And the funny part this guy towed my car before.....SMH and gave him a good tip from Ft Lauderdale to Pompano I just remembered cause I had to ride with him and he discuss his son had tattoos and other stuff......wow
I had used this company once before a few years ago and thought it was a pretty good company and was fair on the tow prices compared to everybody else when the guy got here today he was very courteous. Nothing like the reviews that I saw, but I saw that there were some good ones too. I know for me I will continue to give them five stars and consider them the tow truck company I use.
Very rude customer service. I called 3 numbers and they kept going to vm. I left two voicemails and NEVER got a call back and before I called back I waited 15 minutes. I called the number back a total of 5 times between the 3 numbers, not 10 and when he picked up I was told, “I will not tow your car bc you called 10 times!” And then hung up on. My nieces car was stuck in the road and was nervous about it being hit. Trust me when I tell you I will NEVER use your service and make sure to give a bad review to anyone who suggests ever using you!!!! Worst. Worst. Worst
Worst service to call when in need bad customer service, the person answering the phone act like your a bill collector instead of a person who needs tow, never call them again and hope no one ever have to go through what I went through!!!!!!

This guy was rude and full of anger while communicating my pick up. Why treat customers like that? Called back and he hung up in my face! I’d rather use any other towing service!
These people are very rude. Ignored my call 3 times without going to voicemail somehow. 4th time the guy answered and was extremely rude and told me off for calling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Completely unprofessional and was very rude on the phone. The service was never completed because apparently it was a waste of his time! Would not recommend to anyone!
I contacted J&S towing, to schedule a tool box relocation as they advertise that they provide that service, I was quoted $180.00 to relocate a large toolbox from Hollywood to Coral Springs.
But was told they don’t tow in rainy weather and had to wait. Which was totally fine.
The following week I contacted them to perform the move, and was told they don’t do tool boxes, and to “go call around or something”. When I inquired as to why I was quoted one week and told they don’t do tool boxes the next week the person on the phone went on to add that “back in the day real mechanics didn’t need big boxes because they were smarter now they don’t know anything so they need big boxes full of tools and they think that will help them”.
I have never encountered any person operating or employed at a business so unprofessional. In a time where Americans are struggling just to work and keep this economy going out of the very boxes that this individual is insulting. I honestly would not give this company my business if they were the only towing company in Broward. Thank goodness they are not.

They were very unprofessional. I called twice and left a voicemail. Then called again because my husband was stuck and needed to get to work. Whoever answered said “what?! You keep calling and didnt leave a message, i was on another call”. I said i did leave a message so he said “well what is it?” I said nevermind and hung up. Never experienced this before in my life. Would not recommend
Terrible service. Person became irate because I called all 3 different numbers. All numbers went straight to voicemail. No one calls back when you leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail about 2 weeks prior. Then I was asked why I kept calling and then was hung up on. Trust me when I say this business doesn’t want your business.
I called this company to get a tow and the owner is very rude. Not professional by any means. I would not recommend them to anyone. F Rating! Zero Stars!

I called this company and immediately as the owner picks up I said is this a Towing Company just to make sure, he responds back with “I’ve been saying Towing company for the last 5 times.” I said I was just making sure, he responds back with “well you called a number to a towing company so it must be right”. I said man I’m trying to give you some business you don’t have to be so rude. Then he states “ bro the 50 dollar can’t even pay for my breakfast.“ But you advertise this 50 dollar tow which has to be making you money.
We spent the first 5mins of our call me telling him how rude it is to speak to a potential shop owner customer like that. He still didn’t understand.
Left me stranded. I called around 2:30pm no one picked up so i hung up snd called right back. A guy answered.I said i was in palm beach. They said they dont service pb and if i could make it to broward call back. I made it to the county line and called back. No answer. I called about 15 times before my phone died. I left a msg and noone ever called back. I finally made it home 10pm and called to leave a msg that i was home.
Have used them many times in the past. Always good experience.
I did call on christmas and they did not answer however did reply in a text that they are closed. Very understandable.
I recently called this week for another tow from a gas station and left a message. After about 15 minutes I called back no answer. So I called what I thought were other locations from google search, but it was the same answering machine.
Maybe this guy is blocking everyone because we call too much, but honestly check out google maps, you have 3-4 different phone numbers.

Worst company ever. I called several times just to get an answer. After finally getting an answer the guy tells me someone will meet me to the tow yard I get all the way to Hallandale from Deerfield beach I call the guy back to tell him I’m there now he tells me no one can’t come get my car. He told me two different stories. The guy was very rude and arrogant. No kind of customer service whoever he was I would never deal with this company again nor refer anyone. They deserve 0 stars and I will be reporting.

