Be extremely cautious when dealing with Inloher Corp. I wish I had known then what I know now, a they operate in tight coordination with Copart, and if you think you're getting a good deal, think again. They list vehicles as “run and drive” even when the cars clearly don’t run and have never run, and they provide no meaningful warning to buyers to get additional inspections. If your vehicle arrives not as described, do not feel pressured to keep it. You can and should return it. Fight it, take legal action if necessary, and read the BBB complaints for yourself. Inloher claims to be a “middleman,” but Copart won’t deal with you directly if you purchase through Inloher, and you’ll be bounced back and forth until you give up exactly what they’re hoping for. I lost thousands trying to repair a vehicle I was led to believe was functional. Inloher Corp knows exactly what they’re doing, and they do nothing to protect or inform the customer. Their behavior is predatory and morally bankrupt. I have had so much hate for a company as i do this one. I wish them 10 fold what they have put others through. Avoid this company at all costs. Update 11/5/25: I stand by my earlier comment, this is a dishonest and deceitful company. Just look at all the BBB complaints; they speak for themselves. I came here to warn others because people continue to fall for this company’s deceptive practices, even after countless reports. Vehicles are often listed as “run and drive,” yet many never started or don’t even have an functioning engine for it to start. Buyers don’t know this, but Inholer does. When issues are raised, they hide behind “all sales are final,” and Copart redirects you back to Inholer. It’s a game between two companies that clearly protect each other instead of their customers. If Inholer truly operated with integrity, they would recommend and encourage every new buyers to get a private inspection before purchasing but they don’t, because they are a corrupt company. Avoid this company at all costs. They also found a way to remove alot of their negative google reviews, and just keep the positive, that's why they have a low number of reviews.

Do your homework/research/due diligence or whatever you want to call it. My first experience using a broker, to purchase a vehicle. This company is an authorized broker of Copart. I read a lot of reviews both positive and not so positive about this company and even read through their terms of use and guidelines, fees, etc., on their actual website. Everything is laid out plainly and easy to understand. The telephone customer service is outstanding in my personal opinion and I would recommend Inloher Corp. I informed them that I wasn’t familiar with this process at all and they really took the time to explain and help me understand everything from start to finish. They answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or uneased. I paid the required deposit to bid/(buy it now), in my case I chose the “buy it now” option. The process was very easy and seamless. Required documents came to my email immediately when promised. Once my vehicle was picked up from the said location, I was able to request my deposit back and received it in the 3-5 day turnaround. In my case it was 3 days. Overall, my rating of this company is as stated and I once again, do recommend Inloher Corp., **Update** today is 2/11/25, (appx. 22 business days from 1/10 dats of purchase) called Inloher this morning spoke to Andres. Stated that they (Inloher) were now in possession of my title from Copart and I should hear back from them via email sometime this week with a tracking number from USPS of my title to track it’s arrival date. I’m a bit nervous because here in GA we are allowed to operate a newly purchased vehicle for 30days (Sun-sat) without a tag/registration. After 30 days, we can no longer operate our now recently purchased, fully insured vehicle. We’ll be charged penalty fees for late registration (because of the waiting period for title), and we can’t register vehicle for a tag without a title because they don’t accept the bill of sale. I spoke with an Inloher rep. earlier last week to voice my concern and they seemed very assuring that they’d try to get it out to me as soon as possible. Welp, that 30th day is quickly approaching if it already hasn’t (my math could be off) ? and let’s just say I hope that fees that’ll be assessed (fingers crossed) aren’t too outrageous from my tag office because then I’ll be back here and giving a 2nd update and potentially a new star rating should these next several days not be so favorable. We’ll see. ?? ** FINAL UPDATE** I received the title for my vehicle today 2/18 (meant to post earlier) went to tag office immediately after and go my vehicle registration and started the title transfer process, I had to pay an additional $47 in late registration & title fees which I wasn’t to pleased about, Inloher Corp is still pretty awesome in my book and the rating remains the same. In fact, their website says 30-45 business days to receive title, well today marks 28 business days (earlier than expected) it took for me to receive mine via USPS priority mail shipping as promised with a tracking number provided. Thank you Inloher Corp!!! Can I be reimbursed those additional late fees I had to pay here in GA? Email me

I paid $600 in fees to secure a vehicle from Salvage resellers. Then I paid a $850 deposit to Copart. Then I paid another $950 to Inholer corp for fees they are all crooks and are scamming people every day just read the other one star reviews. I have waited a week for them to release my vehicles and they have even started to add storage fees. I’m putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on all three and I am going to take it to my local news stations.

