I can’t say enough great things about this shop. I came in with what felt like a complete lemon — a problem no one else could seem to figure out — and they didn’t just take a shot in the dark and send me on my way. They stayed with it.
From start to finish, the team at Seaside kept me in the loop, stood behind their work, and made it clear they were committed to actually solving the issue — not just patching it. That level of honesty and follow-through is rare.
They got me safely back on the road when other places couldn’t, and that’s not something I take lightly. I’ll absolutely be coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.
All four of my old 2013 Kia's brakes were shot, and I had been dreading getting something done about it. Eventually, the dread of a catastrophic accident outweighed the dread of doing something about it. My wife always has good things to say about Seaside Auto Repair, so I called them on a Friday, they had me leave the car there on Monday morning, and that same day, they called me back with surprisingly reasonable estimate: all four brakes/rotors and two new tires = $1265! I was so relieved, since these days I've learned to expect the worst when trying to get *anything* serviced! The next day, I got my car back, good as new, and all was well! It is a huge peace of mind have a car that is reliable again! It's also great know about an honest mechanic here in town. Those are a dying breed!
What a delightful find in a time of uncertainty! My engine warning light came on in my 2005 Jeep while traveling through Melbourne, FL. Saw their humorous sign which eased anxiety. Michael dropped what he was doing to thoroughly check things out, replenishing fluids and assuring me that it was okay to continue driving on my journey worry-free. He had no idea it was my birthday, but I got the best gift, through his expertise, humor and kindness that day! I would highly recommend this business.
New to the area and after going to Honda dealership and they wanting to replace the fuel tank and hoses for $3600. I stopped into Seaside to get another opinion and they checked it out and repaired the hose for less than $100. They were friendly and educated me, I highly recommend this shop.

After a very bad experience with another auto place they got me in, didn’t need a man to help me! All the employees were nice and clean and friendly! The owner told me exactly what was going on and no run around. Again, I didn’t need my husband for translation! I was in and out in the allotment of time needed. How refreshing to be spoken to as a person and not charging me more because I was a woman! Great guys working hard for everyone! Thank you! You’re all special!
These are NOT brake guys, if you need brakes or rotors or pads, do not go to these guys. I'm sure they're good mechanics, I'm sure if you need some engine components they will order the cheapest brand from AutoZone and charge you double. I brought my car in for brake pads and rotors and I was told that the rotors were weather coated and treated and within one week they were fully rusted, turns out the two front rotors were not weather treated but told me they were, they used the cheapest rotors from AutoZone and charged me $800+ I had contacted them about the issue and we worked things out I went back and they put two new front rotors on for me at no extra charge, but I did give a tip. These rotors also rusted and the new brake pads are already worn out after 8 months and I don't drive my car a whole lot so my rotors and pads should not be worn already..so they do use cheap materials and charge you full price for materials that should be high quality when it's really not. so if you need brakes or rotors or pads.. anything tire related, do not go to them. But if you do have any other car related issue, give them a try they're still nice guys it's just that they don't do things the honest and right way.
ngl… never done any business w/ them but from the gimmicky & sometimes hilarious things they put on their marquee, i’d probs trust them. 5 stars simply for the entertainment i get omw to work every morning
This is the only shop I trust with my car. Often the quote for repairs are more than what we end up paying. They work fast and I've never had to take my car back for the same problem because they do the work right the first time. 10/10 would recommend!
The very best auto repair shop...excellent knowledgeable service and great rates...and above all honest...doesn't take advantage of the customer..that's hard to find these days...will definitely return here for every service needed

Mike and Rob took the time to explain every step of their process, walked me through the issues with my car, and helped me set clear priorities to make sure my vehicle is safe for my family. They were honest, kind, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire experience. They called exactly when they said they would and even finished the work ahead of schedule! It's rare to find a shop that combines expert service with such genuine care. Highly recommend!
Brought in my Nissan Frontier, got new u-joints and rear breaks. Fair prices, worked around my schedule and took the time to explain the issues. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll be coming back and recommending to friends. Thanks Rob and Steve and the rest of the crew!
Wow what can I say about this establishment. As a single women this place puts me completely at ease about getting work done on my car. I never leave there feeling as if I’ve been “taken to the cleaners”. Matter of fact I call them when I have felt like the dealer was overcharging me. They always give it to me straight and let me know the actual cost and how much reasonable labor would cost. I completely trust these guys! You cannot go wrong bringing your car here for repairs. When I take my car here I feel like I’ve taken my car to a trusted family member that legit cares about my safety on the road. Thanks guys!

