They were relatively quick dirt the busy part of the afternoon and on time and very professional throughout the whole process. Also reasonable pricing. Thank you very much Brandon! From the point that we were picked up on the interstate with our car to the point that our insurance company had our car picked up, the service was phenomenal. We were given a ride to their shop to wait for someone to pick us up...shout out to tge driver! He made sure we were able to get our luggage and everything else out of the car.
Another shout out to Kiya who answered all my questions each time I called with patience, provided information, and got the manager involved when needed, then took the initiative to contact me once my car was picked up. Talk about superb customer service...can't get that everywhere.
We were in Florida on vacation and our car was hit and totaled. We asked the sheriff department to tow are car as we didn't know anyplace in the area. Lucky for us the car was towed to C&L towing. On Monday when they opened I went there to get everything out of my car and grab my license plates. When I arrived I was met at the window by a very nice woman named Kiya. Kiya made everything so easy. She provided us the form for the release of the car to the insurance company, she explained how the process works, she took the keys to the car to provide them to insurance and had a yardman help with taking off our license plates. I had no idea what to expect, Kiya made everything so easy and did it with a smile, empathy and a wonderful personality. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs towing. Thank you Kiya for making a difficult situation so much easier.
Son was pulling out of my yard and got startled by a large insect that ran across his face. He swatted the bug off his face and his truck went towards a big drainage ditch. He pulled off, but the truck got stuck half into the ditch. We called C&L and explained the situation and how close the truck was to sliding into the ditch, about 10 feet below. He dispatched a truck and it arrived in about a half hour. It was a flatbed, which I didn't think would have a chance of pulling the 3/4 ton commercial truck out, and I said that to him. He looked at me and said, "I can get it out". His name was Tray, and he turned out to be a very skilled young man, with a polite and courteous demeanor. He did get the truck out. If you ever need a tow service I recommend that you call C&L, and ask them to dispatch Tray - you'll be in good hands..
This was a lesson in trusting the experts, I needed help unloading three classic cars from a transport truck to my garage - one of which had seized tires. Everyone I knew said I needed a wreaker and so was skeptical when a hook truck came. However, I stood back and trusted the experts and the three cars were placed in the garage.
If I ever needed to utilize a tow company again this company would be first in my list. Thank you for the help.
Not proud to say but they have towed all 4 vehicles in my household for one reason or another, and every time was great. Not issues with any of the drivers.
Kaya was the absolute best dispatcher—professional, quick, and so kind! She made everything smooth and stress-free. Tray, the driver, was reliable, fast, and handled everything with care. Amazing teamwork—couldn’t ask for better service!
Friendly service and well priced too. Brandon towed my truck for me. I was surprised at how easily he was able to get the truck on his bed because of the awkward angle.

Very happy with the service provided by the driver Sam. We arranged to have the tow truck meet us where my car was stuck in a remote area and Sam was on time (early!), professional and charged a fair price. Great experience!

Quick response!!! They answered the phone quick and I talked to a real person right away !!! I was on the side of the road, their arrival time was exactly what they said. I was told they would be there within 45min to an hour and there they were to the rescue right on time !!! They towed me to the nearest repair shop!!! Strongly recommended!!! C&L Towing is a great company that has your back. Had to get my car towed and they took care of me; the wait time was very short, and the guy, Brandon, was a super cool dude. Very friendly service. We had a shipping container wedged between some trees. C&L sent a team out and worked their magic to get it pulled out and moved to our new business location. Quick professional and amazing team.

