Sunday night 8/11/24 my husband called this company, he was stuck with a flat tire and no spare on Alligator Alley eastbound 2miles from the toll booth at 12 night..left a message NO ONE CALLED BACK..false advertising by saying 24/7 anywhere Towing lies all lies!! When I say never called back never BAD BUSINESS especially when you say you are available 24/7!!!!! Got the nerve to have 2 different numbers with the same dumb lying message "We will call you back" Lies all lies no one calls back!!!! I am a business owner and always teach my staff COMMUNICATION is top of the ladder for me...DO BETTER OR GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS 😡

I used to really like this tow company but if you attempt to call twice to get through after the answering message says "we are on the other line with another customer", the owner will call you back and get very emotional about it and very rude that you offended him by calling more than once. Owner needs therapy or maybe a calling service or secretary to answer his phone for him since he cannot handle it. Most people who need a tow are usually rather stressed. Hes better not answering them instead of calling back to complain you called more than once.

These guys were able to pick me up fast and get my tow to the proper location. The dispatcher was nice and the driver was also nice. I was in a pinch and these guys were able to help me out.

Okay where do I start with this company okay they go it, this towing company is unprofessional and disrespectful at all cost. I called for a tow truck to come get my vehicle the guy that answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. Honestly I don't leave reviews but I had too with this company,my opinion anyone looking to get there vehicle towed or if you are stranded the way I was I don't recommend this towing company. Honestly I believe this guy have something against black people when they call asking for a tow truck, I will report this company to the department of regulations. cause I work for the government and I believe this company with the behavior they are displaying is unprofessional and rude and very disrespectful, there a pattern of behavior with this company and I believe they only disrespectful with black people. Last I do not recommend this company to anyone honestly if this was the last towing company in the universe I wouldn't call them. And to the owner of this company if that's you answering the phone with that attitude I advise you to change. that behavior and start having better customer service, cause you in a business where your company could go down hill because you guys so rude and unprofessional. when I mean downhill people going to start realizing what your company are and they not going to want to do business with you have better customer service skills.

One of the trucks of this company was in my community to pick up a vehicle. The truck parked directly in the center of the road, so no vehicles could pass on either side. When I arrived the truck was just sitting there with driver inside. When I walked up and knocked on the door to the truck the driver opened the window half way. I asked if he could move so I could pass and he literally said "what, you can't drive?" very rudely. I calmly explained that my car would not fit and asked if he could move at least 6 inches to the side, he stated he was waiting for a customer and rolled his window up, ignoring me. Since I could now not drive to my actual home, I called the company to complain. The woman who answered the call seemed very confused as to why I would think this was inappropriate and eventually transferred me to what I assume was a manager. When I once again explained what happened and provided the truck number he seems unapologetic and asked what I expected him to do. I reponded that I wish someone from their company would at least appear sympathetic to my situation and hopefully have a conversation with the driver about how to work politely with the public. The manager then went on to explain that they are an emergency service and allowed to block whatever road they want. I explained that it was not an emergency and there wasn't even a customer there yet to have the car picked up, the driver clearly could have moved out of my way. I asked the manager if it was customary for his company and employees to treat people this way and he literally said "yes". Upon finding their reviews in multiple places online I also see that every negative review is replied to by a company representative - lying that a driver isn't theirs (then admitting he is in their next comment), blaming the customer for "forcing" a driver to be rude, stating that a long wait is reasonable, etc.... I will NEVER use this company and will spend the rest of my day sharing my story in hopes that others will avoid this rude and unprofessional company as well. I also plan on submitting formal complaints to my city, county, Better Business Bureau and AAA (if they are a service provider of them)