We requested the service of this company, they arrived 2 hours after the time they said they would arrive, also, nobody informed us that they only accept cash as a form of payment, as we had to go to get cash to pay the service they charged us $25.00 additionals for the time spent looking for the money in an ATM, lack of respect and professionalism. Good luck to anyone who decides to use this "service"

If I could put 0 star I would. The absolute worse customer service on the planet no wonder it’s only $50 bucks. The guys who answers the phone is sad and pathetic. never call this place if you’re in need of help. They seem to be the last people to want to help you. Sorry you all hate your jobs so much.
Rude guy on the phone. I can see why so many negative reviews. "I don't have a truck in your area." When I asked if they serviced my area he became obnoxious. Many tow truck options in Broward. This company is a MUST MISS.
This company is a joke. I believe a couple classes is needed in customer service, business management, anger management, and alot more. Please close your business down if you are THAT easily frustrated by calls. My boyfriend car had broken down and needed to be towed to a machanic. I was trying to get the address and when I did I called 3 times with no answer. On the fourth try he answered by saying " why are you calling me so many times dont you think I'm not answering because i am busy i will call back". Firstly, if this is a business that gets numerous calls how would you keep track of each miss call to call back the people in need. Secondly, as many businesses do they answer the call and ask for the person to hold until they finish with the other call. Lastly, people are calling you frustrated also because of car issues so instead of lashing out try having empathy. Black own businesses will never strive with the attitude and lack of self withstraint that you show.

J&S towing is one of the worst possible tow company's in all of Florida. The dispatch who answered the phone was extremely rude and inpatient. It's says 24 hours but its anything but. I asked the man to give me a second to read off the address and he told me he wouldn't wait and hung up on me. When I called back with everything on hand he resummed to tell me that he didn't like to repeat himself with a hostile tone. He had no compassion towards the fact that I've been stranded for more then a few hours. I was frustrated and desperate. When telling this man he was being rude. He replied with "We won't be doing the tow" and hung up. I hope you're business falls apart sir. Good day😊
Customer service sucks! Company sucks! Gave the driver a tip only for him to steal a part off my car. Javier I hope the part you took made you enough money to not steal from another customer. You lied to your boss about the drive shaft before you were even asked
One word. DISGUSTING. There are other $50 tow companies in Broward County. Do yourself a favor and call them instead. EXTREMELY poor customer service. From the dispatchers being liars to the drivers being liars - had to cancel my tow after the DRIVER hung up on me when I called to ask for a time frame. They blame it all on "being busy" which in my opinion is fine - however if they were honest about their time-frames, I would not be writing this review.
I see that someone has left a comment under this review, so I am adding more to my response to your TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The fact that the comment you wrote insinuates I should NOT leave a review because I "Have nothing good to say" or the fact that it is placing blame on others in your organization is yet again a testament to your poor management and lack of customer relation skills. You have more bad reviews than good ones, so this is OBVIOUSLY a problem on your end. All of these other people who wrote reviews can't be wrong or misunderstood as well. For some clarity, here is exactly what happened. I called at 10:30 am and was given a 1 hour to 1.5 hour time frame (WHICH WAS FINE) however, 3 hours later I got a call from the driver, who said he only JUST received the call from the dispatcher about my tow. When I finally spoke to the driver I asked for an honest ETA as I have been waiting for 3 hours to which I was told 20 minutes. 25 minutes later I called the driver for another ETA and was told "I'm on the turnpike" so I asked for a specific time for his arrival at which point the driver hung up on me. I then called back to cancel my tow, as I had-had enough.
BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY
Honestly I was apprehensive about using them because there were so many bad reviews. And once I started reading them I couldn't stop. I read all 44 comments. My favorite part was the owner responses. He really went after those people and let them have it, not the greatest customer service moves, but whatever. Anyhow, upon reading reviews of other companies who sounded even worse, and calling another company who had good reviews and leaving a message, which went unanswered even though they said they gave 24 hour service I was Unsure of what to do, so we called the mechanic and he recommended j and s, so we went with them and let me tell you I'm not sorry. It cost me 50 bucks, they were a little late but honestly they could be attributed to traffic, but they were efficient and friendly. All n all I do have to say, "you can't keep a good company down"
Bad company to deal with had me wait 2 1/2 hrs driver called to say he would be there in a few minutes, had to call to see where he was, still not here after another 50 mins. Customer beware. They do not care how long they make you wait. I ended up just leavening. Rude people very rude. They only gotastar because you have to leave one.
This company just towed my vehicle, and they were great! They were very professional, courteous, and timely! I didn't have to wait long at all. I would definitely use this company again.
Called for a tow, they stated it would take 1.5 hours before they could make it. So we walked over to Target. They called and said they were waiting by our car only 25 minutes later. So we walked back to the car to find the driver had left already. We called him and couldn't understand what he was saying and he ended up hanging up on us. We called the main office again and they said he would come back. He finally returned 2 hours later after multiple calls asking when they would be back. Terrible experience overall
