I stopped into your store on Friday the 24th my sons car was misfiring Jared and John were awesome they helped me with spark plugs and another part and guided my son and I while we put the parts into the car they were exceptional kind and courteous I will be coming to this store from now on if anything else is needed for my cars. Best of all my sons car is running perfect again Jared and John are the best u are lucky to have them representing your store on Wickham road in Melbourne.Thanks again they deserve a raise
I had the best experience on Friday October 10th. I needed a battery and the ladies of this Autozone were 5 star! So welcoming, friendly, helpful. The lovely young girl installed the battery, we chatted, laughed all before the torrential rain started and I was on my way. I will use this store for all my auto needs. The best!!

Went in for a battery , they were right on top of things. Very courteous and knowledgeable, paid for battery and they took it out of the store and installed it free of charge . Thanks guys , great job .
Had to get a car battery charged called ahead and spoke with David. He helped us upon arrival called back when the battery was completely charged showed the diagnostics and gave advice to what the issue could be based on their testing 5/5 service and professionalism.
I came in to get a battery this morning but had to take it home to have it installed because of a bar over the battery in the vehicle. (They aren't allowed to remove the bar). I just want to praise Charles. He was extremely helpful and made the process pretty smooth as to the purchase. Then, he really came through for me when my old battery wouldn't jump charge with the little machine. He pulled his personal vehicle over to my car and jumped it so that it would start. Thank you Charles! You rock!!
I brought my wife's vehicle in on Monday and Vince diagnosed the check engine light issue for me. He got a few items i might need and within the next 2 days the light turned off!
My boyfriend was trying to order something through Al and he was no help at all. He told him to go get what he needed from another store and if he “needed it that bad” to come back in the morning.
Vince was incredible. I needed a side mirror very early in the morning to drive home from work safely and he went above and beyond to help get me a temporary one. Highly recommend this location!
Buying parts for my son's Jeep. For galley high mechanics can fix it. They have went beyond with helping me. Buy in the parts returning aparts buy a more parts returning more parts. Never got frustrated with me at all thank you Miss Joan

These guys are the best!! As a female, who knows nothing about vehicles, It’s hard to find a place you trust. Every time I go into this store, they are friendly, more than helpful, and will joke around with you too. This location has the best staff. I’ve never been disappointed and won’t go anywhere else.
Went here to get my battery tested and was helped in a reasonable amount of time! The man who assisted me was very nice and was clear in his explanation about what was going on with my vehicle/its battery and how to fix it/what would need to be done.

Always friendly, and helpful. Whether I drop in for just one small item off of the coupon/ad sheet, or a bunch of stuff for a preventative maintenance/repair project, there's always a person knowledgeable in what I'm getting ready to undertake. It's so easy to get what I need for those projects since their parts look up capability is extensive.

I went to Auto Zone in looking to replace my battery and the service I received was exceptional! I especially appreciate the time John W. took to replace my battery, helping me choose the best option for my truck and even replaced a damaged terminal. The staff I interacted with while there was extremely helpful and polite. I’d say this was the best Auto Zone and team I’ve had the pleasure of being a customer of in over 10 years. If I could give a 10 star rating I definitely would!
I stopped by on Saturday for replacement wiperblades and headlights. Vince T. greeted me with a loud welcome and friendly compliment. I was immediately drawn to him. He took me directly to where I needed to be and told me about some pertaining deals. He was incredibly helpful and very personable. Best service ever! I stopped by this morning to get a headlight. Before I even get inside another associate that was arriving held the door open for me. I was going to try and fix it myself. Vince the manager came out to my car and helped me pop the hood then he gets the headlight out. It was not in the easiest spot. But he got it out and then got me the new bulb and some grease so the next time it would be easier for me to change it. And he went and put it back in for me which also wasn’t very easy. He also made sure it was working before I left. He was more than helpful and it was more than I was expecting. I was so grateful for his help! Thank you Vince!
I stopped to get my battery tested and then ended up getting it changed out as well. Ray the assistant manager helped me. He was such a pleasant gentleman to work with and explained a few things to me as well. I'm big on customer service (being a manager myself) and figured he deserved a great review. Thank you again !!
