We contacted him to remove our old car, he set up time, then he (Tony)called to re-schedule for same day, but he never showed up or called. We called Michelle in the office (4:30pm) and she said that he went home for the day, and that she would leave him the message. She confirmed this when we called the next day to try again, but no one ever followed thru.
Very disappointed in the lack of customer service from this company, will not recommend their service even after we gave them the benefit of the doubt.
These guys are great! My old car was not running and A&M got it out of my driveway the same day I called. They even paid me for the junker. I should have paid them for getting the car out of my driveway so I don't have to hear my wife complaining anymore!

I had a junk car that had been sitting at my apartment complex that needed to be towed away immediately before the apartments called a towing company. They came within 20 mins, the driver Tim picked up my car was very punctual, friendly and the transaction was quick and seamless. HIGHLY impressed with how quickly they came saving me tons in the end. They offered me more $ for my Honda Accord then other places I called, also gave me CASH.
