Jiffy Lube on N Wickham Rd, Melbourne is a great place to get your oil changed. The place is fast, efficient and great service. They also have other auto services that they can do as well. They will go above and beyond to help you.
Very amazing people! I always come in when my car is feeling funny or I am uncertain about something! They always fix my issue and go above and beyond! Adam is a great guy!! So is the manager very amazing I have been coming here for months now and I will never go any where else.
I used Jiffy Lube for my oil changes when I lived in WNY and was always satisfied. The service was very good, but this location is even better. The staff was incredible. They’re all so friendly and I’ve never received more efficient service. Outstanding.
Everything was explained to me and safety issues were addressed and they advised what they recommended I needed to have done as it was a safety concern
Great staff but annoying with the constant trying to up sale you to 1000 more dollars of service. Like if I said thats all im here for than thats all im here for. Prices aren't that great either but that does not reflect on the staff, the staff is friendly and great customer service

You reviewed the security cameras, to see that I never went though with getting service here. Miss-management of where cars are via bays is on the business. You shouldn’t be having cars back up and playing musical cars because you’re employees in one bay finish sooner than expected. There’s 3 bays for a reason. Those lines are according.. moving cars around like a dealership when you’re a stand alone service shop is beyond the limits of managing service… if you really have that much of an issue. Limit one lane to heavy maintenance and have your experienced techs in that lane.
I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on the lack of management and clearly poor values as a business and owner. It’s clear that this shop has no sense of pride in what it does.
Came in just now for an oil change and spoke with employee Neil. Said I had a Groupon and this location doesn’t accept it (although on the Groupon website it shows this location does). He interjected and cut me off in conversation twice while I was asking questions. It’s like he wanted to be nice and professional but came off as the opposite of that with an air of hubris and a bit of ego. This employee should be retrained and reminded of humility and to actively listen to customers needs. When I told him I was gonna go and come back after requesting a refund from Groupon he did offer a coupon which was nice but the interaction left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be back to this location.
I went here instead of the place I usually go because I had a coupon and I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service I received. Kourtney is awesome and I will return to this location in the future because of her amazing service!
Had a great experience at jiffylube this morning. Excellent service from the staff. Its very convenient to having a carwash right there. Got the car serviced and carwash after. Will be back for more service.
Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. They didn’t even fill up the air when rotating my tires, skipped vacuuming and cleaning windows, national coupon codes aren’t accepted, and the upselling has become constant. They also no longer include simple extras like a quick car wash with your oil change, which other places still offer.
Disappointed with the decline—especially considering the rising costs. From now on, I’ll be supporting local chains that still provide quality service at a fair price.
Similar to another recent review I just read, my wife went in for an oil change and walked out being told she needed front and rear brakes replaced as well as another expensive issue that had "Safety Issue" written across the top of the page. Our mechanic (who has decades of experience) found we only needed rear brakes and that the issue pointed out as a safety issue was non-existent, something he had another mechanic in the shop also check and verify. Very disappointing.
As a woman, my fear has always been taking care of my car when anything goes wrong. The moment I approached this JL team they were all very friendly, respectful and helpful. They went above and beyond, they explained what I needed, the service was extremely quick, I would definitely recommend this location. +5
I absolutely love these guys. I have been taking my car to this place for at least 7 years, probably longer. My car always runs smooth as ice when they are done. The staff are great and friendly people. Their rates are affordable too. And if there is a part that DOESNT need to be replaced, they wont replace it. They wont con you just to bloat the bill like MANY other places would.
Courtney and Brandon went above and beyond. They alerted me to problems with my girlfriends car that we didn't know we had and saved us a fortune in tickets and fines . They were very detailed about everything the were doing and could do. Then Brandon went so far as to make sure our headlights were clean. I was very thankful for their assistance

I was coming in for a routine oil change. The service experts identified an issue that I am grateful for because it could have caused a accident if neglected. It was going to take longer than expected so the manager (Ms. Pam) offered to drop me off at home and Kourtney picked me back up. Thank you ladies! As if they isn't enough, I left my CC at home and had to come back to pay. Thank you for your expertise, customer service and patience! There are still good people around!
Went to Jiffy Lube on North Wickham Melbourne, FL, Sat in office for about an hour counted 11 customers while waiting, ironically, all 11 including myself were told we had 4% moister in our brake lines, likelihood of this is very rare especially in a closed system. Then I was told I needed a cabin air filter and engine air filter at $42 a piece. I checked OEM CABIN FILTER priced between $9 - $15, OEM Engine filter $12 -$18. All I'm saying is please be carefully. This particular Jiffy Lube gives false and misleading information to scare you to purchase items at a higher cost that you may not need at triple the cost. Will never visit Jiffy Lube again.
The staff was friendly. However, once the oil change was done I noticed noise and vibration when accelerating. When I checked under the hood I noticed they forgot to screw the air filter box back together. I also noticed they broke my oil dip stick handle off and stuck it back on like I wouldn’t notice. Like what? Small plastic pieces from it was breaking off and could’ve gotten into my engine. It wasn’t busy at all when I came to get my oil change so I guess the staff just really didn’t care. Zero integrity. Only reason I gave two stars is because they gave me a complimentary car wash which was cool. All in all, I’m never coming back and I suggest whoever’s reading this to do the same.
Arrived for a oil change an left with a coolant leak. Ik for a fact i had a full tank with no issues but when i get home coolant tank was empty wit a fat ahh puddle. Definitely not professional.
I went with my sprinter chassis cab 2022 for a service to change the oil and filters and ended up losing two days of work, spending $320 to tow my vehicle to the shop because they did the service completely wrong, they installed the fuel filter incorrectly and the vehicle was left leaking everything the diesel I could have had an accident because of the bad work, I spent time and money I had to stay overnight in a hotel in Melbourne because I live in another distant city so that the next day they would fix my vehicle that would not start due to the bad work that They did it, it was the first time I went to Jiffy Lube and I don't think I will return to this place again, it was a disaster!!!, the person who served me from the beginning was Oneill and he was very unprofessional, he kept me waiting all day for the filter in my vehicle and when they brought it they installed it incorrectly, they did not give me an explanation of what had happened, I do not recommend this place Jiffy lube in Melbourne FL
