I had Tires Choice replace a tire on daughter's car. I neglected to remove the antitamper valve stem cap from the old tire. I returned to Tires Choice only to be told there wasn't an antithetical valve stem cap on the old tire. Rather then say, "We don't have it" lie to the customer that's always a good business practice, right?

Order tires from Cooper, scheduled the install with Cooper online for this partner location. Later, discovered that my aftermarket valve stem caps would not come off to re-air the tires. Contacted this shop and they were more than happy to swap out the valve stems no charge. I really feel that they went above and beyond as the valve stem caps could have been over tightened during the tire install, or, it might have just been the quality of my valve stem caps. Good job guys , very rare these days to get this kind of service!
I’ve used them a few times, but now I doubt everything that they’ve ever said I needed. I went in for a check engine light and Mike, the Service manager quoted $1100 for a mass airflow sensor, cabin air filter, and engine filter. He said he could do it for $700. I went to a different shop for a second opinion. The guy there scoffs at the quote and shows me how easy it is to repair. He gave me the link to buy the part online and charged me nothing.
I’m a single woman who has never worked on a car in my life. I spent $140 on all the parts, watched about 5 minutes of YouTube videos, then did all the work myself in under an hour. No more check engine light.
You guys have some audacity trying to take advantage of people like that.

I brought my vehicle in to address vibration while driving. They quoted me over $2,200 to replace all of the struts. It didn’t make sense to me that the struts would be causing the issue at such low speeds, so I brought it somewhere else for a second opinion. As suspected, it was simply two prematurely worn tire that needed to be replaced and the two others rebalanced. Only needed to pay $400 instead of the $2,200 that was quoted which didn’t even include replacing the two damaged tires. This is the second time I’ve brought a vehicle to them and had them quote a much larger, and unnecessary, repair than what was required. I’ll never bring my vehicles to them again.

I was having issues with my car starting, I went to two other mechanics they told me it was an electrical issue and that they had repaired it. The issue persisted and so I went to tire choice auto center. Anthony handled my frustration like a true professional. He was kind, patient, and friendly. They immediately diagnosed that it was a faulty starter and quickly made the repair and got me back on the road. Thank you for being so thorough when other places failed to be. My water pump went out on my car and I pulled into the 1st place I saw. I couldn't be more happy with the friendly customer service I received from Anthony. I was referred to Tire Choice from a Groupon I had picked up for an oil change. I went in for the oil change and was talking to Anthony (store mgr) about some parts that I had that were needed on the jeep I drive. Sway bar links and tie rod ends etc.He had me come back. That poor mechanic worked on my jeep up until they closed.They had me come back again. The hold up was 1 part that was seized up. They got the part for me and after a big struggle got the old one out. I had to wait til I took it on the road to leave a review. They worked hard for me. My jeep now drives great!! I would recommend Tire Choice for all your car needs. And you won't even get a side eye when you go in wanting all of this. LoL ask for Anthony he's the best! Thanks guys
Really great service! Manager at the front desk was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a discounted price for the tires, oil change ect I needed as well as a discount on the overall bill. I was able to stay on budget and still get my car taken care of for a long road trip to NJ. Will most certainly be back again. Thanks Tire Choice team!
One mechanic and a full bay. Came at a bad time for a tire patch. The manager went out himself and got me out in 20 minutes! Most places would have had me wait for hours. Great service!

