This place is truly amazing. I used their service twice for my Toyota camry. First time was for my muffler that was corrosive. And second time cause i hit a curb leaving work. Which made my car have a rattle sound. They are affordable and very efficient. Kathy at the front desk is very kind and nice. And Hercules who worked on my car is very good at what he does. friendly and very positive energy. I'm very thankful for their services. I highly recommend them if your having a muffler issue or any type of car problems they will get the job done!
I don't know how to thank them enough. My car broke down while at my kids softball tournament. We are from Illinois and were stuck without a car with 4 kids. I was getting the runaround from another shop and dealership unti I found these guys. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they were kind, understanding and at a great price. I wish we had a shop near us as trustworthy as them. They even showed me what was wrong with our catalytic converter. I 100% recommend this shop to everyone.
They did an awesome job with our F150! They were able to take the car and do a diagnostic very quickly, the Ford dealer needed 2 days just for a diagnostic. The price for a muffler replacement was extremely reasonable, especially compared to what the dealership would have charged. The owners are super friendly and helpful! I would absolutely bring the car here again.
Hercules did great on my dual exhaust system for my f150. Lady in the office was very nice. I definitely recommend this place for any exhaust work you need done.
I was visiting from NY and my exhaust literally fell off my truck. I went here and these people were AMAZING! I set an appointment and they had a completely new exhaust (cat back) in an hour. Price was AMAZING too! I would highly recommend anyone to this place! Great work, great prices, great people, and they get it done fast!
Had a new exhaust system installed on my 69 Camaro, Hercules did an outstanding job and the price was great for the amount of work that was done and the car sounds awesome! I recommend Economy Muffler to my family and friends for any exhaust work.
As usual top notch service and communication from these folks. Installed a Flowmaster Super 44 on my 2023 Nissan Titan XD also wanted to add a black tip which they did not have but they researched and ordered for me and had it installed the following week. Everything came out perfect.

I originally called C&D Auto, but they were like, if you need exhaust work done, I would bring it here, and I'm happy I did!
I had my exhaust system replaced at a chain last year, and a year later, everything fell apart.
I brought it to the dealer and they told me the work that was performed was subpar and would be $1173 for a whole new exhaust system.
That's when I called C&D auto and they sent me to Economy. From the first phone call, they were MORE than willing to help! Both Kathy & Wendy are wonderful people, not looking to make a buck, but truly being honest and helpful.
They reviewed my current setup, noticed the muffler was undersized for my vehicle, the exhaust pipe wasn't connected correctly and the clamps holding the muffler up were not installed right either...
$374 later, Herc put in a new system Friday morning and I'm not embarrassed to drive my car anymore.

Kathy is absolutely fantastic and very knowledgable! She will take the time to talk through the available options and doesn't make you feel like she's in a rush to get you off the phone. Not only that but the work they did on my truck was excellent. They welded in 2 new catalytic converters in just a couple hours and the price was better than any of the other quotes I had gotten from other places. I highly recommend them if you're having muffler problems.
My son replaced his own catalytic converters on his truck and he was still having some problems so he took it to Economy muffler and they said he did a fantastic job and gave him two other suggestions and didn’t charge him to look at his truck. Now he has replaced his own muffler and he’s going to have some welding work done next week at Economy. Cathy at Economy Muffler has been so helpful and we plan on using this company for all of our muffler needs.
It is so nice that a business that was the best when I was a teen with a hot rod is still the best 30 years later. In a town where literally everything has changed around them, Economy Muffler remains true to customer service and quality. My Challenger RT sounds great and the tips are perfectly aligned now. They took the time to explain different mufflers and match to the kind of sound I was looking for and hooked me up with exactly what I needed. Kathy and the guys are the best.
I had the most lucky breakdown of my life when I was driving in Melbourne recently and my check engine light began flashing and my car started to lose power. I was just driving by Economy Muffler and I pulled in there thinking that I’d better stop driving before my engine was fried. Cathy was as kind as she could be, and although they couldn’t immediately diagnose the problem, they had no problem with me leaving the car there for diagnosis. (I live in Titusville, and had no familiarity with this business or any other car repair place in Melbourne.). Cathy explained what they would charge for diagnosis but also said they would facilitate towing my car back to Titusville if that was what I decided to do. The next morning I had a diagnosis and estimate early in the day and promised completion the following day. Today I picked up my car as promised; it is running great. The mechanic there also diagnosed and repaired an annoying rattle in my front end that I authorized them to fix. Both Cathy and the other front end employee were extremely kind, helpful, and my car was repaired for a reasonable price in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this business!

My 08 RAM 1500 had an old exhaust system that had rusted through... And was hanging off...
I scheduled an appointment with Kathy and they were able to get me in on pretty short notice indeed, and to be honest, they charged less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. I brought in a Flowmaster 44 that wasn't quite the perfect fit, but Hercules, a man of little words and huge talent, was able to install it with no knocks, rubs, grinds, or rattling. It sounds awesome, and it's due to these folks.

Hard to find a good independent muffler shop these days. They did exactly what I asked for and charged me exactly what they said it would cost. Hercules welded in a new muffler on my SUV and fixed a broken tail pipe flange that was leaking and rattling. My truck sounds like a million bucks now. Thanks!
It’s great to find a business that treats its customers right. I needed exhaust repair on a 2009 Cobalt. They gave an estimate which was exact to the penny and Hercules did the job in less that hour. Very pleased - would recommend highly.
I brought my 2019 Nissan Titan to them because I wanted a more aggressive tone from my exhaust without being obnoxious. They helped me with the setup, layout, and tips. I am so happy I took their advice , because they nailed it. It sounds , and looks better than I expected. They also got me in quickly, finished the job quick, and I was very happy with the price. I will definately be back with my next project.
The staff here is awesome. They helped me choose the right brand of mufflers and get the perfect sound for my g37 Sedan! I am ecstatic with the results of this custom exhaust job here! I Highly recommend this exhaust shop! Hercules did an amazing job on my 2018 dodge charger! The lady was very professional and efficient! Hercules cut the resonator off and replaced it with a glass pack and then he cut off both rear mufflers and ran straight pipe. Highly recommend if you are trying to get a nice deep growl out of a V6!
Loud exhaust, was highly recommended by my local mechanic for their custom exhaust work. They were able to fit me in the same day and had me done while I waited, saving me hundreds of dollars. My car is so quiet now I didn't even know the lady started for me. This is an old school family business that have been at their location for years. They know their stuff and they are reasonable and professional. I have to agree with my mechanic when he said they are the best in town for automotive exhaust work. Thanks for taking care of me.
