These people are straight theifs. There isn't any one that works there that does not know what there doing. There all in on it. My truck was towed there by the police after another kid rear ended me . I had high performance springs and suspension. They complete ripped put my springs in the rear and stole my coil overs. That where custom made and for for my truck . I told the tow truck driver not to drive my vehicle he did anyways and scraped my bread new 4 thousand dollar rims . I also told them I was going to use my tiple aaa the tow truck guy told me I was not allowed to . Lied to me just so they could steel my springs scrape my rims they eched there name into my rim qich I took a photo off. And I will be pursuing leagle acction against this place . There theifs
Google said 24 hours. Dispatcher just yelled at me and said "WE'RE CLOSED, STOP CALLING." Keep in mind I only called twice; and the first time it said "we're busy helping other callers." I called back 3 minutes later to see if I could get another agent. A simple "I apologize we're closed" would have been fine. But considering this is ft. Lauddy im not sure what else I should have expected.
Whatever you do stay far from this company. Dispatcher was rude and disrespectful. I called the 954 no answer. I called the 2nd number listed someone answered and Said Stop calling it’s annoying. Like excuse me why have multiple numbers listed if you didn’t want to take any calls.

This is the worst experience ive ever had with a company. extremely unprofessional, showed up more than an hour late, excuse after excuse, tried charging extra fees that were never discussed. this is not a company you want to do business with!

They advertise $50 anywhere in Broward County but it’s not true. It’s false advertisement they charged me $100 within 12 miles. They took my car to the wrong mechanic shop and when I called them that mechanic shop had already closed so I had to wait 24 hours for them to take it to the right address and they took it when the shop was closed and left my key fob inside the car and unattended, then had the audacity to insult me because I got upset. This company is very unprofessional.
I called J&S towing last night to ask if I needed to make an appointment to have a van picked up on a non-emergency basis and they said no just call back when you’re ready. I spoke with Jeffrey who was polite and patient and when I called back the next day, today, I was told that the driver would pick up the van within 35 minutes. He was there promptly and delivered the van to my house, accommodating my request for him to back it into my carport. The price was right, the service was great, and the customer service was excellent.
Whoever picked up the phone today was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was hung up on, just because of a low car, he mentioned I would need a flat bed, which he stated they don't have, and that was that. No apology, compassion, and terrible customer service! Don't waste your time or money with these people! I would give them 0 stars if there was an option.
Called this company about a tow informed them someone told me about the add right then and there the guy gave me attitude and said the add was 3 years ago. I then ask how much from Lauderdale to Pompano attitude again so I said thank you because it seems like you have an attitude and hung up a few seconds later got a text from the guy..... It won't let me post the text but he was so rude ......but it all worked out because told another tow company what happened and showed the text they said that was disrespectful and gave me my tow for 50 ...... sometimes you dnt react to stupidity and u get ur blessings
False advertising.....Website says that they will tow anywhere in Broward County for $50.00. When I called to arrange a tow, price was $85 due to poor Biden economy. Can you say bait &switch?
I haven’t used the company but I’m having the same issue as other people, can’t get in contact with this company with both of the phone numbers. I’m kind of in a bind with my car being out of commission and it would have been nice to be able to rely on this company for help. I’d be happy to change my review if I got called back and taken care of, I’m willing to give it a chance still. Edit: I see why nobody wants to deal with this company now having this response from the owner. The review isn’t because I’m in a rush it’s because of the terrible customer service. I called 3 hours ago and left a message and haven’t heard a word back. You guys are unreliable.
Sunday night 8/11/24 my husband called this company, he was stuck with a flat tire and no spare on Alligator Alley eastbound 2miles from the toll booth at 12 night..left a message NO ONE CALLED BACK..false advertising by saying 24/7 anywhere Towing lies all lies!! When I say never called back never BAD BUSINESS especially when you say you are available 24/7!!!!! I used to really like this tow company but if you attempt to call twice to get through after the answering message says "we are on the other line with another customer", the owner will call you back and get very emotional about it and very rude that you offended him by calling more than once. Owner needs therapy or maybe a calling service or secretary to answer his phone for him since he cannot handle it. Most people who need a tow are usually rather stressed. Hes better not answering them instead of calling back to complain you called more than once.
Reason for that one star is because of the way you respond to other people's reviews instead of betting your company with those criticism, you decided to be nasty, mean, and rude if you can't take criticism you shouldn't have a company. Better yourself for your company. Seek for help mentally and get a mentor.
The most rudest people I ever felt with in my life why have Multiple numbers on your website and get mad because I chose to not leave a voicemail and the call the other number . The guy literally answered the phone and said if you see we didn’t answer the other number it means leave a message the goes anyways hold on. Like what type of business or service is that. Didn’t even answer the phone with hello. Will never get my business.
These guys were able to pick me up fast and get my tow to the proper location. The dispatcher was nice and the driver was also nice. I was in a pinch and these guys were able to help me out.
I called to get my stalled car towed several times, not knowing the number they had listed was also dialing their other location. When someone answered they cursed me out! This is bad customer service! Their ratings 2.4 speak for itself. $50 towing! You get what you pay for. I did not call them back and called another towing service in Broward and paid $100, and that company was very respectful and professional. I would not recommend this company J&S Towing!
Horrible service! They have 3 numbers listed on their site. I called all 3 as I was not sure which worked. I left no voicemail, as I was calling multiple tow companies to see who could assist the fastest as my car had stalled.
Someone called back saying “who is this, you keep calling and not leaving a voicemail” I responded and said I’m calling to get a tow and he responded “we’re closed” although their website states open 24/7.
If you don’t want business, you shouldnt have called back to say that “you’re closed”
Please call any other company as I am sure someone else would be happy to get business.
Okay where do I start with this company okay they go it, this towing company is unprofessional and disrespectful at all cost. I called for a tow truck to come get my vehicle the guy that answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. Honestly I don't leave reviews but I had too with this company,my opinion anyone looking to get there vehicle towed or if you are stranded the way I was I don't recommend this towing company. Honestly I believe this guy have something against black people when they call asking for a tow truck, I will report this company to the department of regulations. cause I work for the government and I believe this company with the behavior they are displaying is unprofessional and rude and very disrespectful, there a pattern of behavior with this company and I believe they only disrespectful with black people. Last I do not recommend this company to anyone honestly if this was the last towing company in the universe I wouldn't call them. And to the owner of this company if that's you answering the phone with that attitude I advise you to change. that behavior and start having better customer service, cause you in a business where your company could go down hill because you guys so rude and unprofessional. when I mean downhill people going to start realizing what your company are and they not going to want to do business with you have better customer service skills.
The person answered the phone very rude! I could not believe I was on the phone with a towing company with such horrible customer service . He answered the phone saying "WHAT DO YOU WANT and WHY ARE YOU CALLING MY PHONE". Mind you no question was asked at all in the conversation on the services that I needed and WHY. He was blantly rude as if he hated his job. This place is upright nasty!
update: I called back to get the name of the guy who answered and he said he will disclose that information and hung up in my face . THIS place need to be shut down immediately . The service is Horrible . He have time to respond to reviews but can not answer the phone and attend to customers in need . BTW they do not call you back .
Extremely professional company! The website is well laid out and easy to navigate. They asked what was wrong with the vehicle, gave me approximate notifications for arrival, and gave me courtesy calls. They picked me up quickly, took me to the bank, and parked the car for me. I never once felt creeper out by the driver and he was actually great company. Couldn't have asked for better service at $50. No extra fees for anywhere in broward county, amazing. I definitely recommend J&S for their customer service and speed, as well as the flat rate.
Dont get conned by other companies! Another company (24/7 towing) had the same rates, but told me it would be twice as much despite being only 7 miles from my house. They said it was $50 for the first 5 miles and $3 for every extra mile, so it should've been about $60 but they quoted me $100 and said they wouldn't be able to take me to the bank. Beware of companies like these.
I was working with company on an issue I was having with my Fiancé car. The driver that answered sounded really rude and unhelpful. He made it out to seem as if we were lying about our situation and it was really uncomfortable to me to even continue business with him due to the way he treated us. Honestly, it’s cheap you get what you pay for. If we weren’t in a tough situation we would have definitely contacted someone else for our services. Desperate times calls for desperate measures!