It was time to replace the tires on my SUV, I was worried because I needed all 4 of them replaced and it could be costly. One of the guys in there, his name was Anthony, he was so helpful. I was able to use one of the coupons on their website and it saved me some money. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, my experience at Tire Choice was disappointing. (detailed explanation below) I believe part of the issue stems from the company scheduling late appointments with limited staff, which likely contributed to what happened during my visit.
Summary:
1. Paid for a wheel alignment but only got half of one due to a poor excuse.
2. Was told I needed urgent repairs that were completely false.
For context, I do all the work on my own vehicles and have been an electrician and plumber for nearly 30 years. I’m very mechanically inclined and work hard for a living, so I know when something doesn’t add up...
I had a 6pm appointment for a wheel alignment. When it was time to pay, they told me they couldn't adjust the rear alignment because of a "seized" bolt. The technician showed me a photo of it, but right away I could tell they hadn't put any effort into loosening it.
First, the bolt had no penetrating oil or rust penetrant applied, which would be the first step for any mechanic, and all shops would have this on hand. Second, the surface rust on the bolt and the surrounding area was untouched, meaning there was no effort made break it loose.
How do I know this for sure? Because when I got home that night, I put a wrench on the bolt and tapped it lightly with a hammer, and it came loose in less than 10 seconds!
I suspect this may be due to the late appointment time. They closed at 7pm, but my car wasn’t finished until 7:30pm. While I appreciate them staying late, I would have much rather rescheduled than paying for half a job.
Then, just as I was leaving, they hit me with the list of “urgent” recommended services. They said my rear brake pads were supposedly "completely shot" and needed to be replaced immediately. Funny, because I personally replaced them less than six months ago. Rear brake pads typically last 2 to 5+ years, not months.
Here’s the kicker though, I was standing outside the whole time and they never even removed my wheels. How exactly did they inspect my brake pads? I don’t have the type of rims that allow you to "sort of" see the brake pads...
So unfortunately I can not recommend going here, and I now need to go pay for another alignment since it's not really something you can do at home.
If I could give a 0 star I would. I took my 2023 Camry SE to Tire Choice to have new tires put on my car for the first time since buying my car. My Camry only has 47,000 miles! The person at the front desk said I needed alignment, I was shocked because my car never pulls and I hadn't long got alignment by toyota. I trusted that person so once my car was done I asked for a print out of my cars alignment and he told me the computer was down shocking! I leave the shop to go home and my car was pulling extremely bad so I did a u turn and went straight back the shop.One of their workers pulled my car back in right away and work on it and he aligned it again. When I left it was no longer pulling bad but it felt like a bumpy ride. I called the shop and the guy told me to come in the following Monday, however there was no way I could because my schedule was extremely busy with work. I went Thursday and he told me to come back Friday at 5 so I did. I thought maybe the tires weren't right for my vehicle. They put my car in the air and they took all wheels off and come to find out all of my rims were bent 3 being so bad that you can see it. One of the rims are bent in 2 separate places. The company has refused to replace the rims they bent!! If you have been here recently and you are having issues with pulling, leaking of tires or a bumpy shaky ride have another place look at it. I was going to take more pictures of the other rims, however the manager said he was taking the pictures to send to their insurance so I didn't need to and he was moving the 2 rims to the back that were really bad so it wouldn't shake my car as bad.
Friendly service, fair prices. They ordered a tire for me to fit my price range, as they didn't have it in stock. Offered same day installation. (Was there early in the morning) It's the second time I've been there for a tire and a previous plug. I'll stick with them in the future for my tires, and planning an alignment soon.
Fast, clean, courteous, professional, if a little pricey. They got me in as soon as they opened after booking online at 1130 the night prior. I got 2 new tires and alignment for about $850, but they gave me almost a $100 military discount, which helped. They took less than 2 hours and I was offered free coffee and the wifi was good enough for me to work from the waiting room. The manager was friendly and easy to work with. Tire selection was a little limited for my vehicle (2 models) and about 20% more than Firestone up the street but, they couldn't get me in until almost lunchtime so, time is money!
Edit 8/23: I'm sad to inform everyone that management has changed, and with it the 5 Star Review I had posted previously. Since the shift, I have elected not to have a clutch replaced, and my fiance decided to shift her business to the local Gatto's. After I get a quote from them for a clutch, I'll do the same. My last visit involved conflicting diagnoses and an argument. Unfortunate.

No corporate atmosphere, no additional service fees on top of service fees. Just honest upfront prices, and realistic times for turnaround.
So far, oil changes, a brake job, batteries, and tires - no issues. Soon I'll be asking these fellas to replace a clutch, just quoted to me for 50% Less than what I was Hoping For!

Curtis took great care of us. We purchased 4 Michelin Tires and he beat the "other guy" by over 200$ out the door. He made us feel like he cared about earning our business
Nathan and the team at Tire Choice always provides exceptional service and their price is always reasonable. Most recently they replaced my cracked radiator starting after lunch and had it ready when I got off work same day at 5! Previously, they found an oil leak that was a simple o-ring. Another shop charged me to replace the entire oil filter cooler, which was refunded after Tire Choice found the real problem. These guys are very trustworthy, which can be hard to find at an auto shop!
12-20-2021 - Just had my tires replaced on a Jaguar XJ. Tire Choice was several hundred dollars cheaper than the dealership and did an amazing job as usual! Thanks Nathan!
Nathan and Vinny did an amazing job with my brand new 2020 F-150. I drove it straight to them from the dealership. They put a 2.5” leveling kit, wheel spacers and brand new tires on for me. It drives as great as it looks. They always take good care of my wife’s car and my trucks!!!
Very pleasant experience. Filled the online form for the appointment. Got confirmation within few hours. Went for the front brake work . Dealer quoted 265. They have 129.99 special. They took an hour to finish the work while I was waiting. No coffee vending machine in the waiting area which could have been nice. Good value for money.