The team at Seaside are outstanding! I brought my 2014 Equinox in with an odd noise under the hood. It took them minutes to locate the problem and give me an estimate. They did a great job, at a very reasonable price, and had it done the same day! I was so impressed, I went ahead and scheduled some long needed break pad and rotor replacements along with 4 new tires and an alignment. I’m generally a fairly frugal guy, but between the great service, hard to beat costs, and same day turnaround I had to get it all done! I highly recommend them…and will happily use them again!
This is the most honest mechanic I've ever been to. I've brought three of my vehicles here over the past 10 years. They've never told me I need something done that I didn't need done and they try to save you money where they can. I recommend Seaside any day
I am new to the area and I needed work to my Chevy pick up. They made it easy to get in, did the repair for a fair price, and had me back on the road in no time. I appreciated the professional, honest attention that I got. Highly recommend this place.
This shop takes care of my Honda FIT 2010 and Toyota Avalon 2016. Always top quality work and warranty on the work they do. Pricing is fair and ALWAYS discussed beforehand! No surprises. Estimates are given and signed BEFORE work begins. If you want free work, go somewhere else. But, if you want your car fixed right, this is the place! RECOMMENDED

The facility was as clean as any auto repair shop I have ever visited. They were polite. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Lied to my face. Told me my car needs “Special Tools” to get my water pump out and they didn’t have them, they’d have to remove my timing chain, also they said their mechanics have never done that before. I’m beyond disgusted. None of that is true, they think their customers don’t know anything about their own cars… I’ve taken the pump out once before with two sockets, and two screwdrivers…Ive been coming here for years, dropped off pizza EVERY time my car was finished. Then they have the balls to lie to my face when they just didn’t want to do it…. I will never come back, I’ve already told 3 other customers that go here to never come back. F U Seaside Bums….
Super nice and honest...and fixed the problem at a great price. Had a check engine light that I was fighting for a few months but couldn't find the issue. They were able to smoke test the vehicle and find the exhaust leak caused by squirrels eating the exhaust lines. Thought I would have to take it back since the light was still on, and it was tough to find all the small leaks, but the light went off after 2 days and hasn't come back. They only charged me for a diagnosis and a little labor, which was more than reasonable. I'll be taking the truck back to them if something else goes wrong.

They're estimated quotes and then quote when they had my actual car were doubled from each other. I think they thought I'd still okay it. Better prices else where too. They were shady individuals through the whole process. AVOID.
These guys are great! They’re straight forward and know what they’re doing. They explained the issue (which I was pretty sure was the problem but couldn’t fix it myself) & went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed since this was the third place I took my truck to to fix the problem. They’ve earned my business for good. They are a bit more than chain places but they fixed the issues the chain places caused, so totally worth it!
I will never use and other car repair but seaside auto! They repackaged my thermostat! And my car works great! This is after tires plus told me I needed a new engine! Stick with these guys at seaside repair, they know what they are doing, and won't screw a woman#! I love them!
Car issues can be stressful, but they made my car care easy! I called first so they let me know a good time window to come in. Lunch on a Tuesday was from 12-1pm, and 1:30pm was a good time. They talked me through why my tire pressure light was on, and fixed it the same day. Mike and the crew have had regular customers for over 20 years, and now I am one! 5-stars all day!
I highly recommend this shop! The mechanics, employees and owner are super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped get our vehicles fixed. I am especially happy with how they took care of my van. I was quoted $3K by Honda to fix the master switch. For a 2010 vehicle, that's not worth it. Seaside didn't give up and worked until they found the problem. The cost was much less and now my key fobs AND sliding doors work. They will definitely keep us as customers.
My wife’s car had several engine/sensor lights as well as an A/C problem. I work next door to these guys and thought I would give them a shot. I am certainly glad I did! These guys are absolutely spectacular. No BS, professional, very knowledgeable, and honest. They had my car all day and had to do several test drives to get the A/C to act up so they could diagnose the issue. I was almost afraid to walk over and pay after it was fixed. Well I didn’t even have to charge it! I cannot say enough good things about them and they certainly earned a lifetime customer in me! I highly recommend!
I have been taking my family's cars to this shop for over 15 years. They have ALWAYS correctly diagnosed and repaired every problem! I have never had to return to get mistakes corrected, and they never have attempted to do frivolous work. Always get accurate estimates and fair pricing.