They will not send the titles, it’s been over a month. Clean title, nothing pending on Copart end. With all the fees, you’re not really saving too much plus you have to wait according to them up to 45 business days for the title, that’s 9 weeks or 2 and a half months. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to work with.

Stay away!! Bought three vehicles using this company in the beginning October and still don’t have documentation for any of them. Tracking shows my titles were delivered in October and as of yesterday are still sitting at their office with an estimate of two weeks to be sent to a dmv according to their staff. When asked why they’ve been holding on to the titles for that long they advised they were still within the 45 (business) day time frame so there was no issue on their end. I’m sitting on three cars that can’t be titled, driven, or sold until Inloher corp decides to process my documents

Best broker I’ve ever used!! The staff are very helpful… online and phone. no complaints, issues, problems when doing business with Inholer. Sandra is amazing and punctual. If she says it will get done… you better believe it. And Juan is super helpful he answers ALL of my questions all throughout the day. Five stars⭐️

easy purchasing process and bidding format. took a long time to get titles. over 70 days on one purchase and nearly 60 days on the other. apparently due to the florida state title processing.

I won a bid for a car on November 1st 2024. Then I found out that this company; 1. Will not have the title for 30 days. 2 They want me to pay these outrageous fees of over 1,100.00 which were not listed until I won the bid. 3. I refused to pay the fees and immediately cancelled the purchase so now they are threatening to charge me almost 600.00 to relist the vehicle. Here is a list of the outrageous fees. Copart Buyer Fee: $470.00 USD Copart Virtual Bid Fee: $99.00 USD Copart Gate Fee: $79.00 USD Copart Registered Broker Fee: $50.00 USD Mailing Fee: $55.00 USD Documents Fee: $99.00 USD Broker Transaction Fee: $249.00 USD Environmental Fee: $15.00 USD Sales tax: $0.00 USD

Just don't trust theie INSPECTION REPORT. Main said GEARS WORKS AND RUNS ON FREEWAY AT NORMAL SPEED. Short story. I didn't. Once I picked up suv . Gear felt loose. I was able to drive like 3 miles. Didn't even make it to freeway. Pretty much needs new transmission. My luck. Very depressed. If I kill myself. They were last straw. Don't make my mistake. Big headache ?

It’s been two months and few days and I still didn’t get my title for a car! They said after 30 days passed that max time waiting is 45 days and after 45 days when I call they said it’s gonna be in next 2 weeks and I will call them tomorrow again to see what is next excuse that they gonna tell me! With 1000$ fee for anything that you buy at least title should arrive on time …

Purchased through the Salvage Reseller app the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. The Inloher group was super helpful at all stages. As I was a first-time buyer they called just to make sure I understood the process and walked me through parts I was not sure about. I would highly suggest these guys. Rose and Sandra were great helpers!! Using them again!!!

Sandra was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I found out I couldn’t bid on a car because of my home state, she refunded my monthly fee and voided my deposit. Now THAT is service!

Had the opportunity to speak with a very pleasant Sandra, about a auction facility in Punta Gorda Florida. She went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered, and was extremely pleasant through the process. Sandra gave me her extension in case I had further questions, which I ended up having. Upon completion of my second call I felt like all my concerns had been addressed!

As a whole my experience was very good. The ladies who work the office are very friendly and helpful. Know how much the fees are as it can surprise you how much they charge, to include yard storage fees once the auction closes.

