibly because we are women. To make matters worse, when I finally received my car, it was damaged, and the company provided no information on what they would do about it. This business showed discrimination, dishonesty, and zero professionalism.

They have the MEANEST employees. It literally cost $0 to just be pleasant and cordial. As soon as you begin a conversation it’s straight attitude for no reason. If you do not like your job, get a different one. Starting from the people you call to get info, to the tow truck driver, to the person helping you get your car back. Rude for absolutely no reason.

Wish I could give them negative stars. This company is an absolute disgrace. The staff are rude, condescending, and act like doing their bare minimum job is some kind of favor. Their “customer service” is nothing but attitude, nastiness, and zero accountability. It’s pathetic and embarrassing that a business can operate while treating people this way.

I had a good experience for the first time last week a women name Britney help me she was very nice and helpful she greeted me with a smile witch made my day a little bit because I was preparing for an attitude once I got to the window.The young lady was quick and mad sure I left with all of my things

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My vehicle has been towed a couple times due to a dispute between my landlord and the property manager. That’s fine. What isn’t is the damage I received two months ago. They jury rigged it back so I could leave the lot and gave me an email to contact. No response after multiple attempts to get this rectified even with the staff admitting it wasn’t like that prior. This is absolutely unacceptable and the fact that all they say is to email with no other accountability is unbelievable. The kicker was this past time where they decided to rip out a sun visor instead of just taking it down.

Dear All County Towing Team, First and foremost, this message excludes Jarema (apologies if I spelled that wrong). She was the ONLY person to not only offer help, but be a kind person. With that, I am writing to formally express my frustration with a recent experience involving your company. This issue not only reflects poor handling of a situation but also raises serious concerns about the treatment of your customers. My situation: I sold my electric bike to an individual who later had it towed by your company. As you may know, this type of bike is legally classified as a bicycle and therefore does not require identification. This was confirmed both at the time of purchase and again by the police department this morning. While the bike is no longer mine, I attempted to assist the new owner since your company was demanding documentation that does not exist. When I called to clarify the matter, I spoke with an employee named Maurice. Unfortunately, this conversation was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful interactions I have ever experienced. I remained polite and calm throughout the call, but Maurice responded with degrading and dismissive remarks that made it clear he had no intention of helping. After searching online, I discovered that many other customers have left similar one-star reviews specifically citing Maurice for the same type of unprofessional behavior, including instances where people felt harassed or intentionally mistreated. This pattern raises serious concerns about why such conduct continues unchecked. Due to the wrongful towing and the lack of cooperation I received, I have escalated this issue by contacting the police department, consulting with a lawyer, and speaking with the property management where the towing occurred. At this time, all parties I have spoken to agree that the tow was not valid. I am now awaiting further guidance from both the police and legal counsel. I want to be very clear: my complaint is not only about the towing itself, but about the repeated pattern of disrespect and hostility from Maurice. No customer should ever be treated in this manner. If you review your own Google feedback, you will see that this is not an isolated incident. At some point, a company must take accountability and address the root cause of these recurring complaints. You are welcome to contact me directly to resolve this matter—my number is included in the original email I sent. Taking advantage of individuals’ transportation needs is not only unethical but damaging to your reputation. Professionalism and courtesy cost nothing, yet they are essential to building trust with the community you serve. Unless this situation is handled properly, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly and pursue further action. My car was towed from my assigned parking spot at my apartment complex, which was already frustrating. The experience worsened when I encountered the extremely unpleasant woman at the counter, who seemed to revel in her authority. Her demeanor was perfectly suited for such a miserable role. To top it all off, I discovered they had punctured my tire during the process. Overall, it was a dreadful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

I would give zero stars if I could! I called to inquire what the procedure was while my car is in the shop and I have a rental for the time being and the representative Maria (if that's even her name) was extremely rude and abrasive! NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! She had a nasty attitude and rushed to give me the information / contact number I needed and when I asked for a moment to find something to write the number down with she quickly put me on hold stating she had to take another call and that I could wait. I hung up and called right back and she answered, proving that she didn't have anyone on the other line and was trying to do a power move by putting me on a hold. This lady has some issues and should not be allowed to talk to customers!!!!