Phenomenal service! Broken down on I-95 in a rental. Waited 2 hours for their tow truck. Road Ranger said "Call C&L towing". So glad I did. Teresa was very empathetic with our situation and Brandon (our hero) was there in 15 minutes. Wonderful service!! Definitely 5 stars!!

very polite and respectful, and very knowledgeable. Straps and boards were used to not damage the paint underneath. Update had Trey again today to return the car to the house. Tray is one of the best drivers we have ever had. Ty.
Excellent service and response time when we inadvertently ran out of charge on our Tesla. Mils was very responsive and dispatched the tow truck quickly on a Sunday night, then his driver safely towed us to the nearest charging station. They are a preferred service provider to Tesla, so they were able to answer our specific battery questions. We highly recommend this company!
Theresa and Tray were wonderful! They kept us in the loop as to when the tow was going to show up, and we knew exactly what to expect when it came to payment. The repair shop was closed by the time the tow showed up with our trailer, but Tray had already made contact and knew where to drop it off. Very impressed with this customer service!
Was stranded on my way home an hour away and called this tow company. My driver was Brandon, he was efficient and did everything amazing in order to tow my vehicle back home. I can’t say enough about my service and interaction with Brandon.
These guys are fantastic! Got them on the phone right away, fair pricing, showed up much faster than I anticipated. Sam was awesome. Very professional, super friendly, and I know I was annoying the hell out of him. From making the call to my car dropped in my driveway was no more than an hour. The next time I need a tow service, I know exactly who I'm calling.

Recently used this company to tow a large Van out of a detached garage on my parents property. They dispatched immediately and price was really competitive against the other companies we considered. The driver was experienced and knowledgeable to safely get the van out of the garage and up on their truck with no issues considering the tricky spot it was parked in. Was refreshing to deal with such a friendly group of people from start to finish. I highly recommend and will always use them in the future as needed! Thank you!
Absolutely the best service ever!!!! ? The company responded and had a truck out within an hour and sent Vince to pick up the car and our utility trailer. Vince was very professional very kind and explained everything. He was patient with all our questions and was the sweetest man! He was truly an Angel! I highly recommend C &L towing and Vince! I am so thankful we have such a great local towing company! We have had to use them a couple times and they were prompt and professional. Their prices are the most reasonable I have found. The receipt they gave me on scene had all the information my insurance company needed for reimbursement (I didn't have to chase them down for one). I hope I don't need a tow again any time soon, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them. I highly recommend C & L!
This company was fast with response time and provided great service. My husband and I were stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours trying get a tow thru our insurance company, when our insurance said it wasn't covered my husband called C&L towing. The dispatcher he spoke with was very nice and said a driver would be out shortly. They arrived at our location in about 30 minutes and the driver Sam was very nice and professional as well. They came from titusville and were cheaper then places we called within 5 miles of us. Would give 10 stars of it was an option. Will use this company in the future if we ever need a tow again.
Got home late last night with a punctured tire. Called my roadside assistance next morning and they had a truck out to my house in under an hour. The guy was super friendly and took good care of my car that was basically riding on the rim, and he made sure not to damage it getting it onto the truck. Let me hitch a ride to the service center with him since I didn’t have a ride there. Great company and definitely will use again if I have any issues!
PLEASE READ!!! Worst experience ever. Tried talking to these guys but wouldn't acknowledge me at all. 1 guy did all the work with 1 truck. Had 3 more guys show up with 3 more trucks just to spectate just so they could bill for more trucks and guys. Was told it would be 600 for them to show up, 400 to lift the truck, plus the tow. Got a bill around 5k. 2500 for 5 miles. That's 500 dollars a mile. Ridiculous. They will tell you on the phone lies just to get your vehicle back to their yard cause then it can't be released until they're paid. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTIST. PLEASE PEOPLE.
Austin was amazing my car sits decently low and he made sure that the car didn't scrape at all. He was there within the hour of the call and came all the way out to KSC and got the car loaded up and dropped off to the dealership quick and right. Zero issues. Super awesome driver. I've used you guys several times and you always do a fantastic job every time so thank you.
I have used C & L before and their service was great This time it was awesome. Their prices are better then some other companies, Call to pickup time was very fast. We have a 2011 Mustang with ground effects & low profile tires. The tow truck driver (Tim) was awesome. He cared about our car as if was his own. He took the time to make sure the car did not drag on the truck or the ground. I would highly recommend C& L Towing. Great job Tim. Thank you for your caring attitude & your awesome workmanship.
