Don't trust these people. Tried to schedule a tow truck with them. Owner kept telling us driver was going to be there within an hour. After 3.5/4 hours went by and us asking multiple times where the truck was, he decided to ghost us and leave the group chat. A no call, no show for a tow service is incredible!
PS. 3 other tow companies in the area quoted me less. I only tried this one because it had some good reviews. Maybe they got a new owner or management recently. Ghosting on a work order - 0 stars.
