If I could leave 0 stars that is all they deserve. I had my car towed from beach place to my job on 3/20/24 because I had lost my key. They towed my car from beach place to my job and when I wasn’t there they broke into my car to find my registration and brought it to my house which was fine with me. When I got the key that I ordered and programmed it to the vehicle I went to start it and found my low coolant light was on. When I finally brought the car to the dealer while driving I could hear loud thumping coming from the rear of the vehicle. With the vehicle on the hoist I found they had dragged my car in the rear tires so long that had flat spots. You can also see that the front lip spoiler had been impacted in the truck which caused my radiator to crack. The driver had told me that his boss told him that they didn’t think I was actually the owner and that if I couldn’t prove it was me to bring the car to the yard and impound it. So instead of breaking into the vehicle at beach place they decided to prove owner ship and also put to release the parking brake they decided to destroy my tires and then by improper mounting of my vehicle break my radiator. This company should not be trusted. Update on my current issue it’s 8:20pm and the company has been blocking my phone and now blocking anyone’s phone number I call from and laughed at my problem like they don’t have to take card of it. Run from this company.
Great customer service. The truck driver called me to give me an ETA and he even beat the time. I was stuck on the side of I 75 and needed to get somewhere quick. I would recommend the service to anyone.
Requested a towing service and was quoted a hook-up fee of $70, a dolly fee of $80, plus a per-mile charge, which seemed reasonable. We were informed that the tow truck would arrive in about 40 minutes, but it took nearly two hours. Once the service was complete, the driver charged for the hook-up fee, two dolly fees, and rounded up the mileage, making the total almost double to tow the car 5 miles. They definitely quoted one price but ended up charging twice as much. It honestly felt like a scam. When the driver suggested sending the invoice to our car insurance, it felt like he knew he was overcharging us.