Buyer beware - NOT reputable and will take your money. Bought a car from/thru them on April 18, 2022 for $5950 as they advertised themselves as Salvage Reseller- a middleman to buy for you at auction from Copart auction and salvage. The car with advertised "clean" Texas title. They called me on May 4th, 2022 to tell me that "Copart" had made a mistake and that it was a salvage title, NOT a clean title. They told me I could return it to them for a refund of $5950 or just apply for a rebuilt title in Tennessee. I called the State of Tennessee and was told that this VIN number was on a "JUNK" title and it could NEVER be rebuilt or licensed. I paid over $900 to have car shipped from Florida to Tennessee only to find out it can never be titled or registered. I was told I could send it back to Copart in Florida, but we agreed I could also send it to the Copart in Memphis, Tn. The car was sent/towed to Copart in Memphis, Tennessee on May 6th, 2022 which cost me another $125 for the tow. I asked about a refund for the $939 I paid for towing from Florida to Memphis, and they told me that was "my responsibility, Buyers are responsible for paying transportation cost". I told them it was NOT a clear title and I could have bought salvage Camaros' here in Memphis, why would I pay to ship one from Florida? Then they tell me I have to wait a week for the title to be sent to Copart in Memphis, Tn to get my refund ALTHOUGH Copart in Memphis has the car on their lot. I waited a week, called Friday May 13th, the lady Karina that was handling it was out but she was "working" on it. I called back that Monday - May 16th and was told Copart in Memphis had the title and that Inloher Corp mailed me a check for $5950 in a white envelope with their Inholer logo on. They even emailed this to me also. I had asked them to Zelle me the money, but their Zelle machine wasn't "working" as in the other reviews I read on here. (Funny how it works when you send them money) I emailed Monday May 23rd after receiving NO check,, I was told the same thing again in email, they had mailed me a check on May 16th, 2022. Friday May 27, 2022 will be 3 weeks they have had this car in their possession and I have NO refund. I have contacted the District Attorney in Florida, The Consumer Fraud division in Florida, The Shelby County District Attorneys office in Memphis, Tennessee and will be pursuing further legal action. I have lost ENOUGH time and MONEY dealing with these people and the games they play. Buyer Beware - PLEASE do NOT get scammed and have to go thru this like me.

Customer service is the best, 5 star for that. When I need awnser everyone there is experience enough to answer all my questions, I'm a simple person not so much computed savvy but they walked me though the website make it easy to navigate and purchase vehicles.

My experience was most memorable using salvageresellers. Emily (our #1 Gal), Laura (hope I got your name correct)and the others were GEMS! Very patient and kind. Helpful at any given time, always have time to answer my questions (no matter how silly my questions were) guiding me through my anxiety, and giving confidence throughout the entire buy. Their service is the true definition of A1 customer service. Thank you, I highly recommend salvageresellers for any of your auction buys. Jerome.

Was told repeatedly and assured repeatedly that I could get my refund/deposit back in check form because I was having issues with my bank because of some identity theft issues! I explained over and over that I didn't not want a refund issued via (Zelle) nor did I want a refund issued via chargeback to my former bank because of pending litigation! Apparently they have two sets of rules & regulations! One that you can see on there public website and then they have the mysterious private one that they like to quote that you can't see! I would suggest that it's buyer beware with these people! Because I have had to resort to filing a claim in small claims court to get my money back! I never wanted to do this, I was told repeatedly in December that I would get a refund issued by check in a few weeks and now the story changed to you have to wait 120 days and then today I find out after telling them repeatedly not to send my refund back as charge back they did anyway! I couldn't leave a rebuttal to the owners! It's always the same story if you look through all of the complaints!!! We were going to cut a check! Must have missed the check in the mail! Always try's to shift the blame! What the owner failed to mention that I had already received the title to salvage trailer I bought through Copart, because the state of Alabama has got some quirky laws! Been in the business of buying and selling for 25 plus year's! Have never ever had such a horrible experience trying to get a refund back! I understand completely being told that you were going to hold my money for 120 days simply because I asked for a paper check! PS! I'm having to take this person to small claims court! Buyer beware, if you try to complain they are definitely gonna try to shift the blame! Absolutely check all of your options first!

I bid and won a Ford Van in June of 2020. The Title was marked Clean title with no notation of a pending title. I paid and received a Bill of sale on 6/17/2020 but they did not return calls as to why the title had not arrived since june. I had to call Copart to find out the title had been lost. It has been 2 weeks now since Inloher received the title from Copart and they still cant return a phone call or send my title. Two and a half months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait on conveyance of title since they did not indicate the title was not on hand at the time of the auction. I was promised by email it would go out 8/24 then 8/27 now they say next week. I will never buy through them again and am considering a loss of use and damages suit!

