Luis is great!!! Brought in a key this Saturday night B4 closing at 7pm Opened my key with precision. ...showed patience even after screw could not be removed.. would also recommend a promotion for Luis if there was an opening for a managerial position. Give this man a raise! Went above and beyond.

What time I got a phone batteries and the batteries for the phone never worked but then I got a motorcycle battery and the battery is great lithium had one and then I got a replacement and it doesn't have a lot of standby time because it's used up I put the battery in another bike after another bike I had no problem so yesterday yesterday I turned the hazards on and I watched my TFT go out and I hooked a jump to the battery and it woke up I don't like that feature I remember there is a class batteries plus lithium is above the rest because I finished your guys lithium battery and if I can do that with that button that meant whatever that button does the battery works I brought with me that very next day I jump when I packed I needed a lithium battery because no brand battery in the bike yesterday didn't want to turn over after hours straight and I know batteries plus lithium The jump woke up my favorite lithium battery I forgot about the button maybe that would've woke up the battery itself I don't know what the rule is why a battery shuts itself off but when it's between a warranty I want to finish it off and I can't if batteries pray to protect themselves I don't know if that's what happened Will you honor my warranty because your guys lithium turns off the next day when I don't run the bike and your lithium went to sleep after hours and I had to wake it up that was it I mean really one Thank you
I chose this location for convenience and for same day installation for a car battery. I had an appointment at 4:00 pm and arrived early. Gigi stated that she was unable to install the battery due to the rain, staff shortage at the time and because they closed in an hour. Gigi stated that she called me 5 times to notify me, but I did not answer and therefore had no other option than to return the next day. I returned the following day to get the battery installed and to my surprise they do install car batteries in the rain. Gigi made this experience ten times harder and wasted my time. I am grateful that the other staff member was able to install it for me.
I've done business with Batteries + Bulbs for years and have always been pleased with the service and quality of the batteries I've purchased over those years.
Today, 10/20/25, I brought in a large 100,000 lumens flashlight with a battery that had failed and expanded inside the flashlight housing along with a dead battery for my home alarm system. Luiz was the only one in the store and he took the flashlight and, with a bit of craftsmanship, was able to remove the battery. He was a miracle worker! I worked for days trying to get that huge battery out. He grabbed the two batteries I needed and was out the door in a matter of minutes. Luiz is personable, knowledgeable, very friendly, and is extremely capable of resolving issues and helping you to find exactly what you need. Batteries + Bulbs, you have a treasure in Luiz. If I still owned my company, I would target him for one of my managerial employees. He's a great guy and a hard worker.
Key fobs were ordered and when they came in, brought the car back to get them programmed, but the folks at the store could not get them to work. and the store is adamant that this is not their problem, because even if the fobs that they ordered are defective, they do not issue refunds.
On June 4th we spent $363 to get two new key fobs for our Lincoln. We've taken the car back here twice because the key fobs were not programmed correctly to lock and unlock the car. They insist they do not issue refunds for defective key fobs and that we must take the car back to the dealership. I'd be weary of doing business with this location ever again.
The key on my key fob broke off and I wasn't able to start my car. John gave me instructions on how to start the car. Once I could bring the car up, he was able to make and program a new fob in just St a few minutes. Pricing was great compared to the dealership.
The customer service we received here TODAY was second to none! Paul and another guy (I wish I'd taken note of his name!) were extremely helpful and friendly! I also picked up the perfect item here that cost three times the price elsewhere! Thanks, Paul!
Thanks to Paul and team, they tested and complely recharged my 11 month old 12v generator battery (purchased there) at no cost. No hassling over the expired warranty!

I will go back to them when I need a new battery. Home Depot and Lowes would have been less expensive, but delivery only.
I've been dealing with Batteries Plus Coconut Creek for all my battery and lighting needs for well over 15 years. I always enjoy going to Mark's store because the staff is so friendly and helpful.
I am always amazed at the selection of batteries they have. I have gone in looking for some pretty strange batteries and there has never been a time when they didn't have exactly what I needed!
I have taken several of my friends to show them what an amazing assortment of things they have in stock and I highly recommend this store to friends and family members.

Went in there this past Friday for a battery for my wife's CanAm. I believe the mans name that I dealt with was Ramon. Very helpful, polite, knew his stuff, and was exceptionally helpful. Will go back there even though it is 45 minutes from my home.
John was EXCELLENT & HONEST! I went to the store with a new key fob in hand and John was honest and said all he has to do is cut the key and took the chip out of the broken remote put it in the new remote. I did not have to pay the large fee to have him program the remote to my car. Only $21 and I only paid $19.99 for the remote on Amazon. Much cheaper all together instead of paying over $300 at a dealership!

Walked in toting my core. Employee IMMEDIATELY at my service. Had a perfect replacement for my watercraft battery, and answered my questions. 10 minutes, in and out. Also don't send you out the door with a "shelf" battery, and "Good luck! " They fill & charge the unit for pickup when it is READY. Worth the extra stop for confidence in my purchase.
Very polite and professional, however should have asked me how many batteries I needed (specific type). I needed more than 1 and that's all that was in stock. Otherwise very nice service.
The price was reasonable and I was able to purchase my car battery online and receive 2 different discounts and then go to the store for them to install my battery. I was very pleased with the service and the attendant who I believe his name was John. He made some recommendations to extend battery life and reset all the errors that were popping up on my dashboard after switching out the battery. Definitely happy with my purchase.
I just want to say that your tech John is Great. He helped diagnose that my Honda Accord Key Fob Transponder for both of 2 key fobs was fully functional & only needed a battery & not a whole new key. I greatly appreciate his honesty as I knew that Coral Springs Auto Mall lied to my sister & said that I needed 2 whole new key fobs & it would be somewhere around$400 or so. John got me up & running with my new batteries, confirmed that my suspicions about the dealership were in fact true, & was more than pleasant & accommodating. He is an excellent employee & an honest person & I want to thank him for his help. He saved me from being ripped off & fixed my problem. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend him & this store, & I will definitely be seeing these guys again when I need them.
Website was easy to use, order my new car battery, pay for it, and make an appointment within 45 minutes of ordering. Paul was extremely cordial, proficient in the installation of my new battery, all within the allotted time frame for my appointment. I will return again when the need arises.

Needed a new car battery and researched these guys as a possibility. Was happy to find a reasonably priced 48 month battery with installation. Made my online purchase / appointment, showed-up on-time, and was done in about 20 minutes! Excellent customer service!
I went in there to buy a battery for my fob electronic car key. I usually go to Walgreen or cvs but I had never been to this store so I decided to give it a try. The battery I needed was a CR2032, available anywhere. I was charged $12.83 when I questioned why not the $6.00 or $7.00 fee I was told there was an installation fee. I was never asked of I wanted the battery installed. I just wanted a battery. NO NEED TO GO BACK