Terrible service – they treat people like trash! This towing company is absolutely the worst. The staff is nasty, rude, and completely unprofessional. They talk to customers with no respect at all, as if you’re beneath them or bothering them just for asking a simple question. They don’t know how to speak to people and clearly don’t care about providing decent service. The attitude is horrible and the way they treat people is disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away if you can!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never in my life been spoken to the way Maurice at this towing company spoke to me — and I’m a 26-year-old woman just trying to navigate a stressful situation involving my car being towed. Instead of offering any basic level of professionalism or decency, Maurice went out of his way to be condescending, aggressive, and outright nasty. He called me “entitled” for simply trying to provide the proper documents required by Florida law. When my dad (the registered owner of the vehicle) took time out of his day to physically go to City Hall and get the notarized release form, Maurice sarcastically said, “Just because your daddy can call up his friend and say ‘hey, sign this’ doesn’t mean it works like that.” Excuse me? That’s not only rude — it’s completely inappropriate and baseless. When my dad accidentally missed filling out the top portion of the form, instead of calmly explaining the mistake, Maurice literally slapped the paper up against the glass barrier and screamed repeatedly, “What car is it!? What car is it!? What car is it!?” as if that was helpful or productive. All he had to say was, “I can’t accept this — the top section is incomplete.” But I guess clear communication isn’t in his vocabulary. He mocked the state I’m from purposefully calling it “Ioway” & the list of examples of harassment goes on & on. This experience felt more like harassment than customer service. I left in tears and completely shaken. No one — especially a young woman in a vulnerable situation — should be treated this way. Avoid this place at all costs. The most vile towing company to probably ever exist. Nothing but the most rude, manipulative, and condescending people I have ever spoken with. Multiple accounts of people saying they cause EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. This company is doing highly illegal activities and it is not okay. I should be able to call ask the price and information about my vehicle without it leading to hostile verbal communication and threats about never getting MY CAR back which is ILLEGAL and threatening to block and hang up the phone. If you have to deal with this company i recommend you RECORD and document every ounce of interaction you have. This company deserves to be shut down and its workers to seek therapy.

This is an absolute scam! My car was immobilized by Treo Apartments in Ft Lauderdale where I am a resident and pay rent. My vehicle was registered in their system, but due to an incorrect license plate number I mistakenly entered, they booted my car without any prior warning. The vehicle description was accurate, yet in the middle of the night, like crooks, they immobilized my car. I woke up to find my car unusable, costing me an entire day of work and causing immense frustration and inconvenience. The company charged me $78.42 to remove the boot, a process that took less than five minutes. This predatory practice is how they treat law-abiding citizens.

The customer service is incredibly awful at this facility. I simply called to get information regarding my vehicle that had been towed by mistake due to a mis-communication error and was met with ignorance, passive aggression, and a patronizing attitude from an employee named MAURICE. Not only was he rude, he was extremely unhelpful and almost enjoyed the fact that we were being inconvenienced. Hoping to never have affiliation with this unprofessional company again!!!

worst service get on the phone with manager and they speak down to you ( no buddy likes getting there car towed sucks for you she said and hung up on me laughing ) this is how this company speaks to you really professional before that I let them know we are a corporation and our van got towed down there I could email/fax them a notarized letter on our letter head signed to get it out that was not good enough they wanted it brought on original paper what makes no sense being a nation wide business she let me know well they have this thing called mail to mail it down she don't care

Absolutely horrific experience dealing with these people: sending documents that they asked for but then refuse to review, yelling at us, acting like we are criminals. I swear to God they must get paid by how many hours they can keep the vehicle, who knows maybe they rent them out the back while we all wait. Despicable.

The person working (Richie) was extremely aggressive, not one bit helpful, and lied. He yelled at us when we kindly told him we have the original title. He told us the ONLY way we could get the car was if my dad was present because he is the owner. He refused to listen that we had the title and truly just wanted to say no and be a jerk. He failed at his job. All we needed was the title and notarized release form from my dad by text. SIMPLE. But instead now my mom has drive back another 2 hours because he couldn’t tell us that while we were there. He didn’t want to be nice or helpful he wanted to ruin our day because he may just hate his life, which is understandable, but this company is not operating lawfully and just. There was a solution that I could’ve handled while at the lot, and he lied to us. He wasted our time and now I have to pay even more to get it out, which is not right. This company is scamming people and not telling them solutions so they can withhold you car and get even more money from you.I emailed the owner and the email didn’t go through so hopefully he see this.

If i could give zero stars I would horrible place as an active service member they towed my car then they said they went against what the scra says service member civil relief act. Then when I got here I was going to pay card then they photo copied my debit card and wouldn't hand the photocopy back to me then I said you know what I'll pay cash then the dark skin fellow was being very unprofessional he wouldn't give me back the photocopy even tho I had the cash in my hand im not asking for a hand out they towed my vehicle from my property then telling me it's private property even my license plate states im a service member I have the one issued by the state which was free because of my vet status.

They're the worst. They towed my vehicle yesterday. When I picked it up, it smelled strongly of marijuana. They also tried to break into it illegally, damaging the driver's door. As always, they take no responsibility.

poor customer service. Booted my car that was added to the registry by my community. They apologized for the error but stated they'll approve the removal "at their leisure". I'm speaking about Chris, who works for the company. It took multiple calls from my leasing office manager and a call to the police department, the boot was removed. I will be following up with code enforcement at my leisure as well, Chris. Reading the others reviews, how is this company not held for criminal negligence? They are horrible to the community and the cities / communities who use them should show better care to towards their residents and move away from all county towing.