Like others who have left a negative review here, this company is bogus. No where do they let you know that they will charge a $10 recurring fee every month. Its been 10 months and I just realized this was happening. Just tack another $100 onto the nightmare. No one aswers the phone in my efforts to have this stopped. I have placed a hold on them with my bank. Such BS. Run, don't just walk away from this company. This is a response to the answer from the company I just recieved below: Its funny how Inloher Group uses Covid as an excuse for a non response when as a customer, you're simply trying to get them to stop a $10 monthly recuring charge that they clearly don't tell you about or possibly bury in some obscure terms of service, but when you call them out on their behavior online, they respond within two hours. Hmmmm, I wish their customer service was this responsive..... Maybe they wouldn't have this many resentful clients. Also, now that I have your attention (finally) and you clearly know who I am, please stop charging me $10 a month for nothing.

The whole buying from Copart is a hard process to understand, but Salvage Reseller’s team really helped me. I called many times and they were always willing to explain and help me. You need to read their website and understand all the fees before deciding to buy online. I would definitely recommend to others.

This company was advertised as a $250 fee to buy a car. This was actually a 5%/whichever is greater scenario. That was fine, it was just another fee. Nothing new. I went to get my deposit back and was told if I wanted to do this, it would cancel my account. I paid for a year's membership up front and was cancelled after one month. No notice that I could not freely pull deposits, like many other sites that they do business with. Extremely poor customer service. This company is out to purposely deceive consumers and keep their money locked in as long as possible.

I had a great experience with salvage reseller and inloher corp. It was my first online vehicle purchase and my new/used truck was delivered to me within 4 days of purchase and buying it was simple. If you're prepared to pay the necessary fees and do a little phone and email work to sort out shipping then you're set to make buying a new/used vehicle at a great price happen! The service was consistently attentive and persistent that it was all going smoothly. All you have to do stay in contact with the numbers youre emailed and it's as easy as sitting home and waiting for delivery! No extra fees! No crazy waiting periods! Vehicles as listed! All defects and damage are listed and you can have the vehicle inspected before you purchase. There may be some storage effects like saturated oil or loss of fluid or mold on paint. Minor in most cases. Hire the broker, pay the deposit, make the purchase and get your deposit back in full! Its been great doing business with them!

I used the service to purchase a car from Copart in Denver, CO. Everything went extremely smooth. I was able to pick the car up the day after the auction and had the title in about a week. If you read the instructions, notes, and conditions then everything will go smooth for you as well. For example. the instructions clearly state the time frame for getting security deposit up to date and entering your bid before the actual auction starts. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because sometimes the phone system they have doesn't work correctly. At one point it was down completely and at another it was stating to call back during business hours despite it being business hours. I did not check to see if hurricane weather may have affected the phone service.

Wonderful! As a first-timer Copart bidder, they made my purchase experience very easy. Their emailed instructions were incredibly clear and precise and they came through in a timely manner. Someone was always available to pick up the phone and answer my questions, too. Will definitely use again! Thanks.

BLUF: their website is glitchy, their processs is flawed, their customer service doesn't care, their fee structure is ambiguous and you'd be better off using someone else. Avoid this broker. Terrible bidding experience in the trucks site and I would avoid any of the others as their support team is unhelpful. The website is glitchy. When I found what I wanted on CoPart and logged in here the website prevented me from putting a deposit down because my subscription was "expired" despite the fact they had charged my renewal just a few days earlier. I emailed and they fixed it...supposedly. I put a percentage deposit as mentioned in the instructions and the next day found a second truck I wanted to bid on at a higher price. I tried to increase my deposit and the website again told me I couldn't because my subscription had lapsed. This is an hour before the auction started so I emailed them again (there is no customer support number on their "Contact Us" page) and explained what had happened and asked them to hold the bid while the glitch was addressed. The auction began and the glitch was fixed but I saw I still had a lot of time before my truck was up so I increased my deposit and emailed support again asking them to proceed. They then cancelled my bid and straight up lied saying the truck was sold already despite the fact that I had increased my deposit and this truck wouldn't be on the block for another 2 hours. I was frustrated and asked them to return my deposit. I then get a snarky email from Jessica telling me that I should've increased my deposit before the auction began and maybe read the FAQ to understand how the process works--as if their website hadn't held things up in the first place. Another email explains that if I do this repeatedly I will lose my bidding privileges--no apology no nothing for the repeated glitches and setbacks on their end. I cancelled my membership. There are far more professional and helpful brokers out there. I wouldn't use these people for anything, it's a waste of time and money and they clearly don't care.
