  I think it is only fair that the world knows how kind of a gentleman, Captain Norman Graewe is. We were just going out for a peaceful afternoon and of course like boats do, we broke down. I have had my TowBoatU.S. membership for some time and never used it once until now. I had the best of luck when Captain Norman answered my call immediately. He told me to calm down and he would be right there and asked me if there was anything he could bring me, water, food, fuel. He arrived quickly and had the whole situation under control in minutes. He towed me home safely and softly floated me into my boat house. My experience was unbelievable and was stress free. He is kind and professional and I cannot thank him enough.   Captain Ron was great! While calling a tow boat is never a good day on the water, Ron was excellent in helping get us out of a jam, and he stayed with us until we were safely tucked into a dock.

  Captain Ron was amazing, no not that idiot in the movie! He helped me under high winds to get my sailboat back to the marina and in its slip after the diesel died. I was skeptical he could get me in my slip but he has skills! Thanks captain Ron!

  I've been boating around here for almost 20 years, every now and then your boat has to live up to their acronym (Break Out Another Thousand). That was the case for me last weekend. Fortunately I have a BoatUs membership, Capt Ron quickly and skillfully got me back to the boat ramp! A knowledgeable captain and excellent service!

  I HIGHLY RECOMEND THE MEMBERSHIP. 30 years on the river and never thought it would happen to me. Got ejected from the boat without wearing the kill switch lanyard. Blown out hydrolic line cause motor to turn hard to port and get stuck. Towboat US shown up and dropped a rope to fowl the prop, stopping the boat from causing any damage. Very professional and very nice. Bought a membership as soon as he towed us back to the dock.