My car was left yesterday and after that I went to the place at 7:25 pm, made the payment of R$ 204.85 after that they took the key to my car and told me to wait for them to bring my car, I spent 5 hours at the place, they first said that there was a car blocking the exit of my car, after that they said that in fact they were waiting for a guy who was working on the computer to unlock the wheel of my car, because they said that the model of my car had anti-theft action and that's why the wheels locked, they didn't let me get close to the car, I was very poorly attended to in the end they said several times that the person was coming and never arrived they told me to go home or wait all night, I went home and they said that the problem would be solved on Sunday morning 03/23/25 I called there and nothing was solved they said it was Sunday and there wasn't much they could do, I spent hours on Saturday night, I spent Sunday without my car and without any real information, they said that maybe it would be solved on Monday doing I lost my job, suffered financial and emotional damage, and lost my job, because I was supposed to work on Sunday 03/23/25 but I couldn't go because I didn't have a car. They made false promises and didn't keep them. I don't know what to do at this point, I just want my car back. I already paid for the tow truck. I wanted at least a truthful answer from them about what was really happening. I even said I would take a mechanic there just to fix the problem, but they won't even let me get near my car and they have the keys to it too.

Would give 0 stars if I could. To start, they made a mistake and booted a registered car (of course they wouldn’t admit to the mistake). When the company was called to ask for removal, they were not only extremely rude, but also hung up when asked about the process of getting the boots removed. Unfortunately had to get enforcement involved for a solution. 0/10 on knowledge, customer service, and common sense.

Also when I went to pick up my car I called before to make sure I had everything I needed and sure enough when I got there I was missing something. P.S if your car stays over the 3rd day the put a $200 lein on it so definitely try to get it before then

Unbelievable!! Our experience is like from some bad criminal movie! Our cars were towed away, which we understand, we are stupid tourists and we parked somewhere where we should not. BUT!!! They behave to us like we would be some criminals!! Our cars were rented so again we understand we could noz picked them up and had to wait for rental company to get them. BUT!!! They behave to us like we would be some criminals. On the day we called it was around 4pm and the black guy said they are already closed. We drove there and there is sign they are opened until 6pm!!! He did not want to give us any our personal belongings we had in the car. We had a small baby! Taxi did not want to take us without the car sear for baby. We were asking for help, crying that it is already dark evening and we can not just walk with the baby in those dangerour streets. He did not care!! He left us with small baby in the dark evening walking through dangerous streets to the hotel which was almost 2 hrs away! Luckily we were saved by the Fire rescue guys who gave us lift as they said on their own that is dangerous to walk there especially with the baby. On the second day we found out that the company MUST to give us all our belongings!! They have it even on the paper at the front desk ( infortunately we did not see it first day). We had to call police to get that guy our stuff. He did not want to give it to us even with police! Police almost arrested him as they said it is law towing company must to give us all our belongings! He just still did not want to give it to us until police wanted his ID and said he will be arrested. He gave it to us and allowed us to go in there. But was yelling at us and screaming to hurry up, we were not able to take all as the driver started the car and wanted to drive with us taking stuff inside. We were crying how they behaved! Few days later due to flying back home we had to take the rest of our belongings And they did not let us go inside and were bringing us the stuff. At the end we said we still have stuff in there and they said No there is nothing left. So they even had to steal our food, our towels, pyjamas and other stuff!! This is not human! We do not wish anyone nothing bad but to those people we hope that the karma will give them back all those unhuman things they do!!! We were in depression after that how they could behave to us like to criminals and steal from our cars things which they do not belong to them!!!! And the most horrible thing is that they left us with small 8 months baby on the street in dark, in dangerous area with nothing for the baby! We are ao grateful for fire rescue guys that they helped us and drive us at least to the hotel. Also to the police that after their force towing company must to give us at least some stuff!!! All the worst to you guys!!! Hope that life and karma will give it to you all back! Thank god we and the baby got saved!!!

I understand that my car was towed due to standard procedures, and I don’t hold the company responsible for that. However, my experience picking up the car was disappointing. When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, I knocked on the window to make sure someone was available to assist me. Instead of a simple response or even acknowledgment, I was immediately yelled at. I get that towing can be a frustrating business, and we, as customers, are just as frustrated in these situations. They lack professionalism and courtesy. I was simply trying to ask a question and see the status of my car and didn’t expect to be treated in such a harsh manner. I hope this feedback is taken into account, as better customer service and a more respectful approach could go a long way in improving the overall experience.

NASTY PEOPLE. I was towed after my property manager informed everyone to park away from the building so it could be painted. Lot monitoring company also ran by ACT. was informed not to tow. I was towed anyway. Not a care from this company. $197 please. They don't tow the property managers for parking in the Handicapped Parking without proper signage on their car. I would love to hear an owner response. Horrible Company