By far the worst and most unprofessional tow company in South Florida. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! The guy who I spoke with must be the owner based off the other reviews. I used this service years ago and it was okay. However, today I called to have my vehicle towed, the guy answered and had negative 0 customer service skills. He asked me if I was with my vehicle I told him yes. He said where. I told him the exact cross streets and the gas station. He proceeds to yell in an very demeaning tone " Well go inside and get the address "brother". Here is an update sir. This is 2020. You may be upset for whatever reason but if you think you can fly off at people dont expect much business even with your 50 dollar service. I wouldnt waste a penny with this person. Nobody "needs" you. Do better in life sir. Good day.
The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in my life. The employees of this company act like your doing them a favor by giving them your business. Don't waste your time people. They have a 2.7 star rating for a reason. Call Westway Towing, they actually have staff that give a damn about there customer service, company, and quality of work.
Representives on the phone found it necessary to be rude at 10 in the morning and went as far as to send a text message laced with explitives and ethnic hatred after he hung up. If you are not able to answer phones with proper etiquette, it makes sense you drive the truck or perhaps wash them, interaction with customers should not be the field you are in. Customer service is way below par. I am very disappointed in this company. It’s easier to pay more and get better service!
Literally just blew a tire driving on 595 and called hoping to get lucky with fast service. After I spoke to dispatch the driver called me 5 minutes later and he was at my car in less than 10 minutes. Driver was friendly, polite, and professional. Had a great experience after a stressful situation. Highly recommended and you can't beat the $50 tow in Broward.
