This man, very clearly on drugs, threatened, harassed and blocked us in with his tow truck in the parking lot of the business when we were jsut trying to obtain our children’s toys from the car that he took. Keep the car, I don’t care but the small kids were hysterically crying and he said this made him feel good and it’s what fuels him to do this.
I get that if payments are missed cars need to be repossessed but to be so incredibly cruel, laugh at a little girl crying, brag about how good it makes you, threaten a 5’ woman AND block us in with the tow truck just to instill more fear into myself and my small children is something I can never understand. I cannot believe people like this walk this earth among us. I also can’t believe someone so very clearly high on drugs is driving a massive tow truck around our town and streets. Is there no standards for driving a large vehicle like this? Is this not a massive safety concern apart from his threatening, manic, bullying personality? Very very scary.
I hired them and paid $350 to repossess a vehicle and then they charged me an additional $100 storage to get it out, when they were closed 4 days. !!!!!
Why should I pay storage when you can’t let me get it out
