Was told by geico it's would take 2 hrs for them to arrive at a destination 20 mins away. I waited the 2 hrs and never seen or heard from anyone,so I decided to call the company and was told it would be another 30 to 40. I waited the allotted time and still never heard from anybody, so I contacted Geico and they contacted tow company and was told another 30 to 40 more minutes. Terrible customer service. Tow company tried to blame it on traffic from Donald Trump being in town but I am 30 or 40 minutes away from that area and not affected by that traffic at all
I had Vill as my driver. He towed my car exactly where I needed it to be and he moved it when I asked him so that my car wasn’t going over the sidewalk. I also rode with him in his truck. Good driver. Very nice
I called AAA for a tow today and they sent me a tow from I-95 Towing & Transport INC. My drivers name was Raymond. I just want to compliment him on his professionalism and kindness. He came quickly and was quick with the hook up. He was awesome. Thank you Raymond for your excellent service. 5 stars from me!
The experience with this towing company was nothing short of frustrating and concerning. Despite initially assuring me of a one-hour response time, they failed to meet this commitment. Adding to the confusion, they provided my insurance company with inaccurate updates, claiming to be just 19 minutes away when they were far from it.
As the night wore on, their communication only worsened. By nearly midnight, they finally indicated they were on their way, only to discover the next morning that my car remained stranded and untouched. Shockingly, there were no alerts, missed calls, or any attempts at contact from i95 Towing.
Upon reaching out to their operator, I was informed that they had arrived at the scene around 2 am and opted to cancel the tow because no one was present with the vehicle. However, they were well aware that no one would be staying with the vehicle, as communicated to them by my insurance company.
What's more infuriating is their complete disregard for the significant delay. They failed to notify me or take any responsibility for their four-hour tardiness, which could have potentially put me in a dangerous situation stranded on the highway indefinitely.
It's evident that their priorities lie more in collecting insurance money than providing reliable service. This pattern of misleading communication, false promises regarding ETA, and lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable. I strongly urge insurance providers to sever ties with this negligent towing company before more customers suffer similar ordeals.
Worst towing company in south Florida. The lady who you speak to on the phone who is apparently the office manager is so incredibly rude it’s a miracle she has a job. She also is a liar and a scammer. She said my tow was cancelled however it wasn’t I had to cancel it on my end. I called one time and despite her disgusting attitude was looking for a solution when I realized the tow wasn’t cancelled I called back and she hung up on me. Which was why I had to cancel my apparently already cancelled tow. Please save yourself the trouble of working with this company and the idiot woman who works in the office.
The gentleman that came to one city plaza this evening did a really nice job, he was confident, knew what he was doing and he was very helpful, he took a photo of the car once dropped off at the mechanic and when he dropped the keys in the door seeing that they were closed, Exceptional job!!!! He had a great personality and was a really really kind person, hats off!!!!! I believe his name was Vill, not sure I’m spelling this correctly. He also called me a few minutes before he got here and alerted me that he was here. Again superior job! I’m made at myself for not tipping him, it was a friends car but just the same I should have tipped, my bad.

I KNOW THEY WILL DEFEND THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF BEING HUMBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKES! This towing company did not deliver the car to my home like they were paid to do, instead they dropped off my car in the middle of a community exist(not safe) bcs they couldn’t wait 10 minutes to be given access to a gated community. The lady who administers office, as long as it had to do with payment she was texting back and forth with me the whole time but when my car was dropped off in the middle of the road and I reached out to her to help me resolve matter she stopped communicating with me for 3 days. The owner called me back with an aggressive approach and said that due to their work load they couldn’t wait and blamed everyone for their mistake including the gate personnel. My car was towed again by community cop who saw car in an unsafe, unauthorized area. They did not bring key when delivering car. I had to wait 3 days after calling multiple times until I finally called CONSUMER AFFAIRS to get my key and a refund. And refund did not cover the other towing bill, I have spent almost $1000 in tow without needing to! Lack of consideration that my car was in the other towing garage for 3 days accumulating unnecessary fees bcs owner would respond to calls and messages to approve for key and refund to be delivered. Unbelievable!

Bad experience with this towing company, yesterday my car was towed and the driver didnt check my car. He is responsible for clients car safety, actually he get my car key i thought he will check it. So to make the long story short , the driver didnt off the hand brake and my both rear rotor disc become broke.
Vill was amazing!!! My BMW fuel pump failed all of a sudden and when my insurance sourced the tow truck driver I was skeptical because you’re always sitting there for hours. Vill came quickly and not only loaded my lowered car onto the flatbed without a scratch but also the driveway wasn’t damaged. Anyone that has towed a lowered car knows driveways can be scraped or damaged when towing lowered cars but he was so professional and will be using him in the future!

Just had a great experience with I-95 Towing &Transport. Radio dispatcher helped us with a rental car that had a flat tire and, then the tow person she assigned to help pick us up and take take the car to the airport and get us a new rental was very professional, quick, and had a great personality so we thank you both. Couldn’t be any more helpful in a messy situation!!
We used them after we contacted AAA for towing needs. The driver, Raymond, picked up the car and delivered it where it needed to go. He communicated prior to arrival and along the way. The car arrived at the repair shop, just as we requested.

Called them for a tow from an accident I had just been in and they made me wait 2 1/2 hours and changed my driver 3 times. They gave me an eta and changed it multiple times. I was sitting on the highway with the police threatening to impound my car if not moved. Called the customer service and the lady who answered was very rude and acted if she did not care. I don’t recommend this company at all if it was a rating lower than 1 star I would give it to them. Save your money and choose another tow company this one is not worth it at all. The driver was nice but was not aware of where he was going or that he needed to tow anyone only after calling more than 7 times 6 times she did not answer the phone. She said a driver will contact which they did and made him aware and he came 15 min later. This is a waste of money and time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TOW COMPANY THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT AND NOT NOTIFY ANY OF THE DRIVERS UNLESS YOU CALL A LOT.
