My car died on me in Coconut Creek and I was totally stuck.
Called a bunch of places but Caio from Crystal Towing was the first one who actually answered and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him.
Dude showed up right on time and knew exactly what he was doing. Got my car hooked up super quick and was really careful with it too. He was just cool to deal with - not pushy or anything, just got the job done.
The price was totally reasonable, especially compared to some of the crazy quotes I got from other places. Plus he helped me figure out where to take my car for repairs which was a huge help since I'm not from the area.
Honestly, dealing with a broken down car sucks but Caio made it way less stressful than it could've been. If my car craps out on me again (hopefully not!), I'm definitely calling these guys first.

By far the best tow company out there. Always on time and not afraid to go above and beyond. Had a steep driveway with a non running vehicle. Was happy to spend time and make sure the vehicle was able to be pushed up the driveway in the correct location. Best prices in town. High recommend
I had a terrible experience with Ciao Borges, owner of Crystal Towing & Transportation. I am an attorney. While I conducting a deposition, Mr. Borges repeatedly texted me about dropping off my Harley Davidson motorcycle. When he did not get an immediate response, he THREATENED me saying he would bring my motorcycle to his yard and charge me $50 per day for storage. I reached out to him as soon as soon as I could. He apologized for being rude and then OVERCHARGED me. All I can say is buyer beware!!!

This towing service is the best there is! VERY professional, courteous and responsive. My car was caught in the 1 in 1,000 year torrential rains in flood water and he came with his truck, which is a heavy duty flat bed in pristine condition! He was very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. Was very efficient and towed me where I wanted to go which was a little distance. I will never use another towing company as long as I live in South Florida! Worth every penny, I felt so relieved my car was in such good hands.
Lots of towing companies out there, not from here had no idea who to choose. I googled car towing in my area & this place showed 5 stars & all good reviews. They answered my call & was able to tow my car to my mechanic in a reasonable time & a very good price! The gentleman was very nice, polite & professional.
So I looked online for tow companies in Ft. Lauderdale. I've never seen one with 5 stars, so I said ok, lets see. Well I gotta tell ya, great guy, great service and actually called to let me know he was running late. Sent me a picture when my company truck was delivered to the dealership and I can tell you this company is fantastic! Would totally recommend. Thanks for the great service and professionalism.

Caio was great! Very nice to talk to and professional. Helped get my vehicle from the Gables area to my mechanic in Sunrise. Was very grateful he didn't charge me an arm and a leg compared to other companies I had called. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling him again if I ever need it.
Crystal towing go to me on 95 within less than an hour towed me from Broward to Homestead at a reasonable price and made a customer for life. Unfortunately I have a lot of experience personally with Towing my car and the only down side to Caio and Crystal Towing is that there isn’t 20 more of him. Don’t waste anytime with anyone else.
Crystal Towing saved me big time. I was in the Walmart parking lot with my tire to the ground. Not only did they come to my assistance in a timely manner, but they were also really well-mannered. Pleasantly surprised. Would definitely call again if ever in a jam.
